"Chancellor, do you think that they are learning their lesson?", asked one of his followers.

Neighsay was about to give his answer, when they were disrupted by sudden bangs on the doors, and ANGRY YELLS coming from the outside

Neighsay and his comrades were startled cold by this, and they began to get nervous, locking the doors as a precaution.

"COME ON, OPEN UP IN HERE, OR I BUST IN!  OPEN UP NOW!!  I'LL BLOW MY WAY IN!!", Celestia screamed through the locked doors with hot rage.

Applejack and Rainbow Dash kicked the doors in unison, breaking them off the hinges. Then, Brandon threw a "Magic Suppresor" onto Neighsay's horn to counter him from using his magic. 

"HOW DARE YOU SET FIRE TO MY SCHOOL AND  PUT 4 OF MY STUDENTS IN THE HOSPITAL!!", Twilight yelled so loud that Neighsay's ears were ringing. 

"WHAT IS THE MEANING OF THIS?", Celestia demanded angrily. 

Neighsay refused to speak. He just stared, with an enraged look, at the escaped prisoners.

"SPEAK, FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!", Starlight cried, as she shot lightning at him, which forced him to confess after a series of higher and higher zaps of electrcity.

After coughing from the shocks, he finally opened his mouth and spoke calmly, but not in a nice manner.

"You remember what I said when she tried to reopen that school without authorization.", Neighsay responded, "It was for the greater good; because she allowed non-pony students to enroll."  

"Listen up, just because I allowed more than ponies, does not mean they would use the knowledge against Equestria.", Twilight spat, with cold burning rage in her voice. "This is UNACCEPTABLE, and not the way to show me a piece of your mind!!"

"As the Diarch of Equestria, I sentence you and your comrades to A WHOLE YEAR IN JAIL, with absolutely NO BAIL", Celestia snapped.  "First, you WILL help us rebuild the school.", she hissed "SECOND, I HEREBY DECOMMISSION THE EEA COMPLETELY!!" "BY ROYAL MANDATE, YOU ARE ALL STRIPPED OF YOUR RANKS!!"

Neighsay broke down in tears because he had no choice, but to accept his punishment.  He relented, and they rebuilt the school until it was good as new. They were whipped until their backs started bleeding. Then they were sloshed with salt-water, to increase the pain. Then they were led to their quarters in the most secure wing of the prison, meaning maximum security, and having their special abilities permanently removed. Brandon even forced Neighsay to destroy his own medallion.

Twilight and the others were relieved that it was over, and they visited the injured who did not look well at all. They were unconscious, because the initial pain caused them to pass out. The nurses had put them on automated breathing machines, which explained the masks over their mouths and noses. They were all bandaged in the areas where the burns were, and the fractures, and Smolder's dislocated wing were strongly splinted to prevent motion. Once they had recovered, they returned to the school, and the lessons resumed. Everyone was relieved that the crisis had ended for the moment, for they did not know what would happen. They were unsure if Neighsay would realize that Twilight was right, or if he would attempt to keep saying that she was putting all of Equestria in GRAVE DANGER.
