Epilogue


Octavia held the pencil in her mouth. She waited for the pony standing in front of her to give her another paper to sign. She did. Octavia wrote her name on the little dotted line.
“Okay, Miss Octavia, this is your new house!” The pony said. Octavia couldn’t believe how easy it was to find a house she liked.
After she got her check from the Canterlot Garden Party, Octavia went back to Manehattan where she bought a house. Her house. It wasn’t very big, but Octavia still loved. It had white walls and blue shingles. Nothing was inside of it when she bought it, but that would soon change.
Octavia’s mane grew back to its normal length, and Vinyl was punishing herself for cutting Octavia’s mane by making her's grow out to look like Octavia’s. Octavia got several more job offerings to play at different parties and events. Vinyl stuck with her steady job at the record store and being a DJ at a club.
After a few days, Octavia finished moving all her stuff from her old apartment to her new house. The best part about her new house was it was across the street from Vinyl’s house.
The future was looking bright for the two ponies, and it was. Octavia said that meeting Vinyl was the most “wizard” thing that ever happened to her.
