It was Christmas Eve at Canterlot High and everyone in the daycare is getting ready for Santa. Principal Celestia and Vice-Principal Luna are wrapping presents, the Twilight Sparkle and her friends were baking cookies, the baby clones of the girls are drawing Christmas pictures for Santa Claus, the kid clones of the girls were decorating the Christmas tree and the daycare, and Spike the Dog and the puppy clone of him were making Christmas cards.
"Oh boy," barked Spike, wagging his tail with excitement. "are you excited for Santa, Twilight?"
Twilight looked at her pet dog and said to him, "I sure am! How about you girls?" she asked her friends.
"Well I'll be blowin' my saddle horn, Yes I am!" shouted Applejack.
"Certainly, darling." chimed Rarity.
"Ah, yeah! I'm ready!" whooped Rainbow Dash.
"If you're ready Twilight, I'm ready too," said Sunset Shimmer happily.
"I can't believe he's coming over here tonight!" cheered Fluttershy.
"You bet I am!!" shouted Pinkie Pie.
Baby Twilight Sparkle and her baby friends waved their hands and squealed with excitement in the playpen. "It looks like the babies are ready for Santa," said Kid Twilight Sparkle, looking at the babies.
"I hope they like our presents," whispered Kid Sunset Shimmer to Kid Twilight, pointing the presents underneath the tree.
"You're right, Sunset. My present is an alphabet book for Baby Twilight." Kid Twilight whispered back, pointing to the present. This present is wrapped with purple wrapping paper with a big pink star bow on top and it was written "To Baby Twilight Sparkle. From: Kid Twilight Sparkle." in silver ink pen.
"My present is for Baby Sunset and it's a sun plushie with arms and legs and has a pair of sunglasses," said Kid Sunset quietly, pointing to the present next to Kid Twilight's present. This present is yellow and orange with a lid on top of the box and it was tied with a big red flower ribbon and it has a tag that says "To Baby Sunset Shimmer. From: Kid Sunset Shimmer." written in gold ink pen.
"This present is from me and it's a pair of butterfly wings for Baby Fluttershy." Kid Fluttershy whispered, pointing to the present next to Kid Sunset's present. This present is long and it's lush green and it's tied into a light yellow butterfly bow and it has a sticker that says "To Baby Fluttershy. From: Kid Fluttershy." written in green ink marker.
"My present is going to be awesome for Baby Dashie and it's a squeaky and bouncy soccer ball," whispered Kid Rainbow Dash, pointing to the present next to Kid Fluttershy's present. This present is round and it's blue and round like a ball and it has a bright rainbow ribbon tied into a bow with all 7 colors of the rainbow and it has a tag that says "To Baby Rainbow Dash. From: Kid Rainbow Dash." written in blue ink pen.
"My present is going to be lovely for Baby Rarity when she sees that cute princess outfit." Kid Rarity whispered to Kid Rainbow Dash, pointing to the present next to Kid Rainbow's present. This present is a box wrapped in indigo paper and tied into a bright blue fashion bow and it was written "To Baby Rarity. From: Kid Rarity." in purple ink pen.
"Baby Applejack is going to love my present and it's a set of plastic fruit toys," whispered Kid Applejack, pointing the present next to Kid Rarity's present. This present is red and it has some green string that makes a ribbon with a red apple in the middle and it also has a tag that says "To Baby Applejack. From: Kid Applejack." written with red marker ink.
"This present is for Baby Pinkie Pie and she's going to be so psyched when she sees the clown doll." Kid Pinkie Pie whispered to Kid Applejack, pointing to the present next to Kid Applejack's present. This present is pink and it was tied into a bow with dark pink balloon strings and it also has a lid on top and it has a sticker that says "To Baby Pinkie Pie. From: Kid Pinkie Pie." written with pink ink pen.
Then the kids heard the oven bell ring after they're done talking about giving the babies their presents. Fluttershy called out, "The cookies are ready!" She and the other girls smelled the cookies and they smell great! "What kind of cookies did you pick Fluttershy?" asked Rainbow Dash. "I chose chocolate chip. Santa's personal favorite!" answered Fluttershy.
Spike went over to the kitchen to see the girls and he said, "I hope Santa will like those cookies."
"I'm sure he will Spike," replied Twilight. Then she went over to the kids to ask them a quick question. "Have you found any presents for the babies?" she asked the kids.
"We sure did Twilight!" they said with excitement. "They're going to love our presents so much!"
"Well, I hope you're going to love our presents too," said Twilight. "So will the babies."
"Speaking of presents," Kid Sunset said. "I wonder how Principal Celestia and Vice Principal Luna are doing with our presents?"
Spike spoke up. "Oh, I'm sure they'll give us something tomorrow morning."
Meanwhile in the bathing area
"Well dear sister," said Vice-Principal Luna as she wrapped the last present. "that's the last one!"
"Well done Luna!" said Principal Celestia. "Now let's get these presents under the tree." So she and her little sister picked up the presents, exit the bathing area and closed the door behind them as they made their way to the tree to put the presents down underneath it.
After Celestia and Luna finished putting the presents underneath the tree, Celestia noticed that the tree is missing something on top. She asked everyone in the daycare, "Did anyone forget to put something on top of the tree?" Everyone looked at each other then they looked at Kid Rainbow Dash who was holding a bright yellow star in her left hand.
"Oh, I see. Hang on!" she called and she used her blue necklace to Pony Up and a pair of wings appeared on her back and pony ears appeared on her head. Then she flew up to the top of the tree and put the star on top of it. "There!" said Kid Rainbow. "Now the tree is ready for Santa!"
"Santa is ready for the cookies tonight," said Fluttershy in a kind voice and she put the cookies on a plate and then on the table.
"So is the milk!" called Applejack as she finished pouring the milk into an empty glass cup and putting it next to the plate of chocolate chip cookies.
Then Spike and the newborn puppy barked to kids that the Christmas cards were finished "The cards are ready!" barked Spike as Kid Twilight came over to see the cards.
"They look great Spike! This one looks like Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer," said Kid Twilight looking at one of the cards.
"Thanks, Li'l Twilight!" Spike replied. "I made that by myself. If you think my card's great, you should check Li'l Spike's card out!" So Kid Twilight went over to Li'l Spike to see his card.
"How cute, Puppy Spike! This little silver jingle bell is beautiful and that golden bell is wonderful," she said sweetly and Puppy Spike jumped on Kid Twilight and licked her face to say thank you. "You're welcome!" she laughed as she caught Puppy Spike in her arms.
"Hey everyone!" called Kid Fluttershy. "Come over to the playpen and see what the babies have drawn!" So, everyone went over to the playpen and saw that the babies have finished drawing the Christmas pictures.
When the babies looked to see that everyone was looking at them in the playpen, they showed them the pictures that they drew.
"Those pictures are magnificent!" said Principal Celestia with enthusiasm to sister.
"Indeed dear sister," said Vice-Principal Luna. "Indeed."
Celestia picked up Baby Twilight from the playpen and said to her, "You and your little friends have done a great job on those pictures. I'm sure Santa will love them." Then she kissed Baby Twilight on the forehead and she blushed at Celestia and hugged her warm body. "Now, let's put these pictures on the table for Santa so he can see them and keep them."
So they did.
"Ok, let's see," announced Principal Celestia. "we ate some dinner, made some cookies and milk for Santa, decorated the daycare and the tree, wrapped the presents, and made some cards. Well, that's everything!"
When Applejack looked outside the window, she said. "It looks like it's going to be a foggy night."
"Oh I'm sure Santa will bring Rudolph with him, Applejack," said Rainbow Dash.
"Well, we better get ready for bed. Why don't you girls get into your pajamas while we hang our stockings?" asked Celestia. So the girls went to the bathing area to get into their pajamas, the kids went into their pajamas too as they brushed their teeth at the sink, and the girls bathe the babies in the tub while Celestia and Luna hung the stockings on the kitchen cupboards.
After the girls took the babies out of the tub, they dry them off with the towels, diapered them, dressed them in their onesies, tucked them in, placed their pacifiers in their mouths, and kissed on the foreheads, they went back to the bathing area and brushed their teeth after the kids had their turn at the sink.
After they brushed their teeth, the girls exit the bathing area and closed the door behind them. "It's your turn Principal Celestia and Vice-Principal Luna," Twilight said.
"Ok, Twilight," said Celestia. "Thank you!"
After the stockings were hung, the two sisters went to the bathing area and put on their robes and they brushed their teeth.
When the sisters are done in the bathing area, they closed the door behind them. Then, they saw the girls are in their sleeping bags with the kids, the babies in their cribs, and Spike sleeping in the dog bed with Puppy Spike.
They were just about to go to bed when Luna realized something. "Celestia, are we forgetting something?" she asked her sister.
"Oh yeah, the apple for the reindeer." said Celestia. So she and her little sister went to the kitchen to get an apple from the fridge. After that, they cut the apple into 9 slices for each reindeer. Then, they put the slices into a small baggie and put them on the table with the plate of cookies, the glass of milk, the Christmas pictures that babies just drew next to them. Then wrote Luna wrote a message them at says, "To Your Reindeer."
After they have done that, they went to bed. They said goodnight to the girls, the kids, and Spike in the daycare and the girls, the kids, and Spike said goodnight to the two sisters and they went to sleep. The babies and Puppy Spike have already fallen asleep.
At Midnight...
It was quite a silent and holy night as Santa Claus is flying in the night sky with his reindeer in his sleigh. His ninth reindeer Rudolph is shining his red nose so bright it looked like a firefly on a summer night. While Rudolph is shining his red nose through the fog, he saw Canterlot High.
Santa saw it too and told the reindeer to land down there. So the reindeer flew down from the sky and landed safely on the rooftop of Canterlot High.
Santa got off of his sleigh, grabbed his magic bag, and he touched his cherry red nose and he magically turned into sparkles and went into the daycare.
Finally, Santa got into the daycare and he quietly walked to the table of cookies, milk, pictures, and 9 apple slices for the reminder. Santa smelled the cookies and he said quietly, "I do love chocolate chip cookies." So he ate the cookies and he drank the milk.
Then he looked at the pictures that the babies just drew. He saw a picture of himself checking a list and said, "Baby Twilight Sparkle did a good job on drawing me checking my list of boys and girls." Next, he saw a picture of a bright yellow star shining beautifully. "How bright that Baby Sunset Shimmer is," he whispered. Then, he saw a picture of Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer glowing his red nose. "Thank you Baby Fluttershy," he said kindly and quietly. Next, he saw a picture of a polar bear playing ice hockey. "What an awesome picture that Baby Rainbow Dash just drew," he whispered. After that picture, he saw another picture of a female elf wearing a candy cane pattern hat. "How creative Baby Rarity is," he said. Then, he saw a picture of a plate of bell-shaped cookies decorated with frosting and sprinkles. "Baby Applejack sure made those yummy cookies," he said. Finally, he saw a picture of balloons in their candy cane pattern. "Pinkie Pie made those balloons look colorful," he said. "I decided to keep them." He put the pictures in his coat and he wrote a letter that said,
Those pictures that the babies just drew looked great! Thank you so much!
Then look at the baggie with 9 red apple slices "Those must be for the reindeer." he said quietly to himself. Then he put the baggie in his pocket. Then, looked around in the daycare and how beautiful and decorative it is. Then he looked at the kids who were sleeping with the girls and he smiled. "Those did a job on decorating the tree and the room," he whispered.
Then he went to the tree and put the presents from his magic bag. First, he started three presents for three Twilight Sparkles, then three presents for three Sunset Shimmers, three presents for three Fluttershies, three presents for three Rainbow Dashes, three presents for three Raritys, three presents for three Applejacks, three presents for three Pinkie Pies, two presents for two Spikes, and finally, two presents for the two sisters.
"There that's done," said Santa. "Now for the stockings."
So Santa went to the kitchen and put things like candy and smaller gifts inside the 25 stockings.
Santa is finally done here putting gifts inside the daycare. So he grabbed his magic bag and touched his cherry red nose and he turned back into sparkles and went outside.
When Santa is back on the rooftop, pulled out the baggie of 9 red apple slices fed each reindeer an apple slice.
After that, he put his magic bag in his sleigh and climbed back onto it. Then called out to Rudolph, "Ready Rudolph?"
"Ready Santa!" Rudolph called back.
"Ok, Rudolph. Full power," called Santa, and with that, Rudolph's nose started to glow and he, the rest of the reindeer, and Santa flew up into the night sky.
"MERRY CHRISTMAS! HO, HO, HO!" laughed Santa and he disappeared into the night with the sound of jingle bells.
