After Wolf has swept the pile of shards up, he turned to his right and moved to the trash can that was on Sandbar's right side.

Next, he snapped the pan back on the broom and put it on the left side of the can with his right hand. Then, he turns to his left and placed his right hand over his heart and closed his eyes. He inhaled through his mouth and then out of his mouth.  "Alright, everyone, we need to find a way to get to them quicker and stop Smolder's rampage. And by "we" I mean you four," he said as he pointed out his left finger to the four creatures. His right hand on the elbow joint of his left arm.

"You're not going to help us?" Sandbar questions him with his left hoof up in the air.

"Well, as a doctor, I give advice to help you get through this by working together and saying sorry to one another," he said with his hands on his hips. Then, he takes his left hand off and started to speak. "However, I will call help, and also write to Twilight and Ember to get each of their friends to help with our "dragon rampaging problem." Actually, you will go get Twilight and her friends while I go and bring back some help," he said with his left finger pointing at Sandbar. "Gallus you and Silverstream try to reach Smolder and try to calm her down," he said while pointing to the griffon and the hippogriff. "Sandbar, take Yona with you as well. I will do what I must do," he said as he pointed to the Pony and then the yak. While he said that, he also points at himself with his right thumb. Then he puts his left hand down and then his right thumb and turns to the right and goes out the door. 
But, he stopped. He was at the door, with his left hand on it and turns his head to the left to the four creatures. "Well, are you going to just stay there, or are you going to come along with me?" He asked. His eyes in a frowny face.

Simultaneously, Gallus and Silverstream looked at each other with surprised faces. Sandbar and Yona looks at each other, too. Next, Gallus and Yona began to look at each other while Silverstream and Sandbar looks at each other as well, simultaneously. Then, Gallus and Sandbar began to look at each other while Silverstream and Yona looks at each other as well, simultaneously.  Finally, they look at the doctor.

Now, they say their sentences, simultaneously. "Let's do this!" Gallus shouted with his left hand in the shape of a fist bumping into the air. He placed his right hand in the air in the center of the carpet."Yeah!" Silverstream cheered with her right hand in the air like her feathered friend. She placed her left hand on Gallus's. "I'm ready!" Sandbar said with his left hoof in the air and placed his right hoof over Silverstream's left claw. "Yona's ready, too!" Yona yelled with her right hoof up in the air. And then she placed her left hoof on Sandbar's right hoof.

"For Equestria!" Gallus shouted. 

"For Equestria!" Silverstream, Yona, and Sandbar yelled as well as they along with Gallus raises their arms into the air and their eyes closed.
