While everyone was running to the Edenian Ruins, Ermac was spying on them. Everyone was about to pass the until Pinkie was lifted into the air, and smashed onto the ground. They looked to see Ermac Landing right in front of them. Pinkie looked at him and said, “That wasn’t very nice.”

Ermac told Kitana, “We don’t do nice.”

Kitana defeated him and said, “You need to be more friendly.”

Shang walked up to them and said, “Your soul is mine, Pinkie!” He was about to steal Pinkie’s soul, but Kitana threw her fans at him as he stopped. Unfortunately, he only drained Pinkie’s crazy side.

Kitana and Pinkie has to fight their evil sides. Mileena looked at the two and said, “This is gonna be good.”

Pinkie and Kitana defeated Mileena and Pinkamena. The winner then stated, “Looks like light is the cure for darkness.”

Shang walked up to Kitana. “Every clever, girls.” He said. “But you will not defeat Shao Kahn. He’s already begun to attack Edenia.”

Kitana defeated him and said, “Give up, Shang.”

The gang kept walking until they made it to the Pyramid of Argus. They ran up the stairs, only to find the key being guarded by Motaro. The centaur looked at the others and said, “I will rip your heads off your necks!”

Kitana defeated him and said, “Say goodnight, friend. I’ll take that key, thank you.” Kitana took the key from Motaro’s hands.
Raiden said, “Now on to the Netherrealm key.”

Rainbow Dash gulped. “The Netherrealm?”

Meanwhile, in Shao Kahn’s throne room, the emperor said, “Quan Chi? Staten? I trust all is in order? The ponies will arrive in the Netherrealm soon, and I expect you to kill them.”

“I will not fail you, master.” Quan Chi said.

Staten laughed. “Flurry Heart would have been an easier target.” Shao Kahn growled. “No offense.”

“None taken.” The emperor said.
