Spike was just in the hospital after the death battle with Dark Shadow he was asleep surround by Ruby, Twilight, Rarity, Fluttershy, Rainbow Dash, Applejack, the royal sister's, blueblood, and shining armour and also Cadence all praying that Spike will be okay since he was in a coma from the blood lose.
Dead silence filled the room everyone was looking at Spike until they heard a knock on the door, "can I come in please" said a member of Spike's new wolf pack.
"Of course come in" said Princess Celestia
"My name is blade and I brought something to help with Spike's condition since he is the new pack leader" said Fang reviling some type of water.
Everyone looked confused on why he brought water, "why did you bring water?" asked Twilight confused and a little curious about.
"Well this type of water is a special type of water which would help Spike come out of his coma the healer of the pack called it healing water it's not much but it should help Spike come out of his coma" explained blade walking over to Spike's body and lifting his head so that he can drink the water.
Once Spike drank the water his eyes slowly opened up. Once his eyes were fully opened he said, "man why do I feel like I been hit by a train?" said Spike getting up a little. Once he woke up he found himself being hugged by everyone except Ruby.
“Air” said Spike Turin blue everyone let go of Spike he looked around and saw Ruby, “can you please leave me with Ruby I need to speak to her” he said. They all reluctantly left and closed the door behind him. “Ruby I-“ Spike barely finished his sentence when he felt a pair of lips pressing against his.
When they broke Spike was wide eyed at what happened, “Spike I never ever meant to hurt I love you and I still love you please let me be your girlfriend please?” She said with puppy dog eyes.
Spike sighed and then said, “I don’t now if we can be together again when I transformed into my wolf form when we broke up I-I felt a change during the transformation all I can think about was killing you for what you did, I’m afraid if we do get back together and you hurt I might unwilling kill you or somebody that I love, what I’m trying to say is that I don’t think we should be together again I’m sorry Ruby” Spike said with I tear coming from his eye not looking at Ruby.
Ruby was at lost with words but understood and looked at spike and said, “okay Spike I-I understand but if you ever change your mind I will be living with my grandma a few blocks from the castle of friendship” when Ruby left she saw that the door was slightly open and rolled her eyes when she left everyone returned to Spike, “ will you be ok Spike” said Twilight.
“I’ll be okay Twi I just need to rest” said Spike with a bit of sadness in his voice, when everyone left spike started to drift a sleep thinking about what is going to happen with his new pack.
