Twilight was looking through her bookshelf When She felt a weight on her shoulder, without so even looking up she said
"Would it kill you to knock Spike?"
"It might," Spike said happily "What are you doing?"
"I'm looking for a book about Ursa Majors." Spike nodded
"Trixie said their bears made of stars!"
"Ah! Then they should be...here!" Twilight pulled out a book that looked the same as any other book to Spike, she looked at the first page and smiled "yes! Page 198, Thanks Spike"
"No Problem, Can I borrow the WingPack?" Twilight looked up at him
"Don't Break it, and have it back by tomorrow, I need to send it off to Canterlot so it can be marketed and mas produced." Twilight used her magic and opened the door, immediately followed by Spike Running out it with the Pack on
"Thank's Twilight!" he called back
"yeah, sure" Twilight muttered as she started reading
"What was that?" Owlisous asked
"Nothin," Twilight muttered as she started reading
-Meanwhile-
Pinkie was baking an order when she noticed the door was still broken, she shook her head
"This is what we get for not making him Pinkie Promis to fix it," She said with a head shake, she took the order out of the oven and began frosting it, once done she was somehow outside of Rarity's boutique knocking on the door
"Rarity! I have your Cake!" Pinkie called out as she knocked nonstop until it was answered, Rarity had her mane wrapped up in a towel "Dying your mane?"
"Just until the Green is permanently washed out," She said as she took the Cake "I just need some me time, and I'll be right as...rain?" She and Pinkie looked up as it started raining paper
"What?" They both asked when they heard a whistle and looked up to see Spike
"Hi Sis, Hi Rarity!" He said with a wave as his Wing Pack beat its wings.
"Afternoon?" Rarity replied in confusion as she picked up one of the papers to read it
"SPIKE!" Pinkie called "YOU SLACKER! YOUR SUPPOSE TO BE AT WORK, AND THAT DOOR IS STILL BROKEN!" Spike shrugged when Rarity Gasped
"Spike! You're not working for Trixie are you!?"
"What?" Pinkie asked, instantly snapping back to look at Rarity, who held up the flyer advertising Trixie's next show "Oh no, Spike Don't you dare..." She turned and found he had flown off already "Oh this is bad," She said
"I agree, for him to be working for her, even part time.." Pinkie turned to Rarity
"I'm not sure if you've noticed, but Spike is super easy to impress!" Rarity raised an eyebrow,
"Realy? I hadn't noticed" she replied sarcastically
"I know, but the last time a performer impressed him he almost joined a circus as an Animal act." Pinkie shook her head "I gotta Stop him!" She declared as she ran to find him" meanwhile Spike had finished giving everypony in town a flier
"Alright," Spike said with a salute "I've delivered a flier to everypony I could find, and One to my Penpal!"
"Is your penpal a Dragon?" Trixie asked
"No, She's a Pegasus"
"And?"
"She told me no" Spike responded, "But I tried!" Trixie nodded
"Indeed you did, hm, Your Fireproof right?"
"Completly!"
"So, If I were to strap your body with rocket's, do you think you'd survive?"
"Yes!" Spike said, "oh, But I'll have to take off the Wingpack for that, it's a prototype" Trixie nodded and lead Spike to her stage,
"Alright Spike, Just stand still, She Pulled out a huge firecracker and strapped it to Spike's back, she did this with his leg's and put swirling firework's on his wrists and tail.
"Ok, you're gonna the starting act, SPIKE, THE LIVING FIRECRACKER!!" Spike squealed
"I get to be in a show!"
"Indeed, Trixie truly is a Great and Generous wizard" at that moment Pinkie was being helped by Fluttershy and Applejack to Find Spike.
"Are you sure?" AJ asked, "I've to know Spike for a while, and I can get him being gullible, but he seems like the kind of guy to read first, sign later?"
"He usually would, but if he admires the one handing it to him, he'll blindly trust them and sign it" She sighed "Thank goodness that Mime didn't have a good lawyer" Pinkie shook her head "But we have to find him, and make sure he doesn't do something stupid!" as the three of them made their way to Trixie's show they where cut off by a huge crowd
"Her show is starting," Fluttershy said, "Maybe he's not.."
"THE GREAT AND POWERFUL TRIXIE INTRODUCES HER NEW PARTNER IN CRIME! SPIKE THE LIVING FIRECRACKER!" Applejack tripped and face planted, Fluttershy gasped, and Pinkie sighed
"oh no" on Stage Spike was smiling with a Huge lit rocket to his back
"HI PONYVILLE!" He managed to say before he was rocketed off, the entire crowd watch as Spike flew into the sky, and with a blinding light they could just see his silhouette in the explosion, Trixie pulled a Large tub of Water onto the stage and after a Moment, Spike landed in it, splashing the water on the crowd, Spike popped out, covered in singles, and missing a tooth
"That was Awesome!" He yelled, followed by a wince as he moved, soon after cheers rang out.
"Hu" Applejack said as she brushed off her hat "I should get Spike to work at the Farm, he seems kind of indestructible."
"Don't you start!" Pinkie said as they walked around the stage as Trixie started her show, Spike was sitting behind the stage
"Hey, guys!" He said, "Did you see that!?" Fluttershy walked over and poked him "OW!" He said, holding his side "That hurt!"
"You have a few Broken Ribs, a missing tooth, and you might have a concussion"
"I know!" Spike winced as he leaned over "Isn't it awesome!"
"Come with me," Fluttershy said "You need medical attention"
"But I..." Spike shut his mouth when he was hit with the stare
"Ok, ok I'm coming, just put that way!" he said surrendering, after being dragged off Pinkie looked at the stage
"I bet she didn't even pay him"
"The Nerve!" AppleJack said "Let's say we have a talk with her after the show"
"Yeah, I think that sounds like a good Idea," Pinkie said as she and AJ Sat down and waited.
