Twilights Collide

Moving On And The Dazzling’s Revenge

After the girls were done watching the movie, they all went to sleep in Twilight’s room. As for Human Twilight, she was downstairs in the basement, showing Princess Twilight her lab. She finished giving the princess the full tour, while Princess Twilight tried to figure out her counterpart’s behavior.

“Twilight, I’m sorry that I acted weird. It’s just that I feel uncomfortable being here with you. Things just hasn’t been the same since you came here.” Princess Twilight lowered her head.

“I know things were not fun since we met again, but things are serious. There’s magic coming from somewhere in this world. Sunset needs you more than ever because I’m not that good with this. I know I saved Camp Everfree, but it was my friends who helped me, and you’re the only person who can fix this, being actually able to use magic without a hitch.”

“I know, but that's not the point. You see, when I saw you the first time, I was being nice. I never had any real opinions on you because this is so strange. I was speechless to do anything here anymore.”

Human Twilight walked toward her Princess counterpart. “You don’t have to stay away from this world just because of me. I know Princesses are busy as much as you are paranoid about this, and I can surely understand that. But, the friends you have here are still your friends, and none of us is ever going to change that. Plus, I know we didn’t have things we like, but that’s something people have. Also…, you know that guy Flash Sentry?”

Princess Twilight blushed for a bit. “Yeah... a long time ago...”

“You have to get over him,” Human Twilight tried to calm her down. “I’m sorry about this, but this will make both worlds feel safe. I know you like him that much, but he isn’t from your world. Also, Sunset told him that you won’t stay here all the time, and oddly enough, he managed to get over you.”

Princess Twilight closed her eyes, miniature tears slowly rolled down her face after hearing that.

Human Twilight gave her counterpart sympathy. “Look, I’m sorry things changed ever since you left, but it wasn’t my fault. I know you didn’t deserve this, but we can still work this out. Is there a Flash Sentry in your world?”

“Well, yes. But, he's in the Crystal Empire. I just spent most of my time in Ponyville, and sometimes in Canterlot. I only go to the Crystal Empire for any problems they have. I never had any time to hang out with him.” Princess Twilight Explained.

“It’s a shame, I know...” Human Twilight apologized.

Princess Twilight slightly overreacted. “I’m a princess, not an ordinary pony anymore! I was planning to stay instead of coming here. Sure, you may be me, but you have no idea on what it’s like being a princess. It’s not that easy!”

Princess Twilight cried, putting her head down on the table before Human Twilight put her hand on her shoulder. “We’ll fix this tomorrow, and if we do, we will get Flash here so you will talk to him again. And maybe, you can hang him one more time if you get that chance.” Princess Twilight agreed as they both headed back to sleep.

Sunset called Flash Sentry to come to Twilight’s in order to settle the awkwardness. As soon as Flash came to the girls, everyone but Princess Twilight welcomed him in.

“Twilight you have to talk to him!” Sunset shouting at Princess Twilight, who was in Human Twilight’s room. Starlight Glimmer came to Twilight’s aid and talked to her, despite her suspicion.

“Twilight, you have to do this right now.” Starlight encouraged her.

“… OK” Princess Twilight sighed, depressed while she slowly got up and headed downstairs. It was then she saw Flash, blushing and crying at the same time.

“Twilight…, what’s wrong?” Flash said as she saw Twilight. Everyone started to fill in Flash about everything that happened this whole weekend. After he came close to Princess Twilight.

“Twilight, it's okay...” he said. “I know we haven’t hang out a lot, but I get it now. You’re a princess from your world, and we can’t get pass this...”

Princess Twilight got even more depressed that she had nothing to say at all. Everyone felt bad for Princess Twilight, and even Human Twilight and Sunset tried cheering her up. Flash couldn't think of a better time to keep her company as much as everyone else.

“Don’t cry Twilight. Just because we’re not going to be together doesn't mean we're not friends. You were something I want to hang out because you are sweet, smart, and nice. We can be friends... if that makes you feel any better.”

Princess Twilight smiled as they both hugged tightly.

“Hey, if it makes you happier, we should hang out… go shopping, go to a restaurant, and maybe watch a movie...just for today….” Flash offered.

Princess Twilight agreed in happiness and they both headed outside to possibly clear the air.

“Well, at least things will get better after this...” Sunset shrugged.

“So, what are we going to do with this magic-going-to-places-problem?” Pinkie Pie said.

“I don’t really know.” Sunset replied before turning to Human Twilight. “Hey, Twilight. can you make an invention that can find Magic?”

“Sure. I did that before when I came here but this time, I’ll be more careful this time.” Human Twilight nodded, almost recalling the last time a device she invented caused an episode in the Friendship Games.

As the girls headed outside, Twilight finished the Radar device. Suddenly, they ran into the Dazzlings, who stood in front of Twilight's House this whole time.

“Did you miss us?”

The girls woke up, only to see themselves in Everfree Forest. Just as they looked around and tried to step somewhere, they found that they’re trapped inside a bubble of siren magic. Rainbow Dash was the first to react and attempt to escape, but it was no use.

“Get us out of here!” Rainbow Dash yelled.

“Forget it, all of you will never get out of here” a familiar voice barked. Up came the new and improved Dazzlings.

“Why are you doing this?” Starlight asked.

“Because you girls ruined everything we had after the Battle of the Bands. We had to talk jobs, find food, and find to take showers in the city.” Sonata stomped angrily.

“Do you ever take anything seriously?” Aria argued.

Applejack was the first to have discovered their pendants were repaired. “Hey! How did you get those Gems back together? We shattered them!”

“Magic was flying all over the place, and it made our pendants like new...” Aria said.

Sunset heard, having no idea how. “Wait, so you do know where the magic is coming from?”

“WE DON’T!” The Dazzlings shouted.

Adagio continued. “Now, before we take over the world, we need to get rid of you so you can never help anyone again! Luckily, we decided to do that in the forest so no one will see us...”

“Think again, you fiends!” Rarity boasted. “Gloriosa and Timber will find out about this, and they will call someone to stop this madness!”

“Oh no! What should we do? You mean those two witnesses?” Sonata Dusk faked being scared. It was then she showed them Gloriosa and Timber, hypnotized by their spell.

“NOOOO!” Human Twilight shouted in tears, watching from the trap. “You leave them alone! And let us go!”

The Dazzlings refused as Adagio came close to them. “Shout all you want, but you will never win this time. You and all your friends are helpless to break our spells, even your Princess friend… Speaking of which, where is your sister? Did she go back to her world because she got rejected?”

“No. She didn’t...,” Rainbow Dash shouted. “And there’s one more thing you don’t know: Things changed since the last time we dealt with you.

“Exactly! We have these!” Pinkie exclaimed. Then, the girls started to use their geodes in order to break the spell bubble. As soon as the bubble dissolved, Human Twilight, the two Spikes and Starlight managed to escape. However, the Dazzlings reacted quickly and recaptured the Mane Six. It wasn't long before they snatched the geodes away from them, rendering them powerless. Now, the Siren’s spells were indeed way too strong to take down, and Adagio was taking it lightly.

“I will never let you beat us again! You will be gone forever!” Adagio yelled at the Mane Six, who were stuck in the Siren’s spells.

Human Twilight and Starlight Glimmer ran fast as they can, along with the two Spikes.

“Girls, can we slow down!?” Spike called, hiding in Twilight’s bag.

Dragon Spike, being in Starlight’s backpack as well, followed. “I think we're far away from them!”

They slowed down, taking deep breaths and making sure that the coast was clear. They were indeed safe for the time being, but not the others. They needed to find Princess Twilight in order to stop the Sirens. Suddenly, they saw Princess Twilight and Flash Sentry getting out of Flash’s car. Human Twilight and Starlight Glimmer approached to them, relieved that the counterpart was safe and out of danger. But, by the time Princess Twilight told them about the situation, and their friends being in danger, Twilight and Flash became shocked.

“What are we going to do?” Starlight said.

Princess Twilight came up with a plan. “Maybe I can make up a counter spell on them. But, those only six of us - not enough.”

“Maybe we can get more friends...” Spike in Twilight's backpack said.

“It’s really not that easy...” Spike in Starlight’s backpack said. It was then Starlight saw something.

“Um Twilight, you really need to take a look at this.” Starlight discovered. Sure enough, the Statue has been leaking out more magic.

Princess Twilight was surprised. “Oh no! That must be how the Sirens got their gems repaired.”

The group needed to think and act fast, until Starlight has the idea for them. The idea was to get two Twilights to work together, and use whatever counter-spell possible against the Sirens. Flash and the dogs looked back and saw Gloriosa and Timber, still in the Sirens’ trance, and tried to snap them out of it.

“Wait” Princess Twilight paused for a moment. “What if it doesn't work? I don’t think it can work this way.”

Human Twilight retorted. “Twilight, I know we didn’t get along as best friends, but that's besides the point. Right now, we have to deal with the Statue, and save our friends. They are counting on us!”

“I know I don’t belong here, but we’re friends and friends always work together...” Princess Twilight looked up. She came to the realization that her friends are counting on her, and her counterpart. Stopping the Sirens won't be as easy as last time, so it would take more than magic to take them down again.
