//------------------------------// // Laughter // Story: What Was in That Cupcake? // by DropsOfBass //------------------------------// Pinkie glanced at the clock anxiously. Her cupcakes were finally done, and the smell of warm sugar, cake, and icing was thick in the air. Dash was late for their lunch, and the anticipation was unbearable. She looked at the clock again, and decided to sit while she waited for her friend. There was a knock at the door. Pinkie jumped from her chair and bounced over to the door, flinging it open with a large smile pasted on her face. "Dashie! I've been waiting for you all day! Come in!" she said as she beckoned inside with a hoof. "Good to see you too, Pinkie! Sorry I'm late, there were some runaway clouds, and I had to handle it..." Rainbow trailed off as she entered. "No need to apologize! Now, let's eat!" They sat down at the table and began their meal, which they had over eager conversation. Pinkie had prepared sandwiches and cucumbers, along with apple slices. While baking was her preferred form of cooking, she could whip up a meal without much difficulty. The topic drifted from the weather to different things that had happened over the week, until they had both had their fill. "Ready for dessert?" Pinkie asked, a wide grin covering her face. "Yes please! What'd you make this time?" Rainbow asked inquisitively. Pinkie usually made desserts of varying types when she had anyone over. "Oh, I made something special for you, Dash. It's gonna blow your socks off!" Pinkie replied with a giggle. "Umm... Pinkie... I don't wear socks." Dash said with a smirk. "But I've seen you in socks! Really long ones, too. I had this dream where I saw this really cool box thing with another box connected to it and the first box was smaller and had colors coming out of it and there was a creature sitting in front of it and... Pinkie trailed off into an incomprehensible slur of gibberish. "You ok, Pinkie?" Rainbow asked, with a confused look on her face. "Yep, I'm handy dandy okie dokey lokey!" Pinkie said, her eyes and mouth widening into a slightly crazy smile. "I want a cupcake. How about you?" Without waiting for a response, she stood up and went into the kitchen, swiftly returning with a fresh pan of warm cupcakes. Without waiting for Rainbow to ask, she placed one in front of her, and stared at her in anticipation. "Well, you going to eat it, silly?" She asked, still grinning from ear to ear. "I'm kind of full. Maybe later?" Rainbow replied, not liking the look on her friends face at all. "Aww! But if you don't, it'll make me sad! Please?" She pleaded, almost to tears. "Fine... " Rainbow replied with a roll of her eyes, and took a tentative bite of the colorful cake. It was blue cake, and the icing was multicolored, in the style of Rainbow's mane. Pinky had even taken the time to sculpt little clouds out of icing, with miniature raindrops spilling out of them. The cake was moist, and the icing was sweet with a hint of sourness. There was even filling - also rainbow colored. "Wow, Pinkie! This is really good!" Rainbow said through a full mouth. With another two bites, she finished the cupcake, and sighed contently. "Glad you liked it! I added a super special ingredient, and I think you're going to love it!" Pinkie said with a sly grin. "What do you mea-" was all Rainbow could get out, before a warm feeling began to envelope her body. A tingling feeling spread from her chest out, and she suddenly had the urge to laugh. "I call it laughter!" Pinkie said with a giggle. She picked up one of the cupcakes and shoved it into her face, barely spending any time chewing before she swallowed the whole thing, wrapper and all. At this point, the room began to twist before Rainbow's eyes, and she let loose a fit of laughter and giggles, as Pinkie joined in. They both laughed and laughed on the floor, rolling around and chortling like mad. "So... you have a special somepony? Maybe a mare?" Pinkie asked Rainbow, wiping the tears away with her hoof. "Wait wait wait - you don't think I'm gay, do you?" Rainbow replied in a dreamlike tone. "I don't think... I know." Pinkie replied, gesturing all around with her hoof. "What?! No! I'm not into mares!" Rainbow replied defensively. "What about Fluttershy?" Pinkie asked with a grin. "That... That was a phase! I'm totally straight now! I've..." Rainbow struggled for words. "What about Wind Dancer?" Pinkie asked, this time with an even more mischievous expression. "I have a stallion!" Rainbow spat out, crossing her forelegs in an attempt to hide her frustration. "Really? What's his name?" Pinkie asked with a level gaze. "Umm..." Rainbow thought for a moment. "Take your time. Fake stallions aren't easy to come up with!" Pinkie said with another burst of laughter. "His name's Windseed, and he's not fake! He's got a light green coat, a grey mane, and deep blue eyes. He lives in Cloudsdale. That's why you haven't met him before." "Really? Well, if you're completely straight, then I guess this won't be too hard for you to resist!" Pinkie said, in a slightly seductive tone. "Pinkie... what are you-" Rainbow was cut off by the sheer oddity of what Pinkie had done. She had pulled out a watermelon. "Alright, you've lost me." Rainbow said confusedly, another gleeful fit of giggling erupting from her throat. "Have I?" Pinkie said, slowly licking the outside of the watermelon, creating little rings with her saliva. The pink mare continued this motion until the outside of the watermelon was completely wet, and there wasn't a single spot her tongue had left untouched. Rainbow was perplexed and intrigued by Pinkie's course of action - her own mouth started watering at the sight of her pink friend licking that watermelon. It was glistening, and she could hear it calling out her name... Rainbow... Rainbow Dash... Come lick me, Rainbow... A tiny mouth appeared on the melon... then another... and another... repeating their words over and over again, until the temptation was just too much. She moved towards the melon and Pinkie slowly, as if she was in a trance of some sort. With a slow, tentative movement, she began licking the watermelon, the sweet taste of Pinkie's saliva mixing with the coldness of the fruit. She began licking with more ferocity, matching Pinkie's speed. They both continued, making loud slurping noises that would have made a 90 - year - old blush. Then..... There was a knock at the door. But alas, the two mares inside couldn't hear the banging at the door over the sound of their own pleasured slurps. "Hello? Is anyone home?" They both froze as a familiar purple alicorn crossed the threshold into Pinkie's house. Twilight rounded the corner, and froze as well as she looked upon the scene laid before her. "I'm... sorry! I'm so sorry - I didn't... mean... to interrupt!" She stammered with a blush, and bolted out the way she came, shutting the door behind her as she made her hasty escape. --- As Twilight ran, she unintentionally tackled a light green stallion, knocking him to the ground. "Hey! Are you alright? You seem to be in a bit of a rush!" The stallion said calmly. "Oh, I'm fine, it's just..." She struggled for words, trying to piece together whatever the heck it was that she had seen. "I'm fine! I'm fine. I'm good. Great! Yep." She stood to her feet. "I'm sorry. My name's Twilight Sparkle. What's yours?" She asked, helping the stallion up and dusting herself off. His voiced had a strange accent that was quite evident when he spoke, and he had a cutie mark of a dandelion seed. "Oh! My name's Windseed. I'm looking for Rainbow Dash - have you seen her anywhere?"
