Rainbow Dash POV
The next day, which was a Tuesday, Soarin went to my house to pick me up, then go to school, as usual.
I answered the door, beaming, and he grasped my hand and we set off.
As we walked into the school, there was a major clamor in the main hall.
Crowds of girls were screaming, holding bouquets and banners, and crying:
"You're so hot!"
"Be my girlfriend!"
"Babe, love you!"
"You're so handsome!"
"I'm the person of your dreams! Date me!"
"OMG! I want you, always and forever!"
Soarin stared at me, perplexed.
"Who is that guy that everyone's screaming about?" he asked.
Suddenly, Flash and his friends walked over.
"That new guy's really attracting every girl's attention, huh?" he said,"Us popular guys are completely thrown out."
I asked,"Who's that guy?"
"Dunno, but he's got rainbow hair and magenta eyes, like you. Hey, maybe you could be related!" chortled Flash.
All the color drained from my face. No...no...it couldn't be him.
"Hey, Dash, are you alright? You just went pale." said Soarin.
I was lost in my thoughts and replied,"Nothing."
We pushed our way in front of the crowd, and in the middle of the chaos I saw...him.
Rainbow Blitz. My brother. Who abandoned me when I needed him the most.
He was talking to a girl, who said as soon as she saw me,"Hey...is that your relation?"
Blitz turned around. He saw me.
"Hey...sis, long time no see! How are you lately?" he greeted sincerely, but that wasn't enough to make me forget the hateful words he said to me during our last meeting.
I replied coldly,"I'm doing good. Well, the best I could because I am a fucking bitch, a piece of shit that you want to get rid of as soon as possible, right?"
Everyone, including Soarin gasped as they heard me swear at my brother.
"Dash...you know I didn't mean it." Blitz finally managed to say.
"You know what you said to me, don't you? You hurt me and don't want to take the blame for it, right? Then fine! I'll go!" I cried and stomped my way back through the crowd, the fangirls clearing a path for me.
After I left the main hall, I broke into a run, and entered an empty classroom.
I just couldn't hold it in anymore. Tears streamed freely down my face.
"Why...Why does fate have to treat me like that?" I asked myself.
I recalled the argument we had five years ago...
Flashback:
"Why are you leaving me? You're the only one I have left!" I screamed at Blitz.
"I'm doing this for our own good! We need money and we need it fast. I need to train my acting skills, so I can make money!" yelled Blitz in reply.
I sighed,"Fine. Go. Everyone I love is gone."
"But before I go, I have something to tell you." he said,"YOU"RE SUCH A USELESS BITCH, FUCKING PIECE OF SHIT! I WISH THAT YOU NEVER EXIST, I HATE YOU! ROT IN TARTARUS!"
I burst into tears when he started cursing me.
Blitz slammed the door of the house and left, left me.
Back to the present...
I felt salty tears on my hands, which were clamped over my face.
I wish I could leave this hellhole.
