Well there are quite a few options really. There are basic things we could do such as find a proper donor we are comfortable with

I know there was only that question today, but there was something I've been meaning to talk about. Some of you may have noticed but no one seems to have really caught on to it.
NAMES
My name is Twilight Sparkle. I've heard a name like this isn't something exactly common in your world and I'm not surprised. Maybe I need a better example.

Times have changed, but some of those False Names became handles of Family Lines, masking their True Names. While a True Name doesn't hold nearly the amount of power it once did, it is still something people are paranoid about.
Sort of like a superstition if that makes sense.
