There was a large gasp from inside the machine as Luke begins to wake up as he feels warm inside the machine as the door swigs open automatically, as Luke fall to the metal stone floor, and coughs taking heavy breaths. When he starts to look up from the floor he saw a ponies skeleton head looking at him, and Luke jumps back while on the ground as it scared him a bit. Finally after looking at the head he gets up slowly as he had a hard to walk, as he gets close realizing it was her mother.
"I'm sorry mom, I'm so sorry" he said putting a hoof to the skeleton head petting it slowly. Then he looks back up as he looks around the room, there were other skeletons ponies that wearing lab coats. "Its a good things these fucks are dead" Luke said with a angry and thankful voice. He starts to walk over looking around the room, nothing useful but he walks over to the computer and "Oh my Celestia!" he said looking at the computer screen.
"Ice chamber deactivated , frozen for 184 years is complete" Luke stared for seconds then moves his head away from the computer "No no that's impossible i wasn't in there for that long" he said steeping out of the room as he was shock that its been that long. Luke walks up the stairs to the main hall as he open the rusted door to the main hall as water leak from a pip above the door. It was very quite in the halls its like no pony was around, no foals playing, his heart raced but stayed calm as he walked past a few skeleton ponies in the halls. "What the hell happen here" he ask himself as suddenly a Radroach came jumping to his side as Luke quickly reacted and punch the radroach off him, and squish it with his hoofs. "Radroachs great...Come on Luke where is my room" he said going through every residents home down the halls as he find his room.
Luke turns the handle on the door, and pushes it open to see everything was trash inside. The bed was broke, and Luke see's a skeleton with a lab coat on as Luke goes towards it, he see's a key poking out of his pocket. "That must be the key so i can get my horn free" Luke said picking up the key with his hoofs and putting the key in the lock on his hoof as the metal horn size ball comes falling down next to him. Luke turns his head to a open suit case under the dresser. He moves the case out of the dresser, and opens it to the dagger Luna gave to his mother. Luke picked up with his magic as he hold it tight as blade of the dagger reflects to his face like a mirror. "This might come in hoofy" he smiled and puts the large dagger on the waist belt of his vault suit.
He explore the vault killing a bunch of roaches along the way of looking. Luke found four healing potions, and bandages in the care office. a black hat, and black jacket in one room that looked in good shape still, and the favorite thing he found so far was a bolt action rifle, but there was no scope to it. "It would be good to have some parts, then i can make better Mr. Rifle" he said as he sighs a bit "eh i really got to stop talking to myself" Luke look in the cabinets as he was in the arms room but all the guns have been smash in there but there were bullets, but there were only eight bullets for the rifle. "Great..." Luke puts the one bullet in the rifle then loads it in. He explore the rest of the vault finding steel hard hoofs on a skeleton that look one of the royal guard. The steel hoofs fitted perfect on Luke's hoofs. Luke walks down more around killing more roaches with his new steel armor hoofs.
Later he finds the vault door and a big panel with buttons, and a number pad to put in a code. He uses his Stable-Tec PipBuck, and finds the code "Oh here it is 552367" then Luke starts putting the code into the panel after that he hears a loud screech sound coming from the vault door, he also finds another switch to uncloak the vault door but he leaves the cloak on as he walks down the little steps to the open vault door. Luke can smell the air fresh wasteland air as he steps out of the vault door, and the vault closes slowly behind him. Luke thought Stable 14 won't be nice anymore with just him inside there by himself, he was ready to go out, he felt brave. His wings were covered by the jacket as he just looked like a normal unicorn.
Finally he walks out the cloak stepping out to see the wasteland for the first time. It was dark out, it was windy a bit to as the tree's looked dead, the was kinda dry, the air felt kinda fresh. "So this is the wasteland gosh what in Celestia" after he speak Luke started to walking off as he looked at Canderlot from a far distance as it was complete collapse. "Well there no going back there" Luke sighed and walking away down a path up ahead as he wonders what will be up ahead, and hope to find others out in the wasteland.
