Starlight's Journal: The Museum Of The Alicorn Empire

Although, the real museum is probably in ruins by now, The Book Of Friendship does indeed have a chapter on this magnificent monument to the Alicorn Empire's greatness. I only hope the exhibits are still around and undamaged.

1.) The Head Of The Flying Dutchman: Mounted on a wall: The Flying Dutchman was the name of an Alicorn fishing vessel that went missing after it tried to cross through Eternity's Crossing. The only thing found of the ship was it's figurehead, called "The Head Of The Flying Dutchman."

2.)  A hanging scale model of a Frogfish: Back before there were many of the dangerous creatures outside Equestria today, The outskirts of The Alicorn Empire was known for having Frogfish lurking in it's oceans. Huge, hulking, monstrous fish with rows of thousands of jagged needle like teeth and an appetite for anything smaller then them. (And we thought Ursas were bad!)

3.) Our Lady  Omnipotence: One of The Alicorn Empire's greatest artworks depicts the unimaginably beautiful and graceful Queen of the Alicorns, Omnipotence as she is portrayed in a similar fashion to Aphrodite.

4.) Muse Creates Music: A statue of the famous Alicorn, Muse, holding the very lute she used to create the first Alicorn Song.

5.)  The Art Bubble: A giant bubble containing various art tools and paints  used to craft some of the empire's more refined masterworks, frozen in  time.

6.) The Book Of Oceanography: An ancient book of many  fantastic wonders the Alicorn Empire researched and catalogued about their findings in the field of Oceanography. However the Book Of Friendship contains much more in detail. The book is displayed, frozen in time within a bubble of Arcanichalcum. This should mean it's still perfectly preserved, even after thousands of years.

7.) Bust Of Alicortes: A marble bust of Famous Alicorn Philosopher, Alicortes, who first coined the principles of Ancient Alicorn Mathematics.

8.) The Alicoprotractor: A golden protractor that's capable of calculating both mathematics and philosophy. These things were extremely rare and stupidly difficult to create or use. Still, the value of such an instrument is obvious.

9.)  The Knowledge Machine: A gigantic super quantum computer that is able  to answer any question with the correct answer no matter what the question entails. Unless there is no answer. I'm not sure about this one, mostly because no machine can answer any question, and second I'm fairly sure that it hasn't survived the past hundred thousand years of inactivity.

10.) The Celestial Solar System : A large scale model of the Equestrian Solar System. With Concordia and all surrounding planets, as well as the sun and moon.

11.)  Artemis Bow: The Massive Jade Bow and Diamond arrows used by the Alicorn Huntress, and the first Element Of Honesty, Artemis. Its required that the user pull back the string with 120 tons of force to fire an arrow.

12.) The Historia Alicorn: A massive stone tablet displaying the history and foundation of The Alicorn Empire and building of the Great Alicorn City.

13.) The Cheese Bubble: An artistic display of a bubble in the shape of cheese, frozen inside another bubble.

14.) The World's Lightest Bubble: A feather shaped bubble that weighs 100%  less than thin air.

15.) The World's Heaviest Bubble: A large hourglass shaped bubble that weighs 1 metric ton.

16.) The Metal Bubble: A titanium bubble lined with a tungsten, strontium and thallium shell.

17.) The World's Stickiest Bubble: Basically a soap stain stuck to the inside of another larger bubble.
