I stared at Aradace for so long she started to shift positions. She looked scared and sad and disappointed. So many thoughts were going through my head that I thought I would mentally explode. I finally got a grip and the wheel of emotions landed in happy. A smile lit up my face and I said "YOUR HAVING A CHILD!" oh my goodness there will be a Dragon heir already.
Wow. "Aradace and Briggen nodded and Aradace said "Is- is that okay... Your not mad r- right?" I nodded and said "I so could never be mad at you Aradace. You've made my life so much better and changed it so much. I'm so happy that your going to have a baby.
This is definitely something to talk about. Well. I'm just curious on what the Dragon will be...? I wonder if it will be a hybrid. A mountain and a fire Dragon mixed together." Blueblood was talking to Briggen in their own private link. Briggen seemed to be worried while Blueblood seemed to be reassuring him. I smiled. Blueblood was already acting like a king.
He was worried about his Dragon and about all the other dragons. He is trying to handle everything. He is working very hard in trying to learn every thing there is to know about each Dragon species. And he is also showing love and kindness to all of his people or dragons. Aradace nudged me and I noticed that I had been staring at Blueblood for a while.
I grabbed a hold of Aradace and she lifted of the ground. I climbed on her back and she flew steadily. I looked back to see Briggen lifting off with Kain on his back. I smiled and laid my head on Aradace's neck. I had a dance of deja vu as my eyes slowly started to close I dreamed.
I was walking through a castle. It was very nice. I came to a door and opened it and looked through. In there were two cribs. I walked towards the cribs but as I did they slowly started to disappear. As I stopped walking they stayed in there fading faze. I looked around and saw myself but older.
I was with Blueblood and we were talking about something but every once in a while we would look over at the crib and smile and say something.
We laughed and got up. I bent down and kissed whatever was in the crib before me and Kain walked out. Turning off the lights. Once the lights were out. I woke up. 1
I sat up straight and noticed that I was in the same bed that I was in when I first arrived in the cave. I looked over at the entrance and stood. I dressed myself and then walked out. I decided to keep the dream To myself.
I looked around to my right were a few dragons sitting and to my left there was the huge cave entrance. I walked outside and looked at all the dragons who were outside. As I walked by some dragons They would now their heads it say "Your majesty." I smiled at each of them and asked how there morning was going.
They all replied with good or fine. I would nod and walk some more. I did this many many times. Even running into water dragons. Some forest dragons and water dragons would even be together. Then two came up to me. The water Dragon was a girl and the forest Dragon was male.
I smiled at them and they bowed the water Dragon said "Your majesty, we were wondering if we could... If we could be together. Considering we are two different species we didn't know if you would want us to be together or not. We didn't want to go against you." after she said that she bowed deeply almost touching her snout to the ground.
I lifted her rather large head and brought her face to face with me. Or eye to eye. I said "My darling. I do not care who you are with. If you love him and he loves you, then be together.
I support it either way. It doesn't matter that you are two different species. If anything it makes it better." the Dragon nodded and did a little bounce she looked at the forest Dragon and he looked at her.
He rubbed the top of his head on her cheek. It was adorable. I left them in peace. I looked over every one of the dragons and talked with almost all of them.
After a long time the sun started to get close to mid day. I walked back to the cave where I would be meeting the kids.
I smiled as I saw Caspian and Coral, Amber and Blaze, Jax and Lightning, Nahla and Aqua, Zane and Oak, Nico and Orchid. They all stood together looking very excited. I looked more closely and saw Bale and Blueblood Together. Blueblood seemed to be in deep conversation with Bale.
I walked over and hugged each of the kids and picked up Nico. I walked over to Blueblood . He stopped what he was saying and faced me. He gave me a quick kiss and then went back to talking. I smiled and laughed. Nico said "Ewww. That was gross." I laughed again and said "I know, I know. Gross." we all laughed and I said to all of them.
"Are we ready to go?" they all nodded. I smiled and called for Aradace in my head. After a moment Briggen and Aradace came flying lazily towards us. I smiled. Ever since Aradace told us that she was going to have a little baby Dragon Briggen hasn't left her side. Unless she gets snappy.
Then he sits a distance away watching over her. It was the cutest thing ever. When Aradace landed I climbed on her back and we turned to the Kids and their dragons. "Lets go guys we have to leave in a little bit." they all climbed on their Dragon. I noticed Caspian getting on Coral with a smile.
She looked ready to burst out. I smiled for the millionth time and looked towards Blueblood. He was already on Briggen walking towards me. I blew a kiss and he caught it and put his hand to his heart.
I laughed and I turned to the kids. They nodded and I said to Caspian in my head "Keep and eye on Nico and Orchid. I don't want them flying too far behind." he nodded and Aradace launched me into the sky. After a minute we were all flying over the trees.
Me in the front along with Amber and Blaze. Jax and Zane right behind with Caspian and Nico flying behind them. Blueblood Brought up the rear. We flew and finally after a while me and Amber both got bored and started talking. We talked about all kinds of things.
We talked about our child hoods. Out parents. We talked about animals and crushes. I then brought up Caspian and she blushed. I said "You know I'm fine with it right. I am the queen but that doesn't mean I rule over relationships right? She laughed and nodded. She said "Ever since we were 11 we have been more than close.
He came to me one morning and have me a flower. It was rare. It was a red flower with bits of Orange in it. It looked like it was in fire. That day I found a blaze. He was abandoned in a huge hollowed out tree. He was hurt and he had somehow managed to catch the tree on fire.
I burned myself quite a lot but with the help of Moth I got him out..." I nodded and smiled. That was cute. I said "I found Aradace in a clearing under a flame tree. It was a dark oak tree with red leaves. From a distance it looked like a flaming tree. I had a dream about Aradace. She told me I had to find her.
So I did. We sat in silence for a little and we looked at each other. We both said at the same time "We have a lot in common." we both stared wide eyed at each other and laughed. She had a soft gentle laugh while my laughs was more a guy laugh. It was funny and it made us laugh harder. " Blueblood flew up next to me and said "Lily your laughing so much your going to fall off of Aradace!"
that made me laugh harder and He fell back in the rear of the group chuckling. I finally had a grip of myself and we looked at each other again still quietly laughing. We flew in and in talking some more before we had to stop. It was getting dark. We landed in a clearing and me and Blueblood set up camp.
We had Briggen and Coral go and hunt for everyone while we all sat and waited. After an hour they both came back holding plenty of food. We cooked it and are our fills and stored what we didn't eat. After a while we started talking asleep. Briggen said he would watch over. Lightning would take the next shift.
And Aradace protested and she now will be taking the third shift. Me and Blueblood stayed up for a while and watched as Nico and Zane fell asleep first while followed by Jax. The as Amber and Caspian looked at the stars together they finally fell asleep.
Me and Blueblood stayed up and talked. We told each other lots of things. We also talked about ways to find the other dragons. We made a deal. We would find the ice dragons next. We might even find more water dragons. We eventually fell asleep. We figured that nothing bad happened last night since no one was woken until morning.
I was the first one up. Aradace was sitting next to a sleeping Briggen watching everything with sharp eyes and ears. When I say up she looked over towards Me and perked up.
She said "Rise and shine beautiful." I smiled and said "Good morning." I began to move but Blueblood wrapped his arms around my waist and mumbled incoherent words. I looked to Aradace who was trying hard not to laugh out loud. I blushed and took hold of Kain's arms trying to pry myself loose.
My work was worthless. He didn't budge. I smiled and whispered in his ear. " Blueblood wake up, we have to go remember. He mumbled "no... I don't wanna." I said " Blueblood I have to get up." He said "No you don't just sit here with me." I laughed and kissed him in the cheek. He smiled and opened his eyes.
He said "I get kisses in the morning?" his voice was muffled. I laughed quietly and said "Of course." we have each other a kiss lasting a bit longer than anticipated. Me and Lain sat up and kissed again before I leaned away and said " Blueblood I'm hungry. So let's get up and get breakfast." He pouted and said "But I'm just fine here kissing you..." I blushed and shook my head.
He said "Okay but I get one more kiss." I nodded and leaned in to give him a kiss. He closed his eyes and at the last second I kisse him fast on the cheek instead and jumped up. He opened his eyes quick and jumped up He said in a loud whisper "Hey, nuh uh that was cheating get back here!"I laughed and ran towards Aradace I said "Aradace save me!" she chuckled and covered me with her wings.
I couldn't see so I closed my eyes and looked through her eyes. I saw everything a lot clearer and more vibrant there was a while lot more color. I saw Blueblood come towards Aradace. He smiled and said "Aradace, can I please have Lily back. She needs a little tiny punishment for cheating."
Aradace looked at the sky and then back to Blueblood she said "What's in it for me?" He smiled and said "EVERY morning I'll make you bacon." I said to Aradace "No...no Aradace don't do this...!"
She laughed and said "Deal." she lifted her wing and I jumped up and be for so could start running Blueblood grabbed me and pulled me over to face him. He laughed and said "You think you could get away so easily but? Well looked like you'll just have to be punished.
No one likes cheaters." I said fast "No one likes sore losers either." his eyes lit up and he said "Oh your so getting it!" he started tickling me. He tickled my stomach and I face a little bounce. I could help the laugh coming out of me. I laughed and laughed.
He tickled harder and harder until my knees collapsed and we were on the ground. I laughed so hard tears were falling down my face. He kept tickling me. I tried to say something but couldn't. I screamed "Okay, okay you win! I'll kiss you!" he laughed and said "that's more like it." I smiled and leaned up to give him a sweet kiss.
Lain got off of me and we got up. We started walking towards the Backpack and got the food. I smiled and took it to Aradace and she blew a tiny tiny bit of fire of it to heat it up fast. We went around and woke everyone up. As we all finished Amber looked at me and said "Have some fun huh?" I gazed at her confused and she got out a mirror.
I looked at my reflection and almost passed out at what I saw. I had sticks and leaves in my hair and my hair was all crazy. I laughed instead and decided before I left I would go and wash. I walked to the stream that was close by. I took off my clothes and stepped into the creek.
It was a little cold but not unbearable. I laid in the water running my hands through my hair. I scrubbed the dirt and grime from my body before stepping out. I called for Aradace to dry me off. She obliged and blew fire on me. The tingling started up again it kind of tickled.
I laughed once Aradace was done and when she stood up straight she held out some new clothes for me. I smiled and took them off her tail. I dressed myself and then went back to the clearing. Everyone was eating. I took my small portion and ate it quickly before getting up. I said to everyone. "Okay, we are only about 7 hours away from the castle. We should be there by late dinner."
they all smiled and got up. I noticed that Nico looked tired I said. "Nico how about you fly with me?. We can give your Dragon a rest." she nodded and I picked her up. I walked over to Aradace. I jumped up and say down with Nico in my arms.
I saw that Orchid was coming over to me. In her head she said "Thank you Queen Lily. I didn't want her to fall asleep and accidently fall off of me." I nodded and said "It is not a problem.
I looked down at a how sleeping Nico. I looked at each of the kids and nodded. They all nodded too. I looked to Blueblood and he said "Alright let's go." we flew and flew.
I kept looking down at the sea of green and yellow. I was looking at one spot when something drew my attention. It was a huge red tree. I said to Aradace. "Its where I found you. Under that red tree. She nodded and said "Yep good Times." we flew for about 2 more hours before we flew over the Sorceresses shack.
I smiled and she. We got to the field I signaled for everyone to land. When we landed I said "Okay not long, we will just walk. I bet our dragons wings are tired. I knew Aradace's And Briggen's wings Would be just fine. The other dragons wings I bet hurt and are sore. I nodded and we started walking to the gates.
After about 15 minutes we could see the gates. The kids started getting really excited. We went the rest of the way and when we got to the gates The guards dropped to one knee and said "Princess Lily, Prince Blueblood , we have been waiting your arrival for days now.
I see you've found the dragons yes? I nodded and said "Yes we found forest dragons and some water dragons." the Guards stood and moved to the sides so we could enter. We walked through town. People stood at the sides of the streets and cheered for us.
They chanted me and Blueblood name. I smiled and Blueblood waved at everyone. We finally made it to the castle and outside the door stood my father. I jumped down from Aradace's back and ran to him. I hugged him and he hugged me he said "Oh, oh my baby you did it! You found some dragons.
" I looked at him and said "We have lots to talk about father. I looked at the doors which were opening to reveal Metin She walked out holding potions for the dragons. She gave it to each of them. After they all drank it they began to shrink. I smiled. I watched each of them shrink but Aradace wasn't shrinking.
I looked at her and then Metin said "Hmmm. Aradace? Are you going to be a mother because that is the only reason you wouldn't be shrinking." Aradace nodded and Metin. Lapped her hands she said "We are going to have little baby dragons flying around!" I laughed and turned to father. I said "Okay father, let me introduce you to some new faces.
The blue Dragon with wings is named Coral. Her rider is Caspian right her. I pointed to Caspian. My father nodded and embraced Caspian. I said "The smaller Dragon here is named Orchid. She is 4. Just like her rider. I picked up Nico and said "This is Nico, she is so adorable." my father nodded and Kissed Her on the forehead.
forheadI pointed to Blade and said 'This is Blaze, His rider is Amber. I pointed to Amber and my father embraced her too. While also giving her a kiss on the forehead. U looked to ANd and said "This is Zane. Her Dragon is Oak, that one right there.
And lastly that is Jax. Jax is mute so his Dragon talks. Dad kissed Danes head and then bent down to the boys level. He said "Your a very special boy you hear? I can tell. I bet you have lots to say about everything.
Even if your mute you'll get it out." Jax nodded and hugged my father. My father laughed and hugged him back. I mentally awed with Aradace. We laughed together.
I looked at all of the tiny dragons and then to Aradace I got back in her and I had her fly up to the landing pad. It was absolutely gigantic. It was plenty big for Aradace. The people had made it look natural.
They put plants in it and Metin had Vines growing up the sides I could tell Aradace loved it. I could also see another big change. My room was magnificent. Instead of it being a dull pretty color it was a bright vibrant Red.
I had a my big bed still but I now how black and red bed covers. It was also two times the size my room had once been. I loved it. "I smiled and said to Aradace +
"we are home."
