In Canterlot, it was a quiet night as three ponies were inside their home eating dinner with smiles as one was a 9 months pregnant and was do any day, the father had a button up shirt with blue pants and a brown mane and tail with white fur coat and three hoof balls for a cutie mark.
The mother had a red blouse and white jeans with a light pink fur and a mane and tail with two shades of purple, she was patting her round belly with a smile as she can feel her baby kicking.
"The baby is kicking Hondo", she told her earth pony husband smiling, she can groaned a little as she was having a feeling that the baby might be do tonight.
"You ok Cookie", he asked his unicorn wife concerned, then his eyes widen as he realised the baby might be coming tonight.
"Mom, are you ok cause you seem like your in pain", the unicorn filly asked her mother concerned as she stopped eating.
She was wearing a white sun dress with a purple curly mane and tail and white fur with three blue diamonds for a cutie mark.
"I-I'm fine Rarity, it's just..", she couldn't finish the sentence as she groaned again in pain grabbing her stomach, she knows it's time as he husband and daughter got up.
"H-H-Hondo...I t-think the baby is coming", she told her husband as he was starting to panic and grab his keys, he was ready to take his wife to the Hospital.
His wife got up holding her stomach with one hand while her husband helped her walked, her daughter was helping her walk out the door also.
After they walked out the home and locked it up, they started rushing to the Hospital with their daughter.
He was holding his wife's hand he can see his wife breathing heavily and groaning in pain as they had to stop a couple of times.
"Dear Celestia Hondo, the baby...aaaaahhhhh, I-I think it's coming Hondo", she told him as she feels like she might give birth in public as her husband was hoping they can make it to the Hospital.
After awhile they made it as Cookie Crumbles water already broke in public and was in pain, the Hospital staff saw her as they realised she's going into labor, so they got a stretcher and put her on it as they rushed her the delivery room to give birth.
Hondo Flank and his daughter followed the doctors and nurses as they were taking Cookie to the birth delivery room, when they got their Rarity was told to wait outside in the waiting room.
Soon Cookie was on a Hospital bed trying to give birth as she was in pain, her husband was next to her as the nurse was in front of her keeping a look out for the baby.
Then Cookie started groaning in pain as she was now giving birth, "aaaaahhhh, sweet Celestia", she screamed as she was now panting and breathing heavily.
"Push honey, you can do this a second time", her husband supported her, then out of nowhere she grabbed his junk as he screamed in pain with wide eyes, she started pushing again as she was squeezing his junk.
"H-H-Honey, p-p-please let g-g-go", he begged as he can feel her nails digging into them as he feel like they might pop, he cried a little with his hands up as doctors saw this and cringed.
"Y-Y-Your squeezing it h-h-h-honey, p-p-please let go", he begged her sounding like a very shy pony, but she never did as she continue to squeeze.
Ten minutes later of agonizing pain from Cookie, she finally let go of her husband junk panting from giving birth, Hondo fell in pain holding his junk as he feels like he might not walk for awhile.
The nurse was cradling a crying new born baby that has snow white fur with a little mane and tail that had two different shades of purple, "it's a unicorn filly, congratulations", the nurse told her as she gave her her baby.
Cookie held her new born baby in her arms with a smile, she turned to her husband saying, "meet your new daughter dearie, Sweetie Belle", all he did was put a hand up still on the floor.
"Give me a minute, I-I'll meet her once i'm able to stand...if i'm able to stand", he told her as their daughter walked in looking at her father confused.
"Mom, why is dad on the floor", Rarity asked her mother confused as her father started to sit on the floor in pain.
"Never mind him, Rarity..come here and meet your new baby sister, Sweetie Belle", she told her daughter with a smile as Rarity walked over to the bed as saw the little bundle of joy.
"Hello there, i'm your big sister Rarity", she said with a smile of having baby sister, the foal yawned and fell asleep in her mother's arms.
Later after checking out of the Hospital, they were walking home with smiles as Rarity was looking at her baby sister asleep in her mother's arms, "i'm gonna take care of you baby sis", she told the baby with a smile.
Hondo was barley able to walk after what his wife did, "please don't grab me like that honey, you have no idea how badly that hurts", he told his wife as she glared at him.
"And you have no idea how painful it is for a mare to give birth", she told him glaring, then she frowned and gave him a kiss.
"I'm sorry honey, i didn't mean to hurt you", she told him as he smiled.
"I forgive you", he told her giving her a kiss with a smile, soon they made it home as they saw a shocking sight.
There on their door step was a basket with a crying new born baby in it, the white blanket that was covering it's body had a note attached to it, they gasp in shock of who would do such a thing.
Cookie gave a sleeping Sweetie Belle to her husband as they walked up to the basket on the porch, she gently picked the baby up and saw that it was a unicorn colt with purple fur and a tiny emerald green spikey mane and tail.
"It's ok it's ok, i'm here", Cookie cradled the baby colt in her arms as they looked around, soon the baby colt stopped crying and yawned then fell asleep in her arms.
She picked the note up and read it, "i cannot afford to take care of him, so please take care of him and raise him like your own, give him a home and a family and be the mother i can't be to him", she just stared at the note, then she turned to the baby sleeping in her arms.
They walked inside as Rarity grabbed the basket and walked to the couch to sit down and talk, "mom, can i see the baby in your arms", she asked with a smile, her mother smiled at her daughter and gently gave her the baby colt to her.
Rarity held the baby colt with a smile as it was sleeping, "what are we gonna do about the baby colt", Hondo asked with a smile as Cookie thought about it.
"Hmm, i think we should take him in and raise him like our own and give him a family", she told her husband and her daughter as they smiled.
"I like that honey, it would be nice to have a son to do guys things with", Hondo told his wife smiling.
"I would be nice to have a baby brother also mom and dad", Rarity told her parents with a smile as she gave the baby colt back to her mother.
"Ok, he officially family and it would be nice to have a son", Cookie told them smiling looking at her new baby colt.
"That's great honey, now all we need is a name for him", he told his wife smiling as he was cradling a still sleeping Sweetie Belle.
"Hmm, i think we should go with..Spike", she told them smiling looking at her sleeping new son Spike.
"I'm gonna go put Sweetie Belle in the crib", Hondo told his wife as he got up from the couch and started walking upstairs, soon Cookie did the same as she put her son in his new room with his new sister.
After awhile, she was in her night gown looking at Spike sleeping with his sister, "good night my little Spikey", she whispered as she kissed his head with a smile, then walking away to her room leaving the two baby's to sleep peacefully.
