The New World

It's been days since Vert was missing and the drivers have to find them, they're doing everything they can to find him, but they haven't seen him anywhere.

"Let's go back to Highway 35," Kurt said, "If I know Vert, he would have hit the EDR and come back there to where Sparky was."

"What happens if we don't?" Lani said, "Give up."

"Yes... No... I don't know," Kurt said, "I hate to have Vert gone."

"We'll find him, Kurt," Octavio said, "We'll find Vert."

Kurt smiled and said, "Thanks."

"Lani, let's go back and see if Vert got out," Martin said.

Lani sighed and drove the Sweeper to Highway 35.

It was night time and Vert was just asleep. A noise was heard making Vert wake up, he got out of his car and looked around and saw nothing.

"Huh," Vert said, "Maybe it was nothing."

Vert got back in his car, he checked to see if the Wisdom Circle and the Accelechargers are still there, luckily they're still there. Vert turned back and went back to sleep.

The noise from the distance was some Diamond Dogs, they saw Reverb over there. So, they went up to it. Vert forgot to lock the door so they opened it and see Vert sleeping heavily, they looked at each other and got Vert out of the car and set him down gently so they won't wake him up. They looked around the car and two things, the Wisdom Circle and the Accelechargers. They took them out of the car and looked at it. They think it'll be worth something with these, they looked at Vert's car and Vert and they decided, why not take the two strange items, the Reverb, and Vert to there base. The Diamond Dogs then put them back where they were, picked Vert up and put him back inside his car and they pushed the Reverb back to there base.

The Sweeper reached Highway 35. They've stopped and the drivers got out.

"This is where Sparky was at when he hit the EDR," Kurt said, "If Vert hit the EDR, he would be in the same location as him."

"Let's split up and find him," Terra said.

The drivers then split up and went to go find. They looked everywhere but they have no clue on to where he is.

"You all got a lead on him?" Kurt said to everyone.

"Got nothing man," Nolo said.

"No lead on him big bro," Wylde said.

"Got no clue," The street beauties said.

"Got nothing," The rest of the Teku said.

"He's nowhere to be found around here," The rest of the Metal Maniacs said.

"Dammit," Kurt said.

"He's nowhere to be found," Aurora said, "What if we lost him."

Aurora was this close of crying.

"Hey, Hey," Octavio said, "It's okay, we'll find him."

"If he's not back," Aurora said, "What if his EDR isn't working?"

"If his EDR still working," Octavio said, "Then he would have gotten back."

"We can't give up," Tork said, "We'll find your cousin no matter how long it takes."

"We'll do everything we can to find him," Luka said with her hand on her shoulder.

That made Aurora feel better and said, "Thanks, everyone."

"We'll find Vert," Taro said, "Don't worry."

They went back in the Sweeper and continued to find him.

Underground in the base, Vert woke up and found something strange about this place. He isn't in the forest anymore, his car is nowhere to be found, including the Wisdom Circle and the Accelechargers. He thought it was all a dream, he thinks that he's still in the Acceledrome. Vert sit up and looked around, it wasn't his dorm, he looked at himself and see he's still wearing the Acceleron outfit.

"Huh," Vert said, "Thought it was only a dream."

He got up and looked around the room again, he's in a jail cell, however.

"I'm in a cell," Vert said, "But why?"

He looked around the cell and see his car, the Wisdom Circle, and the Accelechargers being messed around by the Diamond Dogs.

"Those things are messing around with my stuff," Vert said, "I got to get out of here and steal all my stuff back."

He looked around and see a bobby pin and a screwdriver under the bad.

"When was the last time they've checked the cells?" Vert said, "These guys are stupid."

Vert went up to the cell door and used the items he found and was now doing a lockpick. Vert was having a hard time doing it until a click was heard.

"Let's hope it did it," Vert whispered.

He pushed the cell door and it opened.

"Yes, it did it," Vert whispered while getting and closed the door gently, "Now to get out of here with my stuff."

Vert went stealth mode and crouch-walked out of the area.

They've spent hours finding Vert, but got no clue onto where he is.

"We've been looking everywhere for Vert and we still can't find him," Pork Chop said hitting the wall of the Sweeper.

"He's out there somewhere," Terra said, "We can't give up."

"I don't know if we can find him," He said.

Aurora was hearing everything to what they said.

"As much as we want to find him," Pork Chop said, "I think we lost Vert."

That got Aurora like she was shot in the heart, she leaned on the wall, sat down, and started crying with her face covered. The drivers were looking at her crying. They all feel bad for her because she thinks she'll lose Vert forever.

Octavio went up to her and said, "I know it's difficult to lose someone you love, trust me, I know," "But we can't give up."

"I don't know if we even really lost him," Aurora said sadly, "I don't want to think of him gone forever."

"Look, I've lost someone I loved too," Octavio said, "The girl I was supposed to protect,"

The drivers knew what he was talking about and still felt bad for Octavio for losing his girlfriend back in the Water Realm.

"But we have to stay strong," He said, "He's still my friend," "We won't give up no matter how long it takes."

That made Aurora feel a lot better and hugged him. Octavio then returned the hug and said, "We'll find your cousin Aurora," "We'll find him."

"Thanks, Octavio," Aurora said, "And I'm still sorry for what happened to your girlfriend."

"It's okay," He said, "It wasn't your fault, it's not mine, and it's not everyone's fault," "The only one's fault is the Drones."

"But we destroyed them," Tezla said, "It's over."

"We'll find Vert," Lani said, "We'll find your cousin," "He's my friend too."

"Friend," Aurora said, "You never told me you and Vert was friends."

"We used to be on a team together back in the World Race," Lani said.

"A team," Aurora said, "What team is it?"

"The Wave Rippers," Lani said, "He was the leader of the team."

"I didn't know he led a team," Aurora said.

"Well now you know," She said.

With Vert out of his cell, he sneakily went to cover and saw two diamond dogs talking to each other.

"I've got to get past them if I want to get out," Vert said.

He was coming up with a plan until he got one. He picked up a rock and threw it as hard as he could. He found a spot that he could hide in. So he went into the spot and waited patiently.

"What was that?" A Diamond Dog said.

"Don't know let's check it out," The second one said.

They went up to the sound to only find a rock.

"Oh, it's only a rock," The second one said.

"Wait, what was our job again?" The first one said.

"Check on the prisoner," The second one said.

"Oh, right," The first one said.

They went to check on Vert. When they walked off, Vert got out of there and said, "I need to hurry before they find out."

The then crouch run to get to his car. When he was crouch running, he saw his car, the Wisdom Circle, and the Accelechargers there still being messed around by those creatures. So Vert sneakily went up behind a creature turned him around and punched him as hard as he could, leaving him knocked. The other one looked at Vert and was about hit him with the ring but he grabbed it, punched the diamond dog. When he fell to the ground, Vert grabbed his head and put the ring around him. Vert was standing on him choking the Diamond Dog out. When the creature went unconscious, Vert put the ring inside the car and same goes for the Accelechargers, he went inside and closed the door and started it up. I was perfect timing when the two diamond dogs alerted everyone saying.

"The prisoner has escaped," The diamond dog said, "And he got his stuff back."

"Time to go," Vert said.

Vert switched gears and accelerated, he was going as fast as he could to get out. Vert was looking for an exit but couldn't find one yet.

"Come one," Vert said, "There has to be an exit around here."

Vert looked at his side view mirror and see the diamond dogs chasing after him. He kept driving until he saw a light up ahead.

"That must be the exit," Vert said, "Time to get out of here."

"He's going for the exit," The diamond dog said, "Seal the door."

The exit was closing. So Vert went as fast as he can to get out.

"Come on," Vert said.

The gate was almost about to close.

"Come on," He said.

He went up to the gate and made it out of there just in time.

"YES!" Vert said.

He stopped and got out of his car, he said, "Yeah, woohoo, that's right."

He heard growling, he turned around and saw a lot of wolves made of wood.

"Wooden Wolves," Vert said.

He quickly went back into his car and sped out of there. The Timberwolves then chased him.

"I need to get out of this forest," Vert said.

He was turning random direction in hoping to find a way out of here until something else came out of nowhere. A lion-like thing with wings and a tail of a scorpion came up making Vert swerve past it and started chasing him as well.

"What in the world is that thing?" Vert said.

He kept driving until he found the end of the forest.

"That must be the exit," Vert said.

So, he accelerated to the exit of the forest, the manticore gave up including some of the Timberwolves, but the rest were still chasing him.

Fluttershy was outside minding her own business by taking care of the animals until she heard something from the forest. She has no idea onto what's going on until something made a jump. She saw a weird moving object with bright blue circles, has a number seven on it and a word saying "Teku" on it. When it landed a few Timberwolves were chasing after him not knowing Fluttershy there. They were all to focus on the moving object leaving Fluttershy confused.

"What in the..." Fluttershy said, "I better tell Twilight and the others about this."

Twilight and her friends were having a friendly conversation until Fluttershy ran in.

"Oh, hey Fluttershy," Twilight said.

"I... Saw... Something," Fluttershy said, "Need to... Catch... My breath."

She took a second to catch her breath until she was ready to talk.

"I saw something weird from my cottage," Fluttershy said.

"Really darling?" Rarity said.

"Yeah," Fluttershy said, "And a few Timberwolves got attention to that and started chasing it."

"Do you know what it looked like?" Applejack said.

"Yeah, I do," Fluttershy said.

"What did it look like?" Twilight said.

"The thing was either blue or purple, had four bright blue circles underneath it, guessing those are wheels, it had a number on it and a word on it too." Fluttershy said.

"What was the number and the word?" Rainbow Dash.

"It had a seven and a word Teku or something on it," Fluttershy said.

It took some time for Fluttershy to think what it is until she found out what it was making her gasped.

"What, what is it?" Twilight said.

"Remember when Vert escaped the Drones by going through the portal and we couldn't see where he is?" Fluttershy said.

"Yeah, it wouldn't show us where he..." Twilight stopped and know what she was talking about, "Wait, do you mean..."

"Vert's here," Fluttershy said, "In our world."

The ponies were shocked at what Fluttershy said.

"He's in our world?" Rarity said, "That was his car you saw?"

"Yeah, it was," Fluttershy said.

"And the Timberwolves are chasing after him," Pinkie said, "We need to save him now."

"You're right," Twilight said, "Let's go."

And so, the Mane 6 and Spike went to go save Vert.
