A book is shown opening and the page merges into an overview of the land of Equestria at night, as Twilight and a young  male voice are heard narrating ominously.

"Friendship." Twilight said. "It's pure, wonderful, and amazing in our land of Equestria."

"I didn't have friendship until I met this young princess next to me." the male voice said.

Twilight giggles. "Oh, Webber.. you tease. Hello everypony, I'm the princess of friendship, Princess Twilight Sparkle." she said proudly.

"Webber Shadow." the voice says. 

"And we're both here to tell you about the story of me and my friend's final adventure." Twilight said. "Our final adventure to bring happiness, peace, and harmony back to the land of Equestria." 

"That's right." Webber said. "Once upon a time.." he sniggers mischievously.

"Webber, you silly goose!" Twi giggles. "Anyway, the adventure starts here, in the past. A peaceful night in Equestria, not a bit of danger around, me and my mentor, Princess Celestia, in Canderlot castle, and Luna looking out the balcony. What could go wrong on this night?"

After that bit of ominous narration to the readers and viewers, we're taken to inside Canderlot castle, with Princess Celestia, her sister, Luna, and a young foal Twilight Sparkle, and Luna is shown looking at the moon that she just risen up in the sky, and not a minute later, she spots a comet shooting out of the sky and into the Everfree Forest.

"Sister, a comet just hit into the Everfree Forest!" Luna said to her sister.

"Oooh, a shooting star?" young Twilight asks gleefully.

"No, an actual comet, Twilight." Luna says to the excited pony. "I'm gonna go check it out." 

"Well, be careful, sister." Celestia says worringly.

"Yes, please be careful, Princess Luna" Twi says.

"I always am." Luna winks as she teleports to the Everfree Forest.

As Luna teleport away, smoke can be seen coming from one of the trees of the forest, and the title of the story appears in front of the moon. 

"MY LITTLE PONY: FRIENDSHIP VS EVIL"

Then we are taken to the present day, at the Castle of Friendship, a couple weeks after the Storm King's defeat, and Twilight and Fluttershy are seen in the main hall, talking to Webber, who finally revealed to be a stallion alicorn, with an all black coat, brown eyes, a Mohawk-like grey mane with black stripes in the middle, same colors go for his tail, and a black and white striped horn, abit bigger than Twilight's horn. 

"Webber, we need to talk to you about something personal." Twilight said. "Where's your brother?"

"I'll get him over here." Webber said and nodded agreefully. "DEATHSHADOW!" 

By shouting his brother's name, as an act of echo communication, Deathshadow teleports into the room. The alicorn is revealed looking abit like Webber, with a black coat, but instead with a longer, wavy, black and white mane and tail, white and black striped horn, and with one brown eye, and a white blind eye.

"You called me, baby brother?" Deathshadow asks to Webber.

Webber gritted his teeth in frustration. "Don't call me BABY brother, big bro!" 

Deathshadow sniggers. "You are younger than me." 

Twilight and Fluttershy giggle and nod in agreement to Deathshadow. "He's got you there." Fluttershy then said.

"Anyway, that's not important, Twilight and Fluttershy wanted to talk to us both." Webber said. "Something personal, right?"

"Yes, Webber." Twi said. "We wanted to know about both of your cutie marks?" 

"Oh, um...", Webber said surprisingly. "We didn't think you'd ask that cause..." 

Deathshadow cuts him off. "... cause we actually don't have cutie marks." he said.

They show the side of their rears to the the two mares, revealing nothing. 

"I honestly thought any of you would notice after so long." Webber sniggers.

"Hmm, we never thought of that.." Twi said. 

"We usually look at our own, but now that you two are close to all of us.." Fluttershy said. "I..I guess we never realized that you both didn't have cutie marks." 

"Well, now you do." Webber says to Fluttershy. 

Twilight then asked, "Will you ever get cutie marks of your own?" 

Deathshadow replied, "That depends on our actions and what we'll do in the future." 

"Which reminds me of the future that I have envisioned for a long time, ever since we defeated Malavolence." Webber said.

Twilight asked, "What do you mean? What vision?"

"Well, it's complicated, and apparently, I don't think it'd be a good time to talk about it to you." Webber said. "Specifically YOU, Twilight. I haven't even told Princess Celestia about this matter yet." 

"Webber, you've always been honest with me." Twilight went up to Webber and put her hoof over his shoulder in great concern. "Tell me what's going on."

Webber then backs away. "Sorry, Twilight. Not today, but maybe someday." He then teleports away with his brother.

"Twilight, maybe he's right." Fluttershy said, hugging her friend. "This may not be the best time to think about certain danger. Equestria doesn't need that right now. We don't need it now. You certainly don't need it now either."

Twilight sighs, "I suppose you're right, Fluttershy. Shall we go see what the girls are doing?" 

Fluttershy beams, "Great idea." 

Elsewhere, Webber and Deathshadow teleport to the Everfree Forest, and look up at a large, red and pink, magical aura midair above them.

"I can't believe it, brother." Webber said to Deathshadow. "I can't believe you and me had the guts and know-how to create this secret cloning machine. It's so beautiful, don't you think?" he smiles proudly.

"Honestly, I think it's amazing." Deathshadow said. "I'm glad I gave you this idea, cause a clone of you could help with the problem that we haven't told Twilight about. 2 of you is better than one if you ask me." he smiles as well. " 

"I agree." Webber said.

He then shoots a white magical blast at the machine above to activate it, and the machine starts getting bigger and bigger, until releasing a large flash, which Webber and his brother cover their eyes for, and suddenly, the aura completely flashes the area. After a minute or two, Webber and Deathshadow uncover their eyes, and to their amazement, the machine goes back to normal, and they look down at the ground to see a clone of Webber, laying on the ground, not awake. 

"It...It worked.." Webber says as a tear goes down his face and he happily goes up to the clone.

The clone then wakes up, and looks at Webber. The clone is revealed to look exactly like his creator, but with surprisingly minor differences: his entire body is completely black, along with his mane, tail and horn, and his eyes are completely dark red. The clone had a deep, whisper-like voice.

"Wh..What just happened?" the clone said. "Where am I? WHO am I?" 

Webber smiles. "You've just been born into Equestria. You're a clone of me, I created you." he said, hugging the clone.

The clone hugs him back. "I feel powerful, and relaxed at the same time." he said. "Why did you create me again?" 

"I'll tell you about that later. This is a pure good moment here for you, me, and my brother." Webber says, as he looks at Deathshadow.

"I agree." Deathshadow says and nods.

"What will you name me, my creator?" the clone said. "Cause we haven't been properly introduced yet, have we?" 

"Well, I'm your creator, Webber Shadow." Webber said. "And that's my brother, Deathshadow." 

"Hi." Deathshadow says and waves greetfully. 

Webber rubs his chin, thinking, then he gets the lightbulb of an idea. "I think I have the name for you, my double: Hallows Shadow." he said. 

The clone grins happily. "Perfect!" 

The 3 alicorns hug each other happily.
