I’m pleased to announce that at present the Windigo troubles are a point of the past. I have recently negotiated with the Windigo and a ceasefire has been achieved. The denizens Of Equestria, be they pony, griffin, dragon, or other, need not fear any attacks or reprisals for the next month. During that time I shall engage in additional negotiations in order to put this matter to rest once and for all.

That’s actually scary. Remind me never to ask Dark for anything when she’s in that condition.

In other news, it’s incredible the amount of attention I now get once it’s become known I’m engaged. Can somepony explain this? I mean really! It was bad enough before when I was “the stallion of the bolts” but now it’s outright ridiculous! It’s as if the whole of Equestria has set its mind to compete with Brush for me. (And trust me not in the cute way depicted in novels: there’s no shyness involved just outshines and lots and lots of boasting :/)

Girls... I might disappear for a while. I had a fight with my sis :( About the most stupid thing! You know she’s been hounding me to go to university in Manehattan. I thought being Octavia’s apprentice was good enough, but no! It’s either Manehattan or nothing. :( 

It’s just... I can’t understand her sometimes.
