Back in the Princess's Castle in Canderlot, Celestia is sitting in the throne room, peacefully, until she's interrupted by a graspy voice, whispering in her mind.
"Princess Celestia, my aunt, I know you can hear me.." the voice said. "I'm still here, and I'm ready to come back now."
"Riptide? Why do you toy with me now?" Celestia said.
"To tell you that the day is coming." the voice said. "The day you've always feared. I will rise again, just you wait."
Celestia made a serious, yet worried look. "You will not defeat us, hope will always be here in Equestria!" she said.
"Not for long..." the voice said, and it cackles evilly as it fades away.
Celestia sits back down in her throne, shaking in absolute fear and sadness, and then suddenly, Webber, Deathshadow, and Hallows coming through the doors to the room.
"Princess Celestia, look at who I made!" Webber said happily.
The 3 alicorns look at the worried Celestia in confusion.
"Hey, Princess, wh..what's wrong?" Deathshadow said, as he went up to her to comfort her.
"I keep hearing voices of him." Celestia said.
"Who is HIM?" Deathshadow asked curiously.
"Wait, I think I know what she's talking about." Webber realized. "How did he get into your head?"
"I..I don't know." Celestia said. "One minute, I'm sitting here thinking of my sister, and the next minute, he's there. There has to be some reason why he comes to me."
Deathshadow hugged Celestia. "He's gone at the moment. We were actually gonna tell you about him, but I guess he beat you to the punch." he said.
"Indeed." Celestia replied. "You didn't tell Twilight and her friends, did you?"
"No, of course not." Webber said. "I didn't think it would be the best time to tell her, cause she looked too happy for any bad news like this."
Celestia sighed. "We can't keep this a secret forever, Webber. One of you three will have to tell her when the time is right, because I have a very bad feeling about this..." she said disappointingly.
"I promise to you, Celestia..." Webber said. "...one of us will tell her at the right time." He then looks at Hallows. "Hallows, that goes for you too, okay?"
"I promise." Hallows said to his creator.
"Thank you." Celestia said. "Now, Hallows is your name, right?"
The clone bows down in respect. "Sure is, Princess." he said.
Webber thinks to himself, "He's so much like me. I love it!"
Celestia nods to Hallows. "Rise." she said.
Hallows rises and smiles. "Webber created me." he said as he pointed to him.
Celestia looks at Webber. "Why'd you keep this cloning idea secret?" she asked him.
"Oh, I guess me and my brother just like to surprise anypony." Webber said and he giggles.
Elsewhere, Twilight and Fluttershy are visiting Applejack at Sweet Apple Acres. Applejack is seen bucking apple trees with her brother, Big Macintosh.
"Hello, Applejack." Twilight says greetfully.
"Howdy Twi and Fluttershy!" Applejack said back happily. "What brings ya both here?"
"We came to see you." Fluttershy says and smiles.
Twilight looks at Big Macintosh. "You having a good day with your sister, Big Mac?" she asked him.
Big Macintosh replies with a simple, "Eeyup." and he smiles at the 2 mares.
Twilight looks back at Applejack. "You want to come by my castle later today, Applejack?" she asked her. "Me and Fluttershy were thinking of having a sleepover with me, her, you, and the rest of the girls." she then said.
Applejack beams. "Love to, Twi! That'll be fun." she says happily.
Fluttershy shyly cheers, "Yay!"
Then later, Twilight and Fluttershy visit Rarity next at her boutique. Twi knocks on the door.
A familiar accent voice is heard. "Coming!"
The door opens to reveal Rarity, with her shades on.
"Oh, Twilight, Fluttershy, hello darlings!" she says greetfully and happily.
"Hi Rarity!" both Twi and Shy say back happily.
"Would you mind us coming in?" Twilight asks.
"Not at all, dear." Rarity said, opening the door.
The two mares walk into Rarity's boutique and look around. Suddenly, Twilight spots Spike, sitting on a sofa, lovestruck.
"Spike! There you are!" Twilight said to the little dragon, rolling her eyes, but still smiling.
Spike shakes his head, to snap out of his daze, and looks at Twilight. "Twilight, um...I was uh..." he says nervously and awkwardly.
Rarity walks up to the mare and dragon. "Spike was helping me with my designs. We're still working on them." she says.
"Understandable" Twilight says. "Will you be back sometime later today, Spike?" she asks the dragon.
"Of course. Why do you ask?" Spike asks back at the mare.
Fluttershy comes up. "Me and Twilight are thinking of having a sleepover back at her castle, and we wondered if you and Rarity wanted to join us?" she asked.
"We already asked Applejack, and she joined." Twilight said with a smile.
Rarity beams and flutters her eyelashes. "Oh, we'd certainly would love to join the sleepover, darlings." she said.
"I agree" Spike then said with a smile.
Twilight beams. "Great, we'l see you tonight then, you two!" she said.
Then elsewhere, outside of Equestria in a darkened area, a large black and dark red aura is seen flashing and suddenly, an alicorn pops out from it. An alicorn with an entirely black body, red irises of his eyes, a large horn, and a wavy/spiky mane and tail that is all black just like his horn and the rest of his body. His voice comes out all distorted.
"Ahh, what a rush!" the alicorn said, grinning evilly.
The graspy voice is heard again, coming into the alicorn's mind. "Finally, somepony worthy to be my apprentice." the voice said.
The alicorn looks around in confusion. "Who is that? What do you mean by APPRENTICE?" he asked.
"I saw you pop out of that thing. I know what you are. And I want you to join me." the voice told him.
"Why join you?" the alicorn then asks.
"Cause I know you're evil." the voice said. "You were created behind your creator's will, and I can feel your hatred and insanity inside of you. Makes you stronger, it does." it said.
"Wow, very observant, you are." the alicorn said. "What would you offer me if I join you?" he asked to the voice.
"A better, more powerful life." he said. "I know who you're after, and I will give you life that will give you the tools to defeat and taunt him, after you die in battle. We just have to lure him to us."
"I don't suppose you have a plan for that...master?" the alicorn asked him and smiles evilly.
"The perfect plan." the voice says and cackles.
