My Dearest Sister,

I have been receiving numerous noise complaints from citizens living on the shores of the empire. They keep talking about hearing impossibly loud shouting coming from Black Skull Island (which, I'm sure by pure coincidence, is where you are currently staying.) Apparently you have been shouting so loud that entire towns on the seaboard are being hit with sudden quakes and tremors, and several citizens are afraid that if it continues, half of the country will fall into the sea!

Eclipsa....I have no idea why you are shouting so much, nor how you are doing it at such a ridiculously high volume, but please be more considerate of our citizens! And their ears.

My Dearest Sister,

First off, I'm not actually shouting. Having those stupid dragons as neighbors has actually come of use for once! I've learned to channel my voice to speak as loud and tremendously as they do! I call it THE ROYAL VOICE!! Just a heads up, I shouted that last part out loud, and it was much louder then normal so a vase next to you probably shattered for no reason. Sorry about that.

Anyway, I still have some improvements to make and I still need to practice how to really put more volume into the sentences. I've been practicing on the many sea monsters around the island, and the ones that have survived really seem shaken by it! Progress!

I'm sure if you wanted, I could teach you how to do THE ROYAL VOICE as well! But I'm pretty sure only powerful alicorns like me and you have the proper magical balance and power to actually channel our voices like that. So, normal alicorns can't do it. Or anypony else for that matter. But that's fine! It could be a thing for just us! Only the rulers of the empire may use THE ROYAL VOICE!

As for any complaints you receive, I'll be more then happy to "talk" to them. I'm sure we can come to an understanding.
