Chapter 4
Celestia reared and stormed outside with ten of her personal guards, already chanting the incantation to reinforcing the broken force field. The remaining guards looked from Shining Armour, to the queen and finally to Twilight and her friends. Dash and Twilight both stared back at them and yelled. ”Get her!”
Slowly the spears began advancing on the changeling queen, who remained unfazed despite it all, simply inspecting one of her hooves instead, and said nonchalant four word ”whenever you're ready boys ”
As she spoke several of the guardsmen transformed into the twisted form of the changelings. Panicked momentarily by the surprise attack, the spear wall quickly collapsed.
Chrysalis chose that moment to jump into the fray, wielding her powerful magic, she send soldiers flying left and right, and let her maniacal laughter join the chaotic sound of the fight.
”Twilight go after Chrysalis! We will follow once we have taken care of these guys” Rainbow Dash called, as the friends threw themselves into the fight Wholeheartedly.
Twilight stormed after the queen, but found her path quickly blocked by particularly big changeling.
It swung its horn like a sword, the edge making a shallow cut across Twilight's front leg. They both reared, their front hoofs colliding in midair with bone shattering force.
Twilight cursed the fact, that she had never bothered to train for close combat, as she slowly but surely began to lose the fight.
In a desperate move she dove low, sliding underneath the changeling, while charging up a freezing spell, and was rewarded with a rear kick sending her flying towards a window, Twilight slammed into the wall with a loud crack, she caught a glimpse of Rainbow Dash flying towards the window, with four changelings in close pursuit.
The four changeling suddenly broke off, seeing an easier prey in twilight, quickly piling on top of her forcing her down, preparing to finish what her last opponent had started.
