Chapter 11
Chrysalis felt an all consuming pain in her back, just above her wings where the spear drove into her. Then a greater weight fell onto her back, and suddenly she felt no pain at all.
She raged as she understood that this was the fatal blow. She had lost the function of her rear hoofs, her wings and she would fall towards the ground, she would die...
but not before taking that infernal mare with her!
She found Twilight falling along with herself, and lunged at her with her horn, foam forming in her mouth, and her mind burning with the monstrous blood lust, known only to the dying.
