[Chapter 1]
Ponyville, a usually quiet town where ponies of all kinds live and work, it is here that we find Fluttershy as she is one her way home after buying some food for her animals and her pet bunny Angel, she was so busy that she didn't notice a certain "master of chaos" on her shoulder.
"Hello Fluttershy, what is it that your up to this time? " he said.
"Discord, please get off my shoulder, ponies might stare." Fluttershy says as she continues her walk home.
"Aww, your no fun..." Discord says as he floats off Fluttershy's shoulder and then returns to his normal size.
"Thank you, now for the question, I'm going home to feed my animal friends as well as Angel, he's starting to finally eat those salads I make for him now." Fluttershy said.
"It's about time that furball treated you with more respect." Discord said.
"Discord..." Fluttershy says as she gives him an unamused look.
"What, I'm just saying." Discord said.
The friends continued their little conversation until they eventually reach Fluttershy's cottage and when they were about to go inside, Discord had a rather peculiar question.
"Fluttershy? Aren't you ever jealous of your friends?" he asked as he opens the door to the cottage and then goes inside.
"What do you mean?" Fluttershy asked him as she went to make some tea.
" Think about it, all of your friends have jobs or live more exciting lives and your here just mulling about like if there's meaning to it." Discord says as he sits down on Fluttershy's couch.
"Well, I'm not really good at the things that my friends do, so I'm fine just doing what I normally do." Fluttershy says in a cheerful tone as she finishes making some tea.
"But what about Rainbow Dash? Aren't you jelous of her?" Discord said.
What Discord said almost struck a nerve in the kind animal caretaker and almost made her drop the tea kettle that she was holding in a mitted wing.
"Is something wrong?" Discord asks Fluttershy unaware of her current feelings.
Fluttershy was silent for a short time, she puts down the tea kettle and then goes to get some tea cups, all the while Discord was worried that his friend had stopped talking to him.
While Discord worried about Fluttershy, Fluttershy herself was worrying as well. Not because she went into the kitchen to avoid Discord's question but because as soon as she went in she felt as if something was wrong, when she looked around she realized she was really high up in the clouds.
Not letting that bother her she continued to look around until a voice yelled out to her saying"Yo, Firewing there you are. We've been lookin' all over for ya!"
"W-wait I think you've got the wrong-" Fluttershy was unable to finish her protest because the stallion who she was talking to grabbed her and pulled her over to the Wonderbolt Academy.
When they got there, Fluttershy was steaming mad at the stallion and was currently berating him.
"I'm sorry sheesh, but we really need your help Captain, the rookies are all out hoof and are trashing the place, you gotta stop them!" the stallion said.
"Well...um, I could try..." Fluttershy said, unsure of what she was getting herself into.
"Thanks Captain, now if you excuse me ma'am I'm going to see if I can help Co. Captain Spitfrie with anything." the stallion says before flying away.
Fluttershy decides to go and find where the rookies were and try to smooth things over, hopefully...
When she got there, she found that the rookies where all over the place, some were messing around and others were doing whatever they wanted.
("Oh dear,how am I going to do this?") Fluttershy thought to herself as she observed the chaos in front of her.
She takes a few nervous steps forward, trying to make herself look as intimidating as possible, which to her surprise worked because as soon as she got closer all of rookies stopped what they were doing and immediately went to attention, Fluttershy could almost see the fear and respect in their eyes.
"C-captian!" one said.
"Oh no we're doomed." another whispered to his comrade.
The stallion that Fluttershy saw before came by with Spitfire right behind him and he was shocked at how quickly the rookies came to attention when Fluttershy approached them.
"Whoa, not even I could get them to get to attention that quickly, no wonder your the Captain huh?" the stallion said.
"Don't worry 'bout them Firewing, I'll take over from here." Co. Captain Spitfire said.
"Um...Thanks, I guess." Fluttershy said.
"So uh, about earlier, I already knew that you weren't actually our Captain. I mean your cutie mark ain't the same, but because you such a dead ringer to her, I figured I'd use you to calm those rookies down, sorry again for bringing you into this mess miss...err, what's your name?" the stallion said.
"It's Fluttershy." Fluttershy said.
"Cool I'm Ace, nice seeing you and all that but the Co.Captain's gonna knock me out if I don't head back, see ya!" Ace says before he leaves.
("He seems nice, I better go find Twilight maybe she knows why everypony's calling me Captain.") Fluttershy thinks to herself as she slows floats down to the ground.
When she landed, she had noticed that the Castle of Friendship was gone and in it's place was the Golden Oaks Library.
"Did I go back in time?" Fluttershy asked herself
All of a sudden she got her answer," Nope! Just in another universe!"
"*shreaks* Pinkie, don't do that!" Fluttershy says to the pony who had suddenly appeared next to her.
The pony giggles than says," Your silly, I'm Glitter Brightstar!"
"Wait Glitter Brightstar..., oh your that pony that Twilight talks about sometimes, I'm Fluttershy." Fluttershy said.
"Fluttershy huh? Nice name, so do you like parties?" Glitter Brightstar asked her.
"Yes but I would like it if there wasn't a lot of ponies and it's just with my friends..." Fluttershy said.
"Hmm, okay." Glitter Brightstar said.
"Forgive us Glitter Brightstar but we're afraid you'll have to cancel any party plans" an Alicorn mare who looked eerily similar to Princess Celestia although she was about Luna's size and her mane was different,says.
"Hi Princess Solar Tempest!" Glitter Brightstar said.
"Hello Glitter, now then miss Fluttershy shall we be on our way?" Solar Tempest said.
"Okay, I'd really like to go home." Fluttershy said.
"Alright then,we'll be back Glitter." Solar Tempest says before teleporting herself and Fluttershy away.
Glitter Brightstar then looks around before saying " Thanks for reading!" before bouncing off somewhere.
