Revised Report

Dear Princess Celestia:

I've been thinking a lot about what happened last week, and about what I wrote in my letter.

I had a chance that not many ponies get: the chance to discover something new. But I was so sure of what I thought I knew that I couldn't see what was right in front of my nose. The evidence should have been overwhelming – Pinkie Sense worked, over and over – and I should have accepted that sooner. The only reason I didn't was because I just believed that it couldn't be real.

I told you, in my last letter, that I had learned to just believe in things, but I should have learned not to.

The world is full of wonderful things. When you find something you don't understand, that's an opportunity not to believe unquestioningly, but to discover something you'd never imagined. You just have to keep your eyes open to the world.

I can't wait to find out what other wonderful things there are to discover.

Your faithful student,
Twilight Sparkle.
