The cloud of dirt that Flan created in her rush to the castle was almost blinding Rainbow.

“I think she’s ma-” then some dirt got in Rainbow’s mouth. “Gwah, pwah, I got dirt into my mouth.”

“Well, it’s your fault for talking in a cloud of dir-” then some dirt got into Spike’s eyes. “Gah! It’s in my eyes, it stings, this sucks.”

“Were you saying?” Rainbow said mockingly.

Spike frowned.







When they approached the castle, Rainbow saw the door exploding.

“What just happened there?”

“Not sure, but I think Flan can make things explode, she did it once with a book in the castle.” Spike explained.

“That’s kind of freaky don’t you think?”

“I guess, but Flan proved to be level headed enough to use that responsibly.”







Inside the castle Flan checked as many rooms as possible.

Then she heard a voice.

“Flaaaaan~ please don’t ruin my caaaaastle~ just follow my voice~” Twilight’s voice sang.

Flan went in the direction of the voice, she was very irritated now.







“Where did Flan go?” Rainbow asked looking from the destroyed door into the hallway.

“I know where she wants to go.”

“Where?”

“There’s an empty room at the end of the hallway, Twilight has Rarity, Applejack and Fluttershy in there.”

“Well, let’s catch up then!” Rainbow went full speed into the hallway.







Twilight in all her messy glory saw the door of the room exploding in front of her; she didn’t bat an eye and always had a smile on her face.

After the smoke dissipated, she saw a mad Flan.

“Oh, hello there Flan, I asked my friends to come and help me to fix your problem, right girls?” Twilight asked at the restrained mares behind her.

Their response was a couple of muffled sounds.







Flan tried to step into the room, “Hold on Flan, you better stay over there, you don’t want my friends getting hurt for your own selfishness don’t you?”

Flan stopped and looked at her with confusion, what did she mean by that? Was a thought that cross her mind.

“You seem confused, well let me explain how this will go Flan, you stay there until I tell you otherwise. If you don’t do as I say, then I’m not sure what could happen, I mean you are quite aggressive.”

At that moment Rainbow and Spike got there.

“What the hay is going here Twilight!?” Rainbow asked angrily.

“Oh, hi Rainbow good to see you here, but I’m in the middle of something now. Can you take Spike out with you for a while?”

Spike was about to say something but saw Flan looking at him, and took a piece of paper out of her hat.

“Flan, what are you doing?” Twilight asked, “I didn’t give you permission to do anything yet.” She lifted an eye-brow.

Flan groaned on the inside, but on the outside she put her hands together and gave Twilight a pleading puppy dog stare.

“Heh, alright since you’re being more docile I think I’ll allow this, go ahead.”

Flan patience was running out, but she had to control herself, she didn’t really want to hurt Twilight, she didn’t like the purple pony but she didn’t hate her either.

Anyways she gave Spike the paper, when he read it he looked at her, she nodded.

She also pointed at Rainbow and then pointed at Spike before locating her hands in front of her and doing a ‘shoo’ motion for them to leave.

Spike took the hint and left.

“You don’t really want us to leave you alone now, right?” Flan nodded. “Why? I want to know what’s going on here!” Flan frowned, and pointed out in a quick and violent way.

“No! I won’t leave you alone!” Rainbow stomped the ground angrily.

The two looked at each other with frowns.

Then a purple glow caught Rainbow and lifted her, “Woah! What are you doing Twilight? Let me go, hey!”

Twilight tied her up so she couldn’t move.

“That’s enough Rainbow, I’m the one in charge of educating Flan, don’t interfere please.”

Before Rainbow could reply, her mouth was shut with tape.

Angry mumbles and groans escaped the restless Pegasus that tried to free herself.

Flan just watched.

“Well Flan, your first order will be staying there and let me hug you.”

Flan was shocked and kind of disturbed.

Before she could nod another muffled voice could be heard, it was Fluttershy this time.

She tried in vain to say something while shaking her head.

Twilight was not happy by the constant interruptions, “Now, now Fluttershy. Calm down and stop interrupting!” Twilight shouted loudly to her.

Fluttershy was clearly afraid by the abnormal behavior of her friend and couldn’t stop the tears to come out.

Rainbow trashed more violently after this.

Twilight for whatever reason had a smile adorning her face.

What she didn’t knew at the moment was a little detail, very important but very little detail.

Flan took a liking for Fluttershy, in fact she was the pony Flan liked the most, followed by Rarity.

BGM: U.N. Owen was Her?

Needless to say, Flan didn’t take this the good way. Something cracked inside her, a distant memory that she thought was a dream, something that she didn’t want to remember.

Her wings stretched to their full size, her red eyes had a more noticeable glow on them and her pupils shrunk.

Twilight noticed the now dead silent room, a look to her friend’s expressions of total terror made her turn around to see Flan with her glowing eyes and one of the creepiest smiles you could imagine, you know the ones you never want to be on the receiving end.

“F-Flan? W-what a-a-are you planning now? R-remember our deal…” a squeak escaped Twilight but something happened when she tried to use her magic.

It died, the magic on her horn disappeared.

Flan had one arm extended her hand closed in a fist, and then she lowered her arm.

That didn’t matter much anyways, because a devil was staring her dead in the eye, and with no magic Twilight actually realized something, the night made the sight way more terrifying.

‘What have I done... what have I just released?'
