Twilight was speechless, Pumpkin was breathing heavy, Spike had a huge grin on his face, he flashed Twilight an evil glare and said in a over-exaggerated tone
"Ms.Cake, I would be honored if you would accompany me to the Gala, so long as thy parents do not mind." he said with a bow and a huge Smile on his face, Pumpkin looked just as excited, Twilight looked like Christmas had been announced early, then promptly canceled.
"But...but she....and you.....explosions....the Rain..." Spike smiled and held up his Ticket.
"I have been invited and am allowed one guest. Pumpkin, I hereby dub thee, My guest." this resulted in a tackle hug from Pumpkin,
"Oh, Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!" She said, as she let go of the now floored Spike, who was laughing at her reaction.
"What should I wear tho?"
"I`ll have Rarity make you a dress....she owes me quite a lot of favors. but you should probably go tell your folk's and Pinkie that your going to your first Gala." Pumpkin said her goodbye`s and ran home. once she was out of sight, Twilight turned on Spike.
"Spike....I swear to Celestia, If you to ruin the party..."
"Oh hush, If we ruin the party, Celestia will make sure we both come again, after all, she made absolute sure Discord and the Smooze were both on the permanently invited list."
