I spent the rest of the day with Metin talking about the stories and the marks and what it could mean. I learned that the wings meant dragon rider but Metin had never seen anything like my marking but she did know what language the mark was in. 

It was in an old dragon language. It meant power. It was beginning to get late and our yawns started to get more frequent so Metin said, "here Lily time for you to go home, eat this strawberry." I was confused but I ate it.

It wasn't really a strawberry though it was good. I was teleported back to the castle. I made sure after a moment that Metin would send my horse and when I was about to give up out of no where my horse came trotting up the path. 

After I had someone brush him down and feed him I walked into the castle and I walked to my parent's room and knocked quietly, after a moment and a few shuffles Spike opened the door. When he saw me he pulled me I to a hug and plastered a big kiss on my forehead.

I laughed and yawned and said "I'm done with Metin we learned lots of things. I will have to tell you later but I wanted to let you know I was done and home safe. 

But I'm tired now and I shall retire to my room." My father nodded and said "I'm glad your safe, I'm also glad you and Metin had fun and you had a chance to learn about dragons. 

Go get some rest and tomorrow maybe you can go back." I went through the halls skipping. 

Once I came to my room I made sure my guard was there before I walked in, he was and he waved before standing at attention.

I smiled and walked into my room shutting the door softly. I changed int my nightclothes and laid in bed. The moment my head tucked the pillow I fell asleep. 

I dreamed I was walking through a forest, there was a volcano to my right and a river on my left. I walked and walked and the vines grew thicker.

I came to a clearing and looked around, there, there was the creature. It was magnificent, it was about the size of a very large horse but it was still beautiful. 

I walked towards it and it stared at me. I said "your my dragon, aren't you? I'm yours? Where can I find you?" 

The dragon said softly "the vines are thick and the air is crisp, fire smolders and water boils the forest is as green as the definition itself and the sky as blue as can be.



I lie in wait for my master's fate under the tree that looks like a flame." I woke up gasping I chanted the words and memorized them. I jumped out of bed still chanting the ominous words and got dressed in a shirt and pants with my riding boots. I combed my golden hair and ran out the door.

I didn't stop for my guard to say Good Morning I didn't slide down the stair rail and I didn't loom in the Windows.

I ran straight to the breakfast table where I knew my parents would be. I butt through the doors making my parents shoot from their chairs. 

I walked over to them chanting the words and when I got to them I said "I have to go back to the sorceress! I have to I know what has to be done!

I can't wait now I must leave." As I walked towards the doors again my voice got louder 

"I can do it, dad, I can! I will! I have to go now I will see you later!" At that Is Rushed out the door. I hope my parents didn't come for me I hope they didn't move. 

I sped down the hallways and called for a boy and told him to be quick and saddle my horse. He ran out so fast not even I outpaced him.

I ran to the entrance and saw my horse all saddled waiting for me. I ran out leapt on the horses back and ran away with not even a glance at anyone else. 

I made record time and flew through the shack. I landed in the room and startled Metin who leaped from her chair and stifled a scream. 

I said "I'm sorry but I had a dream, I know where my dragon is! It's a fire dragon!"

I told Metin all that had happened in the dream and then I told her the enchanting words. "the vines are thick and the air is crisp, fire smolders and water boils the forest is as green as the definition itself and the sky as blue as can be. 

I lie in wait for my master's fate under the tree that looks like a flame." She sat back down and thought. 

She looked up at me and said "I think I know where that is.

There is only one volcano in our kingdom and its surrounded by forest so green it's blinding. The river there is always hot because of the lava that is said to heat it. Here is a map I cannot go there but you can. 

I will send a letter to your father now and tell him you will be going.

I nodded and said, "I will need supplies." She nodded and waved her hand and there was suddenly a backpack with a bow and quiver filled with arrows.

She said "there is food and clothes and there is a book of dragons and stuff to make a fire with. Good luck I wish you well. Now go!"

I grabbed the backpack and races outside. I sat on Spirit and raced towards the volcano. The journey to find my dragon started now. Let's hope I'm not too late for her.
