“MOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM” were the only words that echoed through the hallways of the house at this moment, and the person who screamed those words was not to pleased from the sound of it. While she would love to help Celestia was just tired after a long work day as a principal.
All she wanted to do was relax on the couch, if only her husband was home from work already. “Moooooooooooooooooooooom” the voice shouted again but less loud this time.
Then she felt something tugging on her sleeve, as she looked at the origin of that loud scream, it was her ten year old Daughter Pinkie Pie.
“Sorry dear, Mommy had a rough day at work” she did her best to smile at her little girl “What’s wrong Pinkie? You screamed through the whole house.”
The little girl hopped onto her mother and looked her in the eye as if the world would end. “I Invited Cheese Sandwich over today”
Celestia looked at Pinkie with a confused look “That doesn’t sound bad Pinkie, I thought you were friends with him”
Pinkie nervously looked around
“But he’s like the most popular Boy in my class and what if he doesn’t like it here, or what I’m wearing.”
Seeing one of her daughters like this wasn’t uncommon she has witnessed it before with Starlight, Rarity and Twilight so it was safe to assume that Pinkie was no different than her sisters.
“It’ll be fine Pinkie, you’re worrying too much about this.” she put her hand in Pinkies fluffly hair and gave her a soft pat on the head “ Besides who could resist my little fluffy princess.”
Pinkie giggled softly “Mom please the others could hear you” she said as she hopped off of her mother “I don't know Mom, I feel like I should make his stay the best stay ever! “ She then ran up the stairs into her room where Fluttershy was sitting having a teaparty with her Stuffed Animals, for beeing a year older, Fluttershy sure plays with her stuffed animals alot.
Fluttershy turned to her little sister who seemed less stressed than when she ran out the door screaming. “ Oh hey Pinkie, looks like you’ve calmed down.” she held up a teacup “Do you wanna drink some Tea with me and my little Angel?” she looked at her pointing at her stuffed animal Bunny who had an empty teacup infront of him.
Pinkie shook her head and went over to the closet and opened it “Maybe another time Fluttershy, I have to prepare myself for Cheese Sandwich, he’s coming over today. And everything needs to be perfect so that he likes it here.”
Fluttershy looked a bit confused as to what her sister was saying.
“Why? Do you think he won’t like it here? I thought you two were friends?”
Pinkie Pie rummaged through her closet to look for the perfect outfit while answering to fluttershy.
“Well yeah, but since I like him so much I want everything to be as good as it possibly can be.”
“Oh, ok if I can help you let me know” Fluttershy was still a bit confused but she wanted her sister to be happy.
Pinkie Pie meanwhile picked out the perfect dress to show Cheese Sandwich.
“AHAH! That one’s perfect.” She held a pink dress with a candy motif on it.
Fluttershy clapped happily but also looked worried.
“Say isn’t that your pretty sunday dress, that Mom bought for you when we want to go out?”
Pinkie Pie wasn’t really following her sisters train of thought and just blinked confused
“Yeah, so what about it?”
“Well what if it get’s dirty or damaged” Fluttershy held her hands over her mouth in shock.
“Mom would ground you for like” Fluttershy tried to count the weeks off her fingers.
“For Ever”
Pinkie Pie gave her an amused “Pfffft, No way that’ll happen, oh By the way can you tell our Sisters to meet us in the living Room, in about 10 Minutes? Thanks Flutters.” and with that Pinkie Pie shoved her sister out of their room to get changed.”
Before Fluttershy even had the chance to answer her very eager sister she was shoved into the Hallway where she stood a while gathering herself. “Uhm a-alright I guess.”
Fluttershy did as she was asked and gathered her five other sisters in the living room, who were not too happy about it.
It was natural that her oldest sister Starlight would be annoyed first by her younger siblings antics.
“Can we get this over with already Fluttershy, I wanted to hang out with Trixie today.”
Rarity and Twilight also started to chime in,
“I would love to stay and help but I promised Twilight to drive her to the Mall today so she can meet some friends.”
Twilight corrected her glasses “Indeed, I’d like to hang out with Lyra and Moondancer today instead of helping my little sisters with something so trivial.”
Fluttershy almost forgot that her three oldest sisters were already used to having a boy you like over so they see it as just a normal thing.
“Well for you it might be unimportant, but think about Pinkie! It’s the first time she’s having a boy over she likes.”
Meanwhile Rainbow Dash and Applejack were fighting each other they may not look like it but they were actually twins. Rainbow Dash just got her mothers hair color instead of her fathers.
Starlight grabbed their hands and seperated the two.
“Alright you two, cut it out or I’m gonna tell mom you fought again.”
Both looked incredibly dissapointed, the two were very rowdy much to their mothers and siblings dismay.
“Alright” Starlight said, “Since it’s her first time we’ll help her out you’re lucky you and Pinkie are so adorable”
Pinkie Pie then came downstairs in her Sunday Dress, which Starlight promptly commented
“I hope you know that that’s a very expensive Dress Pinkie!”
Pinkie Pie just spun around she liked her Sunday Dress she thought she looked super pretty and cute in it.
“I know what I’m doing Starlight, ok so listen I want everything to be perfect for Cheese Sandwich, so all of you need to be on your best behaviour" Everyone then looked at Rainbow Dash and Applejack.
To which the two angrily replied in Unison.
"What, why are you looking at us?"
"Well you two are always fighting, and Pinkie would like a quiet day with Cheese Sandwich"
Starlight then hit the twins gently on the Head to make her point clear.
"Got it, you two?
Rainbow Dash just snickered and whispered to her twin sister "Sounds to me like, that she loves this guy"
To which Applejack also started to snicker which then turned into laughter from both of them.
Starlight wasn't having any of this and dragged them both into the kitchen where their Mother was preparing Dinner, apparently to force them to help her so they couldn't do any harm.
Pinkie Pie was deeply confused by this but diddn't pay any mind to it. "Ok now that that's done, I'm gonna wait outside until Cheese Sandwich arrives, and so he can see my pretty dress earlier."
Twilight and Rarity looked at Starlight
"Please tell me we weren't like that too when we were ten?" Twilight asked Starlight nervously.
Starlight chuckled a little bit
"You were, and so was I, seems like most, if not all females in our family are like that, with a few expections of course."
Meanwhile Pinkie Pie went to the driveway looking for Cheese Sandwich when she spotted someone standing infront of the Mailbox. While she diddn't recognize the person, she looked like a teenager the same age as Rainbow Dash and Applejack, so Pinkie decided to talk to her.
"Uhm excuse me, would you mind moving out of the way with your bicyle, I'm waiting for a friend and you're kinda blocking the way." The Girl that was standing there turned out to be the local neighborhood Bully Gilda who looked at Pinkie Pie with a Death Glare.
"You talking to me Dweeb?" Gilda never really went to their house because she usually was scared of Pinkies older sisters even if they would never fight anyone without a good reason. But it looks like she either forgot that they lived here or she did not know.
"Of course I am silly, I just told you what I wanted"
Gilda rolled her eyes "That's the problem dumbnut, I ain't moving nowhere."
Gilda turned her back to Pinkie " Now Buzz off."
Pinkie didn't feel like giving up and buzzing off, and so she walked next to her and asked again for her to move a little bit.
"Ok I get it, you just wanna hang out somewhere too, so how about you just move a little bit so my friend can move past you?" Pinkie pie looked at her hopeing that she would understand.
Gilda again rolled her eyes at Pinkie "Ok, listen very carefully Dweeb, I and I cant emphasize this enogh, ain't moving an inch for you and your friend."
Pinkie was a little dissapointed by this answer so she decided to clear out any misunderstandings that she thought Gilda might have. "Oh Please could you move a little bit? This is an important Day for me, I invited the most popular boy in my class over and I want everything to be perfect when he arrives."
Gilda smugly grinned upon hearing this. "OHH so why diddn't you say that before, of course I'll move if it's that important and he is the most popular boy in school." She said in an obviously sarcastic tone which Pinkie did not notice.
She just replied with,
"Great, thank you for understanding I was afraid I picked out this pretty dress for nothing."
"Well we wouldn't want that would we." Gilda chuckled a bit "But I feel like something's missing on your dress."
Pinkie Pie looked nervously on her dress
"Wait, where? It seems fine to me." Pinkie said oblivious to Gildas ill intention.
Gilda now grinned sinister "Don't worry I'll fix it for ya!" she grabbed Pinkie Pie and threw her into the Mud that was infront of their house.
"There all done Dimwitt, Ahahahahahaha" Gilda laughed really loud at Pinkies misfortunte whose life seemed to be in shambles now, as she was on the brink of tears. Her perfect outfit has been ruined, and so has her perfect mood.
Pinkie was now sniffing between her words trying to catch a thought, but it was to no use she couldn't say anything she just sat in the mud and cried.
Meanwhile Starlight wanted to check on Pinkie as things had been quiet for a while now.
As soon as she stepped outside she saw Pinkie crying in the Mud with Gilda still laughing at her.
She instantly ran up to Pinkie to check if she's ok
"Pinkie, oh my god are you alright, what happened?" Pinkie did not answer however, she just kept sobbing.
Starlight turned to Gilda, who had quiet down from laughing and opened her eyes again just to see a furious Starlight coming her way.
"O-oh, hey I-i diddn't know you lived here." Gilda said in a panicked voice "I-is th-that your little sister? N-nice Kid, sh-she must've fallen into the mud." Starlight picked Gilda up and stared her right into the eye
"WHAT. DID. YOU. DO TO. MY. LITTLE. SISTER!" Starlight tried her best not to yell to loud so the others don't hear her.
Gilda looked terrified at Starlight, she may not fight anyone but Starlight beeing an 18 year old Teenager was like fighting a giant for a 13 year old like Gilda.
Gilda just started stammering barely getting an answer out, "I-i I was ju-just mes-messing around and s-she somehow f-fell down,yeah that's it." Starlight however did not believe anything of what she said and kept glaring at her. "O-Ok please stop stareing at me like that, I.... I threw her into the mud o-ok."
Starlight now started grinning really smug at Gilda, "Well it seems to me that we have two options now on how to handle your predicament. Number one: You apologize to my sister right now, and pay for her dress and I won't involve either of our parents in this and you never even think about bullying any of my sisters. Or Number two: I will drag you inside, tell my mother what happened and let her call your mom and then you'd still had to pay for the dress and probably get grounded. Your Choice, and make it count."
Gilda was mortified but quickly answered Starlights very rethorical question. "I'll t-t-take n-number one."
Starlight let her down and angrily put her hands on her shoulders "Wise choice Gilda, now go ahead and apologize."
Gilda was still shaking prefusely but was doing as Starlight asked, more out of fear than anything else.
"L-listen Dweeb uhh I mean kid, I'm s-s-sorry I ruined your dress." Pinkie meanwhile has stopped crying and looked stary
Eyed at her big sister, she was like a super Hero to her right now. Without really paying attention Pinkie accepted Gildas apology.
"Uh-huh It's ok." After hearing this Gilda grabbed her Bike and ran home, yelling to the two sisters. "Y-y-you can send me the recepit for the d-d-dress."
Pinkie Pie slowly got up and walked up to Starlight, "Uhm thank you Starlight, I should've listened to you, I'm sorry."
Starlight just hugged her little sister "Oh, it's ok you silly muffin that's what family's for. But even I can't save you from Mom's anger about the dress."
Pinkie laughed a bit "I guess that's ok." then she got up and looked at her dress. " Well I guess my normal clothes will do just fine now."
They both entered the house and explained the situation to their family who just laughed at the situation except for Celestia. She grounded Pinkie for 3 Weeks after Cheese Sandwich would have to leave.This did not make Pinkie hate her time with Cheese Sandwich however, as they both had a great time and shared many laughs about their favourite comedians.
