"Were here Twilight." Jeff called out as he rushed to the dinning room with the princess waiting for him. He then place the dish with toast on the table.
"Sorry for the wait princess." Jeff said sheepishly before taking his seat "Tyler and I was having a conversation when I was doing the toast." he explains as he begins to eat the sunny side up that Twilight prepare for them.
"Oh...well what were you two talking about?" The Princess of Friendship asked.
"About how he's totally hitting on-OUCH!"Tyler said which was interrupted with a hit in the face by the courtesy of Jeff's elbow.
"Tyler meant to said that we were talking about getting some new clothes for me. Yeah since the clothes that I wear for yesterday got all dirty, I might need a new pair of clothes to wear if were going to stuck here for a while." Jeff interjects and gives a nervous smile.
Twilight blinks before shrugging it of "Well if clothes were you're only problem than that's no big deal for Rarity since she's a fashionista and she could make any clothing. So you could ask her." she suggested.
"Yeah! Sounds great!" Jeff said as he pretends to not aware of the existence of Equestria.
"Wow, Jeff was right about this Rarity gal. That is if I could remember what she looks like" Tyler thought in his mechanical mind.
The lavender alicorn then said "I was about to report to Princess Celestia about you two last night, but she recently sent me a letter last night while you guys were in your rooms. The letter said that she and her sister Princess Luna are going to an important meeting with the sectaries in Canterlot so she won't be available for three days." Twilight reveals.
"Oh is that so? And I presumed that this Celestia is the ruler of this land is she?" Jeff asked dishonestly since he's aware of who the said Princess was.
"Yeah, Princes Celestia along with her sister Princess Luna were to co-rulers of Equestria for more than a thousand years." Princess Twilight said.
"THERE REALLY A THOUSAND YEARS OLD!?" Tyler exclaims in shocked, before being smack at the screen by Jeff's hand. "Ouch!" The belt call out in annoyance.
Jeff clears his throat which is a signal for Tyler to behave, before turning his attention back to the princess of Friendship. "Sorry about that, Tyler isn't quite adjusted here as I do... So you were saying?" he incline as he takes some piece of butter and spread it on his toast.
"Well, as I was saying, Celestia and her sister Luna are heading to the meeting and won't be back after those three days." said the lavender princess as she puts a sunny side up on top of a toast "In the mean time, you and your friend here will explain everything from these Roidmudes to how your powers work."she finished as she munch on the toast with the egg on top.
Jeff then feels the atmosphere in the room before another idea pop up in his head "Princess Twilight, would you also be bringing your friends to see us?" he ask.
The princess munch on her breakfast "Of course! We've saved Equestria like a dozen times, so it's our responsibility to stop any threat that could appose to our home. And since these Roidmude things are not from Equestria and you've happen to know almost everything about them than my friends and I have to know every information on these things as possible." she talks while still chewing.
Jeff sighs as he already knew the answer before hand "Yeah, I suppose you're right princess." He said.
Twilight then swallows her meal "Besides, you and Tyler here would be great allies to fight those monsters of with your powers. We might as well be friends and get to know you guys more, and you really don't have to be so formal for me now that were friends."
Jeff nodded slowly with a slight redden face as he's embarrassed from his formal acts " Sorry." He said as he bit on his breakfast.
Tyler scuffles at Jeff's respond. "I could already feet the tension between these two." the sentient belt whispers to himself.
The Alicorn giggles "It's quite alright, once we finished breakfast. We'll wait until my friends arrived here and I'll inform Rarity for some new clothes for you. Once you got some new clothes to wear, than we can discuss on the topic on the matter." she declare as she's done with her plate.
Jeff smile greatly "Sounds good to me." he said before finishing up his food. "Let's get ready for them." he said as he pick up his plate and they walk into the kitchen before placing their plates on the sink.
"Hum, I hope Starlight's feeling better, that injury she had from yesterday takes quite a told on her." Twilight said with concern.
"I think she'll be fine." He said and the three (include Tyler) heard footsteps towards them, they turn and see none other than Starlight who's now walking slightly wobbly.
"Hey, how it going?" She ask.
"Starlight, how are you feeling? Does your knee still hurt?" Twilight ask with concern.
Her pupil however shook her head and wave her hand normally "Don't worry Twilight, I'm fine. It was just a little scratch." she said but then flinches at the slight sudden pain on the same knee.
Tyler noticed it "Well you don't look fine. I think you need to go get a crutch just in any case." the Driver advised.
Starlight sighs back "I guess you're right on that one and honestly. It took me a while to get down from the stairs." she remarked before turning to her left to see a wooden stool nearby and decided to take a seat as she walk towards it, abet wobbling and trembling to get it.
"Here Starlight, I'll get it for you." Twilight volunteer as she head straight to where the stool is, picking it up and lend it to her pupil.
She takes the stool from her mentor "Thanks Twilight." she replied before placing the stool down and sit on it "So...our friends will come here about less than hour." Starlight recall before turning her attention to Jeff and Tyler "I bet there are a lot of things you guys will explain to us." she reckon.
Jeff nodded slowly "There's a lot of things to explain, but I'll make it as simplest as possible." he said.
Half an hour later
A knocking can be heard from the front door of the castle which caught the four's attention. "Oh! There here! I'll get the door." Twilight declare as she dashed out of the kitchen and head to the front foyer of the castle.
Spike then emerged from the stairs as he rub his eyes after just waking up, he yawns before respond "Man! I knew that I shouldn't stay up to read all of that Power Ponies comic." He said before his eye's widened as he realized of something important "Oh sweet Celestia! I should have helped Twilight with breakfast!" He recall as he ran down the stairs as fast as possible.
When he made to the bottom of the stairs, he ran straight to the kitchen, but he then being push to the side by Twilight "Sorry Spike!" Twilight apologies as she made a beeline to the front door.
While Spike's head had stars circling around him as he's now stunned from the impact. He shakes his head to regain his bearings as he turns to Twilight "You could have at least give me a warning!" he scolded before he saw that Twilight open the front door of the castle, revealing the rest of her friends.
Spike gasp "HUGH! You girls are already hear!?" Spike said in surprise "I should make breakfast quickly!" he exclaims as he was about to head into the kitchen before seeing Jeff walking towards him, with Tyler on his waist and Starlight next to him as he aids her in walking by holding Starlight's right arm over his shoulders.
"No need Spike, Twilight had already made her own breakfast for me and herself, luckily she also made some spare eggs and bread for both you and Starlight on the kitchen counter. You should get it before it cools off." Jeff advised.
Spike then smile gratefully "Wow!" he said before turning to Twilight "Thanks Twi!" he said as he head towards the kitchen.
Jeff then turn his head to Starlight as he aids her in walking "And once we find a place where you can sit to chat with the others. I'll bring your breakfast there." he pointed out.
Starlight smile "Thank you, Jeff" she replied.
Jeff smile back in relief before something pop up in his mind as he turns to where Spike headed "HEY SPIKE! Eat the breakfast that Twilight made for YOU! And leave Starlight's breakfast alone!" he called out, hoping that Spike heard his warning as the two trek towards the Main Six.
"Ah Jeff, Starlight! I'm glad that you two catch up!" Twilight said in relief.
Jeff chuckle "Well I can't just leave everypony hanging right?" he said in responce.
Tyler made a skeptical look on the Driver's scene "Everypony!?" he questions.
Jeff looks down at Tyler and points at the Driver with his left index finger "It's a custom!" he exclaims to Tyler before turning his attention back to the ponies. "Sorry about that, Tyler still haven't adjust to this place yet." he explains.
The ponies seems are not offended as they nod their heads "Oh it's nothing to worry about." Fluttershy said softly.
"Besides, we're gonna help ya' two to adjust here to Equestria!" Applejack added.
Then Rainbow Dash snickers "That is if you wear something other than a bathrobe." she commented as she giggles. But soon stops as she saws all glaring eyes of her friends at her, she smile nervously before stopping and they all turn back to Jeff and his sentient belt ally.
It was Rarity who interjects "Speaking of which, why are you wearing a bathrobe anyways darling? Don't you have any thing else to wear?" she asked.
Jeff then chuckle "I was getting to it Miss Rarity. I didn't have any other clothes with me other than the one that I wear from yesterday. And I don't want to wear dirty clothes right after a shower." he pointed out.
Rainbow blinks with a deadpan looked "That's it? You have problems of getting dirty again just by wearing the same clothes right after a shower?" she exclaims.
Rarity was then disgust at Rainbow's comment "Why Rainbow! This is a big deal! We can't have this young stallion to wear the same dirty clothes right after a shower!" she said in defense.
Tyler then made an even more perplex look on the Driver's face "Stallion?!" he said in confusion before being hit in the side of the belt again by Jeff's left elbow "Ow!" he respond in annoyance, but it caught Rarity's attention.
"Oh! Sorry my darling, I forgot that you're not a pony and it's became a habit for all of us." She apologies.
Jeff only smile back "It's alright Miss Rarity." he said in reassurance.
"Yeah!" Pinkie then interjects "Besides, we can't have him getting dirty again when we celebrate his welcoming to Equestria and Ponyville party!" said the pink party pony.
"How about this." Twilight interrupt which caught everyone's attention "Rarity, do you think you can sow some new clothes for Jeff?" she ask her fashionista friend.
Rarity then sported with a confident smile "It won't be a problem dear Twilight, I'll make a bunch of clothes for our new friend here in no time."
Jeff smiles at her positive spirit "I can't thank you enough Rarity." he said.
Rarity giggles in response "Oh, it's no biggie. It's the least I can do to repay you for saving us from that monster." she pointed out.
Jeff's face slightly reddened from the compliment "It's nothing really." he said with Starlight respond with a giggle as she still hang on to the young man.
Tyler however appears to have an expressionless reaction "Hugh, his weakness for ladies never gets old." He thought in his mind, hoping that Jeff won't give him another elbow to the face again.
Rarity then said "Oh no, it is really something. How about we get your new clothes now! Then we can hear all about you and your friend here." she implies as she dash to Jeff and begins to grab Jeff's right wrist.
"RARITY WAIT!" Twilight yell out, but it was too late as the fashionista yanks Jeff's right wrist, which cause him to be off balance and in term make Starlight loses her balance as she about to fall.
Luckily Rainbow Dash saw it coming as she swoop in and snatch Starlight's left hand and helped her to regain her posture "You're okay Starlight." she ask in concern.
Starlight nodded slightly "Yeah I'm good." she replied as everyone turn their attention to Rarity with glares.
Rarity chuckle nervously before making a guilty face "Sorry! I was just excited to show Jeff here my styles and my talents for him!" she apologies.
Her friends however respond with a sigh of joy and laughter "We know you do Rarity." Twilight implied.
Rarity turn her attention back to the young man "Alrighty then! TO THE BOUTIQUE!" she declares as she drags Jeff outside at an uncanny cartoon style speed as Jeff and Tyler yelp in surprise, while her friends stare amusingly at her antics.
And moments later Spike appears out of the kitchen and walk towards the ponies with a plate of sunny side eggs and toast on it. "Hey everypony! I've done my breakfast and here's your's Starlight!" he said, but he then soon realized that the six ponies are staring at him awkwardly.
"What?" the little dragon asked.
Meanwhile, Jeff was dragged throughout Ponyville as he was still startled at Rarity's sudden action. He expected that either Pinkie or Rainbow would have this kind of speed, the fact that it was Rarity is the last pony come to his mind and not before long they arrived to her home, Carousel Boutique.
"Here we are boys! Carousel Boutique where I make the fanciest and gorgeous outfits for everypony!" Rarity said with a proud tone, but she then noticed Jeff and Tyler's struck faces.
"J-Jeff. What just happened?" Tyler ask with a startle voice.
"I...have no idea. I expect something like this from Rainbow or Pinkie, but...Rarity?" Jeff answered with insurance.
Rarity looked at them curiously "What was that darling?" she ask which cause Jeff to snap back to reality.
"Oh? Um... Nothing! I just got a little surprise from how fast you are." he mentioned.
Rarity was then taken back "Oh..." she said as she giggles nervously "Sorry about that, normally I rather walk in a more civilize ladylike paste. I guess I got a little excited to show you my boutique and it just happened." she explains.
Jeff looked a little puzzled before smiling back "No problem. Let's just get something for me to wear." he reminded.
"Oh yes of course!" Rarity replied with a nod "I'll lead the way." she incline as the fare mare opens the door of her shop and enters.
Tyler then ask his companion "How can you get around with them like that?" the sentient belt ask.
Jeff only smirks at his belt/best friend "You'll get used to them...Especially since this world is after all based on a little girl's cartoon show." he pointed out before following Rarity into her boutique.
