“Are you sure it was wise to write that email,” a feminine voice asked
“Who did you send that to,” a male added
“I'm sure Cissy,” a second female replied
“I hate that nickname you use; Cadence,” the first said
“Sorry; Chrysalis. The email was sent to Sunset Shimmer,” Cadence answered
“That girl? I questioned her after her parents were killed under suspicious circumstances,” the male said
“Shining. Why did you need to antagonize the poor girl,” Chrysalis chastised
“I had to do my job,” Shining Armor replied “Back to the original question your sister asked.”
“Cinch told me she was heading to the Rich’s manor to try and convince Sunset to join Crystal Prep. I didn't want that to happen so I told her the truth,” Cadence explained
“I do see your point. This makes for an interesting marriage to both you and your sister. Incest between the of you is bad enough plus the thought of this being considered polygamy,” Shining commented
“I agree. Technically our marriages are legal; but the public doesn't need to find out,” Chrysalis added
“That's actually why Sunset needed to know. Of course having Abacus arrested is impossible with her brother being judge,” Cadence said
“I know. It's ridiculous that he happens to be the only judge. Hardgrove is actually intimidating when he wants to be,” Shining said
“Just be careful; Cadence. You really don't want to lose your job or be blackballed from teaching,” Chrysalis warned
