Chapter 1: A Final Farewell
In Shock of being tossed out the way of an attack meant for her, she cried in havoc as she watched the colt of her dreams disappear in front of her eyes never to be seen again.
“Oh don’t cry Rarity,” Laughed Phantom, “it’s not like he was a real pony.”
Rarity could feel the rage boiling inside her veins ready to burst out and destroy everything in her path even thoughts of killing Phantom entered her mind.
“Come on Cheer up at least you can find the real pony of your dreams.” smiles Phantom
“Shut your mouth!” says Rarity her voice becoming louder and angrier by the second, “Don’t you dare tell me how I should love and forget!”
Rarity gets up off the ground with tears welling in her eyes spilling down her cheek and slowly dripping the crystal clear tears onto the warehouse floor.
“Ah you’re feisty for a Fashionista” laughs Phantom stepping back just in case, “how about you forget that worthless pony called Shadow and find a stronger colt to hold you at night”
“And I’m guessing your that kind of gentlecolt?” says Rarity whipping the tears away from her eyes
“Hay I’ve always been that kind of gentlecolt baby.” smiles Phantom walking around Rarity.
“Hmm… you’ll never be as good of a gentlecolt like Shadow was.” says Rarity with a little smile
“Shadow was never a gentlecolt he was just playing you along like some kind of fiddle,” giggles Phantom, “and you followed him like a little sheep.”
“Who are you calling a sheep Darling?” shouts Rarity as she moves closer to the portal
“What are you going to do about it?” mocks Phantom, “It’s not like a weakling Unicorn such as yourself could ever beat me.”
“You wanna test that theory?” smiled Rarity
“What are you challenging me…don’t bother you saw what happened to your weak fiancé.” laughs Phantom walking closer to Rarity
“Now how about a real Gentlecolt shows you a real good time?” whispers Phantom into Rarity’s ear, “and you can relax and forget about that Shadow and all the pain he has caused you since he has been here.”
Phantom goes in for a kiss but is met with hard and fast punch to the stomach
“Darling, I already said there isn’t any gentlecolt such as Shadow.” says Rarity watching as Phantom falls to the ground in pain
“Why you little…” wheezes Phantom
Rarity walks over to Phantom who was struggling to get back to his hooves
“Now this one’s for Shadow” whispers Rarity into Phantoms ear
Rarity grabs Phantom by the mane lifting him back on to his hooves then pushes Phantom through the portal, watching as Phantom disappears into the fine air that here fiancé Shadow previously had.
‘Your turn darling’ thinks Rarity hoping Phantom is greeted by Shadow when he arrives on Earth.
She begins walking out of the warehouse as tears beginning to well back up in her eyes, as she remembers all the excitement and good times her and Shadow shared together during his stay in Ponyville.
‘I better go back to Sweet Apple Acres and tell the others’ thinks Rarity looking up into the sky while tears drip down her face.
“Shadow, Darling I hope you are alright and safe back on your home planet…I will always Love you, forever.” cries Rarity as she yells to the heavens, “make sure you find a way back…okay Darling, cause you promised me a beautiful white wedding”
Rarity then trots off heading to Sweet Apple Acres thinking what she is going to tell Rainbow Dash and the others and what will she tell Dusk when he grows up to be a colt himself.
