Starlight walked to Twilight's kitchen in order to get some breakfast. Starlight spotted 6 apples in the large fruit basket amongest 6 bananas and oranges. With the knowledge that they were fresh from Applejack's farm, Starlight decided she would eat four of the six apples. 

Starlight knew they would taste delicious. Starlight levitated four apples and padded down to the crystal, cold dinning room. Starlight took a seat. Her stomach was growling until a crunchy ,bright, red apple filled it somewhat.

While she was in the middle of eating  her forth apple, she heard a gigantic thud and a cry of terror from Twilight's bedroom. Panicked, Starlight teleported to Twilight's bedroom without her permission. 

Starlight would never invade Twilight's right to privacy typically, but this was a different situation. When she magically immerged into  the cozy bedroom she had realized that Twilight fell off her bed. 

Starlight also noticed that Twilight was wearing a diaper and had a mare sized pacifier on the ground. Twilight was in a pickle, but at the very least she wasn't hurt. Maybe her alicorn magic protected her from some forms of harm. 

Twilight sat up and her eyes evenutally met Starlight's. Twilight's face was colored like a bright red Apple when she saw Starlight in her room when she was donning foalike attire.

Starlight said in curiosity,"What is going on Twilight?"

Twilight said,"I have had bedtime accidents ever since I transformed into an alicorn, so that is why I have to wear protective underwear." 

Starlight asked,"What is the pacifier for?"

Twilight hesisted for a long moment and decided to tell Starlight the truth. Gaining some courage from Rainbow's example, Twilight found her answer. She took a deep breath.

Twilight explained,"After a little while, I actually started to like wearing them, so I Spike recommended a pacifier to complete the foalish look and to ease my anxiety... I used to do the craziest things when I was nervous."

Twilight had a flashback to when she was crazy in Lesson Zero. Twilight was out of control back then, due to her falling into a pit of worry. After all, there was a reason Twilight was vague about what she did when she was nervous.

Twilight was glad she found ways to cope with anxiety and stress, she wouldn't know how to deal with her princess responsibilities if she hadn't learned how. 

Starlight stared at Twilight for quite a while, her brain was processing what in the wonderful world of Equestria happened. Starlight wrapped a hoof around Twilight for a hug and smiled softy. 

Starlight levitated the pacifier into Twilight's mouth after cleaning it with an easy spell. Twilight stood in shock sucking her pacifier. 

Starlight hollered,"That is adorable Twilight! I just want to pinch your cheeks!!"

Twilight remained in silence, waiting for Starlight to speak.

Starlight scolded,"Come on Twilight!! We should get a move on! Where are your diapers and wipes?"

Twilight inquired,"They are in the closet. Why do you ask?"

Starlight opened the closet doors and grabbed the diapers and wipes with her magic.

Starlight asked,"Will you please let me change you, Twilight?"

Twilight spat out her paci throwing a fit like a toddler.

Twilight said,"No!! I am still embarrassed about this! Friend or not, I will not take this treatment! Even if I can't do it myself! Celestia told me if I did it myself, then I would lose my ability to go to the bathroom completely at all times permanently."

Starlight dragged Twilight in her magic along with the diapers and wipes. Twilight squirmed and tried to fight it. Twilight forgot that she could use her own magic since she was half asleep.

Starlight said,"I am sorry Twily, but do you really want to get a diaper rash. That is what will happen if you don't let me change you. Will you please listen to me now. "

Twilight said,"I give up!! I don't want to get a diaper rash or have you tell our friends since I didn't listen. In more simple terms, yes."

Starlight laid Twilight on the bed and started the process of changing her.

Starlight asked," Who changed your diapers on a regular basis? "

Starlight continued the process of changing Twilight.

Twilight said,"He shouldn't, but he does. Poor thing, he is too young to be doing it for me.
If anything, I should be doing it for him!"

Starlight demanded,"Please tell me who it is!"

By then, Starlight was done with the change.

Twilight asked,"Do you promise to not tell anyone who changes my diapers?"

Starlight said,"Yes, I promise."

Twilight said," Spike is the one who changes me on a regular basis. Even Celestia changes me occasionally. The first time Celestia did it was at the Royal summit. Being in diapers can be humiliating when in front of other ponies!"

Starlight said,"What is so bad about wearing pacifiers and diapers? You like wearing them, right?"

Twilight said,"As a Princess of Equestria and Friendship, I have a reputation to keep. What would everypony think of me if I had to wear diapers. No pony would take me seriously. This could mean terrible things for Equestria!!! Villains would think of me as the most vulnerable princess, since I wear infantile things such as diapers and pacifiers. Those items reflect juveniles.

I would not be able to sleep or eat because I would have to be on guard at all times. No pony would like me, they would just think I am a spoiled, bratty, baby who Princess Celestia pampered just because she pitied my "condition." I would try to tell them the truth, but they wouldn't believe me!"

Twilight bursted into tears due to her prediction. Starlight hugged her and let Twilight cry into her chest. Starlight petted Twilight's mane in order to comfort her. Both of them walked into the main room.

Starlight suggested,"Maybe we can ask StarSwirl to help us. Spike can you please take a letter?"

Spike said,"Sure thing, Starlight. Can you please tell me what to write down?"

Spike grabbed a quill, ink and scroll off of  the magical table.

Dear StarSwirl,
Princess Twilight has been having issues controlling her bladder at night ever since her transformation into an alicorn. Is there anyway you could help us please?

Spike sent the letter as fast as the blink of an eye. Twilight's pupils grew small as she sobbed even harder than before.

Twilight yelled,"How could you write to StarSwirl about my problem? Now he is going to think I am a freak! Why do bad things happen to me? I try to be a good pony!!"

Before Twilight could freak out any longer, StarSwirl's letter came.


Dear Starlight, 
I would love to help Twilight, hopefully she doesn't freak out over this. I heard what she did in Ponyville when she freaked out. I should be here after you are finished reading this letter.

Starlight finished reading StarSwirl's letter out loud.

Twilight hollered,"Oh dear he is coming! StarSwirl is going to see me like he would see a filly!"

Twilight was still crying but Starlight broke her hug with Twilight. Starlight kept an ear out for StarSwirl.

Spike rinsed off her paci in the bathroom. Then he walked into the main room and handed it to Starlight. Starlight again put the pacifier into Twilight's mouth with her magic. Twilight and Starlight heard hoofsteps at the door.

Those hoofsteps, were none other than StarSwirl The Bearded.
