On a board of very old starship eight ponies, one robot AI. and one Griffin has been standing on the deck.
"Can someone please explain to me what just happened?" Rarity asked everyone and at the same time expressing everyone else thoughts.
"Well, in this case, I do agree with drama queen what in Tartarus just happened."
Sweetie Belle stepped forward "Well. as you all know me Applebloom and Big Mac we finally managed to find Scootaloo, and then it took us almost a week to travel to Griffin Empire there we found you guys Applejack, Pinkie, Rarity, Twilight, and Fluttershy!"
"Yap!" nodded Big Mac
"Sweetie Belle dear you don't have to tell our names!"
"My dear sister, I don't really have a choice I am retracing my memory from my hard head and well all o your names are there too. This way I know who exactly is who. Anyway, we found you guys because we were all going in the same place, We were trying to find Rainbow Dash and Gilda! Also we kind of promised Big Mac that we would go straight to Applejack!"
"Yap!"
Pinkie Pie picked it up "So eventually we managed to truck Gilda and Rainbow who go from town to town selling food as well as trying to find the hub network. Eventually, all of us teleported to the moon. Then we found out that there was an SOS signal that's been broadcasting all the way from this very old starship! So Rainbow Dash just had to ruin it and she said that We need to go there and help!"
Rarity sighed, "Normally I would have agreed with her, however, in this case, this ship had been overrun with creepy pegasi statues, and well we should have just let this starship burn in this star which is now exploded!"
Sweetie Belle just stared at Rarity "Black holes don't go supernova Rarity!"
"Come again?"
"I said black holes don't explode into supernova! I believe that we screwed up right now! We managed to space out those creepy pegasi statues, however, at the same time we also spaced Rainbow and Twilight, and then I guess everything exploded in the flash of bright purple."
"So are they!"
"Dead?" finished Sweetie, "Most likely yes! I don't really see how you would survive being spaced all the way to the black hole! their bodies already had been ripped apart on a microscopic level, However..." Sweetie Belle remained in complete silence for what seemed to be almost forever until her silence interrupted by Rarity.
"Unless what dear?"
"Unless Rainbow Dash managed to do something absolutely insane, there was a purple explosion after all. So what now?"
"What do you mean what now? we have to save them!" Applejack glared at Sweetie Belle.
Sweetie Belle glared back didn' you heard me they are dead, and if you don't understand how a black hole works then I will tell you, not only they have died from oxygen deprivation but the time dilation between them and us is enormous, and I am not going to risk the lives..."
"Um, I am sorry to interrupt your argument but why is the light on the bracelet is blinking?" Fluttershy asked them.
"it's not a bracelet its a standard issue life preserver that was issued to every single Starfleet officer for their own safety, and its blinking because..." Sweetie's eyes widened "because it already finished the respawn process! According to the logs, the life preserver had two ponies on file Rainbow and Twilight!"
"What the hey does respawn process means?" Applejack asked.
"Celestia?"
"Yeah!" the synthetic voice boomed from the intercom.
"The Princess?" yelled Pinkie Pie
Sweetie Belle groaned "Pinkie Pie please pay attention Rainbow Dash uploaded her to the computer systems of this starship!"
"Oh right, sorry!" Pinkie Pie glanced at everyone sheepishly.
"Righ, so well Celestia can you explain to everyone here the video game mechanics!"
"Well my sister Luna had been a big video gamer fan and from what I remember from her is that when video game characters die they just get respawned in the save point somewhere in the safe location. I believe that life preserver works the same way!"
"Um!? You are kidding me right?"
"Nope, Think of this way, when your body dies, your subconscious is rebooted from back up into another body!" Sweetie Belle summarised.
"So they are alive then?"
"Yes in a way! The problem is and this sounds kind of stupid but we have no idea where this save point is, and the worst part is!"
"Well if they are alive that all that matters to me! If you don't mind but don't you think we should just fly this rust bucket home!"
"I guess, Celestia if you please!"
"As much as I am upset at the loss of my student, there is nothing we could do! The star maps are updated and the course is plotted. engaging the jump drive in 3...2...1 Jump."
the old derelict starship exited the orbit of the black hole and jumped into hyperspace.
Two standard galactic hours before the jump.
Twilight's eyes widened, she suppressed the desire to blink, blinking would be extremely bad right now. Just now she managed to push Fluttershy to safety, and the hangar doors almost immediately sealed as per safety protocol. She looked in Rainbow Dash direction. Rainbow Dash looked back, however she cannot do anything to help their doomed situation.
Rainbow Dash has been trapped by the Pegasus statue that's been holding her back. The face on the statue face has been very furious! Good! That monsters already knew that it's going to be sucked out directly into the black hole. Twilight smiled to herself, in the next sixty seconds all of them including those damned statues are going to be sucked out.
"I am sorry!" and then she closed her eyes, almost immediately blast of air forced them both out of the hangar bay.
Rainbow Dash blinked, she blinked because by now it doesn't matter, both of them started to slowly suffocate in outer space. as the bonus they were falling into the black hole, so it's going to be really slow suffocation! Great!
Rainbow looked at her hoof that's the Pegasus statue had been holding. Only the statue stopped holding her sometime about two seconds ago. Good riddance she thought! she knew she is going to die and well her conscious is saved on the hoof drive. The problem was she still needed to save Twilight, who already started to panic.
Alright! let's do this! Rainbow Dash engaged small thrusters that been installed under her wings and then she pushed herself towards Twilight. The time started to slow down, This is bad, really, really bed! I better hurry the buck up! Rainbow Dash caught Twilight's body and then took out the silver wings and put it on Twilight's neck. Silver wings started to glow purple until they stooped and then imploded in an explosion of purple light...

...Some unknown time period later.
....Uh, my head hurts! Oh, that's right, I died. Twilight has died too! Where the hey am I?/i] Rainbow's eye started to clear out and she saw an old room of the warehouse that she had way back in a Crystal Empire. Huh I guess I never updated my autosave, am I?

At that exact moment, the door opened and a very familiar pony entered the room, " Hey I was looking for cheese, and well I actually found it!"

Not exactly, he dumped me for almost twelve years!

The Doctor blinked "Well, of course, I came back! Am I not supposed to?'
Rainbow Dash pointed at her hooves where the overly familiar note was located. The Doctor noticed it and laughed nervously, "Well! Um! Well, it was just a backup plan! I am still here. Am I?"
Rainbow Dash shrugged off and then ripped the note into small pieces, "Well I guess you wouldn't need it anymore!"
"Eh, no!" He then saw tired look in Rainbow Dash's eyes "is everything alright? You look a little bit strange! In fact!" He quickly pointed at her with a sonic screwdriver, which just thrilled slightly in response. "Odd, very, very odd!"
"Doc! Can I call you doc?"
Doctor Whooves nodded.
”Well, you see! Um, it's kind of a bit hard to explain! But I did have a bit of a should I say a wildlife! Doc I think I died!"
"Died!" The doctor quickly dismissed her, "Don't be ridiculous! You are alive and well! I know that because you are standing right here!"
"Doctor you don't understand, I died in the future thousand years from now, and I, I know that you are a Time Lord that travels in a big blue box." Rainbow Dash shouted a bit louder than usual.
Doctor Whooves instantly stopped smiling. Nopony supposed to know his secret.
"Sh! What the hey are you doing? You are not supposed to tell ponies about the future, because if you tell them then it's going to happen. By the way, how did you died?"
"Relax will you the future is already changed, I told you already that you came back! The thing is I and my companion had been jettisoned into outer space! And then we kind of got thrown into the very small black hole."
"A very strange method of committing suicide pact." Doctor Whooves raised an eyebrow "a very small black hole, how exactly does that work again?"
Rainbow Dash groaned, "it wasn't a suicide pact, it was just an accident, we had to space out an infestation of very annoying statues! On a plus side, we didn't kill them, the black hole probably did. And yes I believe that's correct we kind of died, unless.."
"Unless what?" Doctor Whooves asked her curiously
"I don't really think that we would end up in a pocket dimension or something because that would be ridiculous!"
"Okay, I felt like it might be very awkward for them!"
Rainbow beamed "Oh trust me they were furious!" Rainbow Dash glanced at him, "You don't believe me do you!"
"I have to admit it was a very good story that you just made up, and I suppose I enjoy it a bit!"
Rainbow Dash sighed "Aha!"
"Please don't be offended so far nobody managed to cheat death!"
"Aha! Except for you!"
Doctor Whooves raised an eyebrow, "I am not immortal, even I can die!"
"Not yet you aren't"
"What the hey does this suppose to mean!"

Rainbow Dash heard Twilight giggle in her head I think If I am stuck in your head then I am sure as Tartarus going to enjoy it.
