A fine and lovely day it is today. Cider fest is coming up and its getting its fair amount of hype. It is also this day where Twilight was going to Sweet Apple Acres to visit one of her dear friends. It gets better when she was told she can drink the cider going up at cider fest. She goes up to the farmhouse and knocks on the door. The door opens wide with a creak and Applejack stands there with a smile on her face.
"So, ya here for the taste test?"
Twilight nods and they drink mug after mug of cider "testing" them if they are good to go.
Twilight slumps down her chair after she downed her ninth mug. However, Applejack doesn't seem to be showing any signs of it as she downs her fifteenth mug.
"Are ya okay there? I can take ya home"
"I can go home... myself"
"Missy, Ah don't think that's a good idea"
But Twilight has already left the farmhouse and is trotting slowly and mostly side stepping around.
Down the road she encounters a cart filled with bushels of apples. She can hear a voice in her head but cannot think about it.
"Three two one... jump!"
She raises her front legs in the air and jumps with her hind legs. Her eyes can stay up for so long so she doesn't see herself doing it. She jumps up well over a meter and lands on her hind legs making her fall on the road. She stands back up like it was nothing and travels down the road. The faint voice comes back again.
"Aaaaaannnd there we go"
She comes across a bridge and it looks like the bridge is in the middle of construction but it seems like the construction workers have left for lunch.
"I'm gonna need a run-up for this" that same voice comes again but Twilight never hears it.
Twilight subconsciously trots a small distance from the bridge and raises her fore legs up and runs on her rear legs. At the very edge of where the bridge is broken she jumps up a meter and a half. She lands at the other side but didn't land too good. She smacks her face on the ground and blood starts pouring out but somehow no more blood pours out after a very short time.
"Oh dear, that's no good" That voice comes again once more. Twilight hears the voice again but can't see what's happening. The voice sounds very cheery and high pitched. "I hope nopony finds the blood"
Twilight stands up clearly not feeling any pain from the hit and continues her way. On the way, she trots up to a house and stays there for quite a long time. Then she raises her fore legs and jumps very high and I mean, very high. Probably higher than a house.
Twilight lands on the top of a house and slowly trots on it. She wobbles but manages to stay straight. A few ponies look up and see a purple pony jumping from roof to roof with unbelievable height. Soon, most of the ponies are looking at her.
"Run, aaaannd super jump!. Run again, aaaand super jump!" the happy voice repeats.
Then she stops on top of another roof and her shut eyes look towards the second tallest building in Ponyville. Town hall. She gets a run-up on the roof and tries to jump from the roof of somepony's house but her hind legs clip something on the roof. Her body is losing height. Ponies from below gasp.
"Desperate times call for desperate measures" the voice still says in a very happy voice "Restart!" and taps a button on her keyboard.
Twilight disappears and reappears on top of the roof. Down below, ponies are confused on where she went. A mare points to the roof and the crowd looks up at the alicorn. She runs and jumps up not clipping on whatever that was. She jumps but even without clipping she falls not able to jump high enough to get in top. In seconds, her hooves will hit the town halls' walls this time
"This button should help me" She taps a button on her keyboard and when Twilight connects her hooves onto the wall.
Twilight's hooves stick to the wall and slowly starts scaling the wall. On the very top, her sleepy eyes look around. She looks at her crystal castle stares at it for a long time before doing another super jump to another house.
"Next up! Twilight's castle" the voice pauses before letting out a sharp gasp "But we need to go to Berry Punch's house first"
Jumping from roof to roof is tiring and shouldn't really be possible but Twilight doesn't feel any of it. In fact, she can't feel, see but hear anything. Like she was getting mind controlled. Did any of the other villains get loose again? For every second passing she gets even more worried than before.
She starts thinking about how her friends are doing? How the princesses are doing? How long will she be like this? Is the situation under control? Her questions flow in faster than she could answer them. There is one thing for sure, she could be stuck here for a long time. Maybe even forever.
Twilight hears the sound of glass bottles tinkling, gulping and smashing. She tastes wine in her mouth. Somehow, she feels more lively after what she assumed was drinking a few bottles of wine. She contemplates about her situation and feeling scared at the same time.
"Ahh! Now that's better" the voice says "Now, onwards to victory"
After making a pit stop at Berry punch's house she proceeds to jump over whatever is blocking her path. One of them was the CMC's clapping their hooves together as they helped another filly get her cutie mark. Then Fluttershy as she ducks under Twilight. Soon, she gets near her castle. The doors are wide open. She slowly trots up occasionally missing a step and falling making her leak a few ounces of blood. Once she gets in the castle, she flops down ever so gently on the crystal floors. A shadow of a pony appears behind the door and closes the doors shut. The pony walks towards Twilight who is trying to keep herself awake. Twilight turns around and see a happy pink pony holding some sort of weird device on her hoof.
"Thanks Twilight! I am glad you could listen to me"
"What happened? Did one of the villains go loose? Queen Chrysalis? King Sombra? Is everypony safe?"
"No, silly. I just asked you if you could be my assistant"
"But Pinkie, I was doing a taste test at Applejack's farmhouse for Cider fest"
"Applejack was in it too. She just didn't know what was going to happen"
"I... I need some rest. My head hurts bad"
"I think you need to go to the bathroom first"
"Why?" Twilight suddenly feels the need to throw up real bad. "Urp... I think I'm going to..." She quickly gallops to the bathroom. Soon, Pinkie hears the sound of water gushing.
"I don't know what you're thinking but I'm thinking of doing this again with another friend" Pinkie grins while going out the front door.
