Sonya, Spike and Jax walked into the hotel and looked inside the casino. People were running away from Staten, who now has a blood red lightning bolt cutie mark. Staten clawed a random person, as he was killed. Staten then declared, “I will rule all of Earthrealm, along with Shao Kahn and King Sombra!”
Sonya yelled, “Not so fast, stone pony!” As she ran up to him.
“Sonya Blade?” He said. “You got much worse problems than just me!” Just then the Diamond Dog Rover grabbed Spike and was about to hurt him until Sonya shot a projectile at him as he dropped the baby dragon. He told Sonya, “You will soon kneel before Lord Staten!”
Sonya defeated him and said, “Sorry, but that’s not gonna happen.”
“Not to him it’s not!” Baraka yelled.
“I sincerely doubt that.” Sonya defeated Baraka and said, “You lose, Wolverine.”
Staten walked up and laughed evilly.
“He’s getting worse every time!” Sonya defeated him and said, “He’s too strong! We have to find another way!” The three retreated.
“That’s it! Run away!” Staten said. “I’m too powerful for the likes of you!”
Just then Discord appeared and said, “Hey, there.” as he was messing with Jax.
Sonya said, “Leave him alone!” She defeated the dragonques and said, “What is your problem?”
Discord said, “Please don’t kill me! I was just having a little fun! I’m just trying to help.”
“How can you be having fun at a time like this?! Staten has killed someone at the casino!” Sonya yelled.
“Okay. I’ll make it up to you. I’ll join you.”
“Well... all right. We gotta find the key to Earthrealm.”
“You mean this one?” Discord held up the key. “Stole it from Staten.”
“Thanks.” Sonya Blade said upon receiving the key.
