The giant green head stared at Spike, baring its big sharp teeth, Spike tried to get away, but couldn't, he even tried blasting it with magic, but couldn't.
"Who are you", Spike asked scared, trying to fly away.
The giant green head spoke in a deep voice, "who do you think i am", it said as it came closer, revealing itself to be a giant green and purple dragon.
"Why do you look like me, back when i was a dragon and had a greed growth", Spike asked wide eyed staring up at it.
"Cause i am you, the monster inside of you", it said growling.
"Don't tell me you don't remember me", it said glaring at Spike with its red eyes.
A flash nearly blinded Spike, as the scene changed to a destroyed Equestria, Spikes eyes widen, "no....no..no..not this again please", he begged, not wanting to remember all those nightmares he had years ago".
He saw the dragon rampaging through a destroyed Ponyville, burning everything in its path.
Spike looked on in tears, "STOP! PLEASE!", he cried.
Hiding in a shadow, was Princess Luna, "Spike..be strong dearest nephew", she whispered, wishing she can go hug her nephew and tell him it's alright.
Luna then looked on at the scene, "Spike..you need to know, that your not a monster, or a dragon no more".
The dragon appeared in front of Spike again, "you see, this is your destiny...was your destiny anyways", the dragon looked away.
Spike tried to be brave, "i'm not a dragon no more, i am a pony..a alicorn" he said glaring at the dragon with tears in his eyes.
The dragon smirked, "do you really think that gonna stop me from haunting you", it asked.
The dragon grinned, then started to transform into Spike, but a taller version of him, with red evil looking eyes.
Spike backed away in tears, "get away from me", he said trying to fire a magic bolt that Starlight taught him.
He finally did, but it did nothing, the dark alicorn laughed but it sounded evil, "that tickled, do it again".
Spike backed away and ran, he heard the dark alicorn say, "you think you can run from your past and future".
The alicorn gave chase to the poor colt, laughing while he ran, "face it Spike, you are a monster", it said mocking him.
Spike ran and ran, "i'm not a monster", Spike said while running.
He stopped a looked behind him, and saw the alicorn was gone, he looked around for it, then saw it was blasting everything in a destroyed Ponyville, "no...please", he whispered with tears as he ran to the town.
He saw ponies dead everywhere, and cried while looking around, "i'm sorry, i didn't mean to", he said sobbing.
His eyes widen when he heard somepony say, "you think you can fit right in, now that your a pony", Spike saw a dead pony talking.
"You think you can hide from what you did as a dragon in your greed growth", the talking dead pony said.
"When you get bigger, your probably get power hungry and destroy us all", another dead pony said.
Spike backed away from it, then tripped over something, he saw it was the older version of the cmc and the Main 6 without Twilight and Fluttershy.
"no...no...everypony..im sorry", he said looking at his dead friend in tears.
"Sweetie Belle, Scootaloo, Apple Bloom", he sobbed for the fillies he loved.
He ran from the scene, only for it to change to a destroyed Canterlot, "why am i here", he said looking around at all the destroyed buildings.
The dark alicorn appeared again, but he was destroying everything in Canterlot, "Spike..my son..don't make me do this", he heard sompony say, he turned to a destroyed Castle and saw his family, and older version of Flurry Heart, they where ready to fight.
"Hello mother, father...i see you brought the rest of the family to die with you", the dark alicorn said with a evil grin.
"Spike, why are doing this", he heard Cadence say.
"If i can't rule everything like a king, then i shall destroy everything..and i will destroy anypony that stands in my way", he said ready to fight, and giving a evil grin.
"Uncle Spike, please...don't do this, i don't wanna fight you", Flurry Heart said, letting a few tears fall.
The dark alicorn turned to her, "I'll kill you last", he said giving an evil smile.
"Dearest nephew..stop, please, we don't want to hurt you", he heard Luna say in a sad voice.
"Too late for that Luna, i am more powerful then Nightmare Moon", he said with a evil laugh.
"Spike, listen to us, you gotta calm down, i don't wanna fight my cousin", Cadence said in a hurt voice.
"Princess of love, pathetic....love aint gonna save you this time", he said glaring at Cadence.
"Please my son..i don't wanna hurt you", he saw his mom in tears, ready to fight.
"Too bad mother, cause i ain't afraid to hurt you", he said firing a spell at her, but she protected herself and her family with a shield.
"Spike please, don't make me fight you, your my son", he saw Discord as a draconequus, ready to use his chaos magic.
"My magic is more powerful then your chaos dad", he said the last part in disgust, before firing a magic bolt at him, but Celestia protected her husband with a shield.
Spike looked on at the commosion in tears, "stop it..don't hurt my family", he said in a hurt voice.
"Spike...i don't wanna fight you...please...your my brother", Twilight said crying and ready to fight if she has to.
The dark alicorn looked at her, "I'll give you one chance, i want you to rule with me, as brother and sister..we can destroy anypony that stands in our way", he said with a smirk.
Twilight shook her head, "no Spike, i will not rule with you, this is wrong and you know it..just stop Spike, please", she said in a hurt voice.
The dark alicorn glared and gritted his teeth, "then you will die with everypony else", he was gonna shoot her with a magic bolt, when he heard crying.
There he saw his sister Fluttershy, "Spike...why you wanna hurt us...don't you love us, don't you love mom, dad and Twilight...don't you love me Spike, i'm your sister", she cried.
"Spike, you gotta stop..i don't wanna fight my own brother", Shining Armour said ready to fight if he has to.
With Spike, he saw Fluttershy crying, "please..don't hurt them..please", he cried, wishing he can do something, but can't.
The evil alicorn didn't listen and attacked the Princesses and prince, Spike looked away so he doesn't see what happened.
Another flash was seen as the scene changed to a completely destroyed Canterlote and Castle, with the evil alicorn standing tall and blasting everything away.
Spike's eyes widen and ran to the scene, there he saw his family dead on the floor.
He slowly walked up to his parents, "mom, dad..come on, you gotta get up", he said trying to pick them up, but couldn't.
He felt tears in his eyes and ran to Twilights body, "Twilight..we gotta go home", he said shaking her with both his hooves.
He ran to Luna, and pulled on her ear, but she didn't move, he backed away and looked around at everything that is destroyed, scared and don't know what to do.
Princess Luna saw him from a distance and fought back tears, she wished she can go down to him and hug her nephew, telling him it's not real, its only a dream.
He ran in a random direction, "help!", he said looking in random directions.
"Somepony...anypony...help", he sobbed as he looked back at his dead family.
Discord layed dead holding his dead wife, like he tried to protect her from a blast.
He walked back and put himself between his parents, layed down and cried, nuzzling his mom and dad.
Princess Luna let a few tears fall as she looked at Spike, she gritted her teeth, "it's only a dream dear nephew", she whispered, keeping herself hidden knowing that he has to face these nightmares alone.
With a heart broken Spike, he saw the evil alicorn walked up to him, "Spike, what have you done", it said, giving him a stern glare.
Spike jumped up, "i didn't mean for any of this to happen", he said backing up.
"You killed the Princess Spike, you killed your family", the evil alicorn laughed.
Princess Luna had enough and interfered with Spikes dream, walking through the evil alicorn as it disappeared, she hugged Spike as he cried into her chest, "there, there nephew, its ok...it was only a horrible nightmare", she said stroking his mane.
"It felt so real aunt Luna, i really thought i killed you guys", he cried, soaking Lunas fur.
"Spike, you can't let what happened in the past effects your future", she said still holding him.
Spike looked up at her with tears, "but what if it does come true, what if i do become evil", he said crying again.
Luna thought of something, "my dear nephew, let me tell you a story you don't remember", she said putting him down as the scene changed.
