Chapter 1: One really odd day...
Our tale begins within the Castle of Friendship in Ponyville. The castle was empty save tor three particular occupants, Twilight Sparkle, Pinkie Pie and Starlight Glimmer.
Twilight Sparkle was currently telling Starlight about her adventure in the "Different View Universe".
Pinkie Pie was there to add in her own adventures there too.
Starlight Glimmer listened to their stories curiously, after they were done Starlight Glimmer asked them, "How did you two get to this "Different View Universe anyway?"
It wasn't much of a question, but Twilight Sparkle answered it anyway,"It was through the use of an odd spell that my counterpart had made, she had called it the universe swap spell."
"Universe Swap Spell? No offense to your counterpart but that doesn't sound very original." Starlight Glimmer said.
"It may not have an original name but it's really powerful, it allows the caster to visit other universes without destroying the fabic of your current universe, however if may have the side effect of accidentally sending somepony form the universe your going to end up in to our own, I was able to use it at least twice with little difficulty." Twilight said.
"Interesting, any chance that you can show me how it works?" Starlight said.
"Alright, I'll show you." Twilight says as she charges up the spell.
She was just about to cast it,but Pinkie Pie interrupts her by saying," Twilight wait, don't do it!"
She was too late Twilight already casts the spell and Starlight was gone.
"Hoo boy,this won't end well." Pinkie Pie muttered to herself.
*Different View Universe*
"Hello?" a faint voice says.
"Helloooo-o", The voice says again as Starlight Glimmer gets up, what she sees shocks her, first of all was the pony in front of her, the mare looked similar to Twilight, however her mane was incredibly messy and her cutie mark was a balloon with a star in the middle, what made this really odd was the other mare next to her, she looked like Pinkie Pie yet her mane was straight and limp, she even had a pair of glasses on, her cutie mark appeared to be an open book.
Starlight looked at the both of them in utter confusion until she said, "T-twilight, Pinkie is that you?"
"*giggles* your funny,my name is Glitter Brightstar and this Dianne Pie, nice to meet you." The mare apparently named Glitter Brightstar says as bounces in place.
"Glitter can you not..." Dianne Pie silently mutters to herself in a monotone.
Starlight stared at the two mares for a while then said, " oh, I get it this is a joke right?"
"I assure you my friend that this is no joke." Dianne Pie said.
"I guess I'm dreaming then." Starlight said.
"What makes you think that?" Dianne Pie said.
"First of all Pinkie isn't a knowledgeable pony, she's more hyper and silly, which you obviously are not, as for Twilight, she's the smartest pony I know, there's no way in tartarus that she would be acting silly like this "Glitter Brightstar" mare." Starlight Glimmer said.
"That's because your in another universe silly! I think that Twilight may have misfired the universe swap spell that I taught her, when misfired it has the tendency to swap you with your counterpart from the world that your going to, which is why Dianne doesn't let me use it without permission." Glitter Brightstar said.
"Ok so this isn't a dream, Twilight's spell really did work! Wow,I can't wait to gather as much intel on this world as I can, Twilight will be so proud of me." Starlight said.
"Oooo, can I show you around town?" Glitter Brightstar said.
"Sure, I'm actually curious about how this world works and what my friends are like, excluding you two of course." Starlight Glimmer said.
"Yay, this is gonna be so much fun!" Glitter Brightstar says happily as she bounces in place.
" Hold it Glitter Brightstar, I'm coming with you, I do not trust you after the last time you've offered to give somepony a tour." Dianne Pie says in a monotone.
"But what about the library, Aegis Diamondscale isn't here right now." Glitter Brightstar said.
"I'll just close it, there's no reason for me not to." Dianne Pie said.
"Okey dokie lokie, let's go!" Glitter Brightstar says cheerfully before bouncing out of the library.
"*sighs* Come now miss..., oh goodness I haven't gotten your name." Dianne Pie said.
"It's Starlight Glimmer, is it okay if I just call you Pinkamina, Pinkie told me 0her full name and I think it fit you better." Starlight said.
"Alright, just for you miss Glimmer. Now hurry along before we lose Glitter Brightstar." Dianne Pie says as she lets Starlight leave First, she then makes sure to put up a "Closed Temporarily" sign on her door before leaving.
It didn't take long for the two mares to find Glitter Brightstar as she was currently talking with yet another familiar face, this mare looked as if Fluttershy suddenly became a fearless leader, she had the same eye color and manestyle as Fluttershy (although it was cut shorter and is messier, her tail was the same way.),but what made her stand out was that one red streak that ran down the middle of her mane and her phoenix cutie Mark, she also had a pair of goggles hang around her neck.
"So Glitter, how long til your new friend arrives, I can't wait to meet her." the mare Glitter was talking to said.
"They should be here soon Phoenix, oh never mind *giggles* there here now, hi girls!" Glitter Brightstar says happily.
"Glitter Brightstar at least wait for us before bounding off like that." Dianne Pie said.
"Sorry Dianne." Glitter Brightstar said.
"Hey take it easy bookhorse, she just got a little too excited okay?" Phoenix Firewing said to Dianne Pie.
"Don't ever call me that." Dianne Pie says in a monotone.
"Heh, sorry 'bout that." Phoenix Firewing said.
Starlight Glimmer simply stared at Phoenix Firewing for a little while before saying," Fluttershy, is that really you?"
"Oh cool, your the newbie right? I'm Phoenix Firewing, nice to meet you." Phoenix Firewing said.
"I'm Starlight Glim-" Right in the middle of introducing herself Starlight Glimmer suddenly disappears in a flash of light.
"Whoa, where'd she go?!" Phoenix Firewing says.
"I do not know, it's possible she may have somehow returned home." Dianne Pie said.
"Aww, and I was planning a party for her too..." Glitter Brightstar said.
"Glitter!" both Dianne Pie and Phoenix Firewing say.
"This was one really odd day though..." Dianne Pie mutters to herself as she,Glitter and Phoenix all go there separate ways, as for Starlight Glimmer , she had made it home safely and told Twilight Sparkle about her well...,rather small,adventure.
