It was a normal day in Ponyville....or was it? Well, it was semi-normal. Everypony woke up at the same time of day, but something strange was happening. The sky had an orangish tint to it and the clouds were black. Kind of like the attack of the Crystal Empire. Everypony still continued on with their day, but was still a little concerned of the evil-looking sky on this specific day. 

Rainbow Dash tried to clear the sky, but the cloud damaged her badly enough to put her in the hospital. Her injuries was a puncture wound in the leg and blunt force trauma on the head. It was odd coming from a cloud. Ponies were sent to investigate but came back with the same wounds. Now every pony was taking extreme caution. Pegasi weren't flying to avoid getting injured. Twilight even tried to find a book to investigate this phenomenon, but came up with nothing. The least she could do is send a letter to Princess Celestia. She'll probably know was going on. A few hours have passed. Still no answer from the princess. That's strange. She usually answers right away. She probably is busy doing something. No matter. She had to visit Rainbow in the hospital anyway. She opened her door and walked out, closing the door behind herself.

She opened the double doors of Ponyville General Hospital with her magic. She walked up to the clerk. "Hello. I am here for a visit to Rainbow Dash."

"Put your name on the clipboard and I will take you there." The clerk said, probably having already said that a gazillion times.

Twilight scribbled her name on the clipboard and gave the clipboard to the clerk. "Follow me, please. I'll show you the way."

Twilight followed the desk clerk to Rainbow Dash's room. They didn't say anything on the way. It was relatively quiet in the hospital. Just the constant beeps of the heart monitor and groans and moans of injured ponies. Once they arrived, the clerk pushed the door open and allowed Twilight inside. "You got an hour," she said, before closing the door.

Twilight simply looked back at the closed door and then back at Rainbow Dash, bandages on the leg from the puncture wound. She slowly approached the side of her bed and put a hoof on the side railing. She just stood there, looking at Rainbow Dash for what felt like an eternity, the sound of the clock ticking in the background before slowly moving to the window and looking outside. It looked the exact same. She wanted to know what was causing this.

*BOOM*

It sounded like an explosion from outside. She rushed out of Rainbow's room and down the flight of stairs before busting through the doors of the front entrance. She looked around frantically for the source of the sound before she heard another explosion.

*BOOM*

She looked up at Canterlot Castle crumbling and collapsing into rubble. Twilight started tearing up. There's no way this could be true. Her legs suddenly felt weak and she collapsed to the floor. The princess was dead. There was no way this was possible. This had to be a dream. She didn't have time to think because she could hear screams in the distance. It had to be coming from Ponyville. She got up and ran as fast as her legs could let her. She had an overview of Ponyville. She couldn't believe her eyes. She saw ponies getting murdered in the streets by what looked like ponies in metallic armor. Some buildings were scorched. She could see her home burning. Spike was in there. She was already in tears. She could see ponies in armor flying from the black clouds into other ponies.

*WHAM*

She felt a wave of pain course through her torso as a hoof met with her ribcage, possibly breaking a few ribs and was flung into the air, landing shortly after onto the grass, before meeting a hoof to the face. Twilight's face caved pretty easily, blood splashing on the metal hoof guard. Metal met bone. It was obvious who won.

Applejack was too late to escape the blazing inferno of her barn as she was in when it was set on fire immediately. There were no survivors.

Rarity, died from falling from a far height and snapped her neck. Rarity's cat, Opalescence, scared of the attack, jumped onto Rarity's face from horror and clawed Rarity's eyes. Rarity couldn't see and fell from her window and fell on her head, causing her neck to snap. 

Pinkie Pie was on a vacation to see her family at the rock farm. She will come back tomorrow to nothing left.

Fluttershy was trampled to death by her animals on the way out of her cottage. 

Rainbow, the last of the Elements of Harmony, was the last survivor. She was still in her hospital bed, sleeping soundly. Outside of her door were sounds of banging. The armored intruders were kicking every door down and killing every pony in the room. They soon came to her room. Hoof met wood and the door instantly split in half. Before two armored soldiers of Sombra, two changeling soldiers and, Queen Chrysalis moved into the room. They all looked over her.

Rainbow awakens from her long sleep, not realizing the danger she's in.

"*yawn* Hey girls, ya'll came to visit me?" were her last words before meeting a spear in between her eyes.

Pinkie was trotting back from her visit from her family's farm. Her face was full of joy, like always. She had a lot of fun, as always. Just over this hill was her home. She reached the top of the hill, expecting to see Ponyville full of life and color, only to see burned homes and dead, decomposing corpses on the streets, some having spears stuck in them. Some of the heads of the residents were stuck on pikes as a message. She had the face of absolute terror. She immediately burst into tears and fell on the ground as she continued to sob. Weeks later, Crime Scene Investigators found her body hanging from the ceiling of her shop by a rope. Next to her was the other shop owners, Mr. Cake and Mrs. Cake along with their children, Pound and Pumpkin Cake all charred by the fire, barely recognizable, while Pinkie, her pink coat now a grayish color from decomposing, her mane flat.
They then found the other five. Applejack was easy to find, the barn still on fire long after the attack. All the bodies of her family members were barely recognizable. They then discovered why Sweet Apple Acres was attacked first. They planned to cut off a large source of food from Ponyville if they managed to survive the attack.
Rarity was just outside the front door of her boutique, signs of claw marks on the eyes and swelling on the neck. Opalescence was laying down next to her when the CSI when to look for Rarity's body, dead from starvation.
Fluttershy was dead at the doorway to her cottage, signs of a multitude of hoof marks, claw marks, and various other marks all around the pony's body. Trampled to death.
Twilight was a little hard to find. She was on a hill overlooking the library, her face caved in, bones poking out from her face and swelling in the rib area, signs of a few broken ribs. She was murdered by one of Sombra's soldiers.
Rainbow Dash was still in the hospital bed where she was murdered. She was recovering from the injury, only to be met with a spear right between her magenta eyes by one of Sombra's soldiers.
There were no survivors from the Ponyville attack. No pony knows what other place can be struck with such an attack like this one.
