"Where am I... hello? Anyone? Where am I...?" Twilight was in a black void, running to find some light. There was no one around. She wondered for a long time... until she found a light. She went into the light... only to find... she was on earth... her hometown. And it was in ruins... a dark red sky, fire everywhere, destruction. And plenty of dead corpses... "Oh my gosh... what happened... how long was I gone?!" She walked around for a while... seeing a lot of fire, people dying, some surviving ones running, screaming, and some fainting on the ground. "Oh No! Mom! Dad! Shining Armor!" She realized that her family could be gone. She went to go see her house. She went in and saw that it was empty. She went inside and there was her family. "Oh thank you God." She said.
"Twilight!" Her family said. They all hugged her..
"Oh man! We thought we lost you forever." Twilight's mother Twilight Velvet said. "We looked everywhere for you."
"What happened?" Shining Armor asked. " The last time I saw you, the Red Guardians Academy blew up. Most of us made it out alive, but you didn't make it."
"I was put in a ship by a traitor and have been sent away to another planet." Twilight explained. "What happened since i was gone?" She asked.
"That traitor was name Trevelyan. He gave us up to the Shadowbolts. And there was a war. Most of the red guardians died. I stayed behind to take care of our parents." Shining Armor told Twilight.
"So... all the red guardians are gone? Even Talon?" Twilight asked.
As Shining was about to explain. There was an explosion at the house. No one was hurt. But a shadowy figure walked towards Twilight's family. "I'm sorry... but the Red Guardians exist no longer in this world." The smoke cleared and it showed a man with purple long hair, wings and a big long tail, Wearing some armor.
"Trevelyan!" Shining said angrily. "I'll kill you!"
Shining Armor charged at Trevelyan and gave countless blows, but Trevelyan was too fast. And he killed Shining Armor with a blow impailing him in the chest. "One down... one to go." Trevelyan said.
Twilight and he parents were in a massive shock of horror... Shining Armor was dead in the ground. She scream and charged at Trevelyan. "How could you do this to us? We were your friends. We treated you like an ally. And you stabbed us in the back?!" She cried.
"Yes... to ensure my destiny of becoming who meant to be." Trevelyan said.
"A traitor!?"
Twilight throw plenty of punches, they did effect Trevelyan but it wasn't enough to take him down. "I learned the truth, the red guardians are nothing but tyrants I thought they were heroes but instead they took away everything from me" Trevelyan said as he kicked Twilight in the face.
"What did we do to you?!" Twilight asked angrily.
Trevelyan grabs her head and reveal dark deeds done by the red guardians. "Now you know the truth about what kind of monsters they really are, I saved the world from their tyranny."
"What about my brother? He was one of them... And you killed him in front of me!" Twilight said.
"He was the one who deeply hurt me more than anyone else." Trevelyan revealed that Shining killed a dragon who was actually Trev’s father.
"I didn't know... their must be a reason." Twilight tried to convince.
"Their will be nothing to explain ever. And obviously the planet still admires the red guardians." Trevelyan said. "So I'm gonna blow it up... buy first... Trevelyan rolled his eyes at Twilight parents and blasted them to dust.
"No!!!" Twilight screamed... She went on her knees... "bastard!"
"Once I destroy this planet... I'll be heading home to Equestria. And since your mourning. You'll die easily by the destruction... of Crimson Black..."
Trevelyan flew away in a flash... Twilight was crying. "Why didn't i come back... I've spent so much time in Equestria... that it felt like I forgot about my home. Why sent me away from my home?!"
"Yeah... Why sent you away to my home..." a voice said... Twilight looked around... their was nobody. "Why did you takeover my home... pretend to be a hero... And most of all... why did you take my name... my hair... my life... And altered it to be a hero..."
Twilight was now getting scared. "Who are you!?"
"The person you replace... but the different is... your a human. An extraterrestrial from earth... And you live in my home Equestria. Made friends... And possibly... found true love... with a dragon... I once raised..." the voice was getting closer... until a body walked slowly to Twilight.
The body figure was closer... as Twilight looked at the body... She was trumitaized. But then the light appeared... And she saw... what looks like a pony? But... it had a dark bluish purple with pink and dark lines for a mane and tail. It's body was purple... She had a horn... And... her eyes were red with tears coming out of her eyes... And her legs... were looking like they got ripped off and replaced with scissors. Twilight was trumitaizedwith horror... the pony looks like... her? "W-w-who... are you?" She asked as her heart started beating rapidly...
"I... am... your counterpart...Twilight... SPARKLE!"
She striked Twilight and then... "AHHHHHHHHH!!!" Twilight woke up. She is still in Equestria. The sun was about to rise. "What the he'll was that!?"
"Twilight, are you okay what's wrong?" Spike asked. He woke up next to Twilight and was worried.
"Spike... I had a nightmare... in was back on earth. It was destroyed. My family died... And then I died... by..." Twilight paused due to her fear...
"Killed by What?" Spike asked...
"... me."
"You were killed by yourself? That doesn't make any sense." Spike said.
"No... not really me..." Twilight explained. "Spike... I think... there is another me... from Equestria. My counterpart."
Spike's eyes widened big. "Oh no... no no no... you mean... you saw... My mom's deceased pupil?"
"Deceased..." Twilight said. "You mean... dead?"
