I just received yet another report, regarding yet another disturbance that you presumably caused. And reading it....I'm confused.
Because I could have sworn that we were very clear on the whole "Eclipsa is not allowed to pick fights with citizens simply because they looked at her wrong" thing. I'm quite certain that we discussed this matter in very refined detail. So reading this report feels, remarkably redundant.
Don't get me wrong. I'm happy to hear you are trying to interact with our subjects more. But offering to teach random citizens how to "fight for real" and "defend themselves on da streets" seems extremely unprecedented. And tackling them to the ground when they say no, is not an acceptable alternative.
Things are different over here in the empire, and not everypony is a skilled fighter like you are. I'm glad you're here, but...please, dear sister. Please try to be more...restrained when interacting with citizens.

I already apologized like fifty times for putting that old mare in a headlock. But, she fought back! Why? Because she was learning! I keep hearing all this stuff about the Storm Kingdom. They have a lot of toys that we don't and if they decide to invade, these ponies need to know how to defend themselves! If I don't teach them then who will?
I say we build a kung fu school or something! All of us back in the good ole EK, know how to disarm 10 opponents and knockout 10 more simultaneously. If these Storm Kingdom f@#%s decide to invade, then our citizens need to know how to fight. And on two legs, like we can. I only want our citizens safe. Even if I have to put a few of them in a full nelson to do that.
