Fluttershy was sent too Discord's room and wasn't allowed to leave, she laid on Discord's bed crying as he came, she didn't look at him as she pressed her face into the pillow. Discord took place on the edge of the bed, trying to say something to break the silence, but couldn't find the words after his break down earlier.
" Fluttershy. " But she didn't move from her position. " Fluttershy. Look at me already. " Discord moved his paw closer to her. " Do you hear me ? Hey ! " But as soon as Discord's paw could touch her, Fluttershy whispered magical words out to control the wind, cutting Discord's goat beard. Discord looked at his beard and snapped his finger to make the beard grow again, but that little prank of Fluttershy wasn't funny at all. " You little minx ! How dare you take advantage of me when i'm humbling myself before you ! " Discord snapped. Fluttershy couldn't believe that he just said that.
" Huh ? When did you ever humble yourself ? ! " Finally facing Discord.
" I did just now ! Couldn't you tell ? ! " Fluttershy was so frustrated that she grabbed a pillow from the bed and throw it at Discord's face knocking him of the bed.
" How could I tell ? ! " Discord growled slowly trying to get up.
" Damn it. " Discord grabbed the sheets of the bed to pull himself up. " I did this because I thought I might have said just a hair too much.....I give up ! " Discord took Fluttershy by the hooves and pinned her down on the bed.
" Wh-What ? " Fluttershy gave off a little red blush by the situation bing put under.

Looking out for him self and keeping to himself was what made him the Rain king, but now he cared for the mare under him and felt like he could do and say what ever he wanted too to her and she would listen to him, caring for him with that beautiful smile she always gave him. Now he was hurting her and forcing her to she that ugly side of him, a true beast that was always there. " What happened to your usual calm ? " Discord looked deep in her eyes and saw there were tears building up, he letted go of her hooves and got off bed.
" The party's over. I'm going back to work. " Walking towards the door. he cringed his teeth and said. " Calm ? I couldn't possibly have it. Not with him. " Fluttershy saw how angry he was.
" You.... "
" You cool your head a little while longer. " Leaving the room. Fluttershy grabbed the pillow that she throw at Discord and hugged it tight with her hooves.
" Which one of us needs to cool their head, exactly ? Now, what do I do ? " Looking at the balcony.
Discord stood outside the room in the hallway, not know what to do anymore. " You can leave now. " Discord said to the guards.

" Are you certain of that ? " Fancy pants said.

In the dungeon, Feather bangs was lying on the hard cold bed of his cel. There was a small open window with bars on it, but it made the cel only colder and rain could be heard from outside. Feather bangs was deep in his thoughts and was remembering a few things from his past.
" You ? The sun ? " A mare said. " Who said such a thing ? " The mare stood on the edge of the fountain and touched the water that was flowing in it.
" The ponies in the palace. " Feather bangs said. The mare laughed at such thing.

In the night on the bell tower of the capital city, Discord was looking at the rainy view with a sword in his paw, behind him was Feather bangs listening what Discord had to say. " What does that mean ? " Fluttershy said nervous.
" Who was it that let Feather bangs out of prison, I wonder ? " Discord said sarcastically. All the Fluttershy could do was gulp and hope for the best. " It looked an awful lot like the time a certain pegasus broke out of prison. Well, never mind. I'll overlook it. " Discord said looking at the papers again. " I don't care what happens to a person once they're gone. " Signing papers Fluttershy couldn't help but feel sad at that statement that Discord gave her.
" So you're saying you don't regret it ? " Discord stopped with writing as he was surprised she said that.
" Fluttershy...." But as he looked at her, her back was already too him.
" The gazebo behind the palace. I'll be waiting. " Fluttershy said before heading out the room. After the paperwork was done Discord headed out with an umbrella to the meeting place, walking along the muddy path to the gazebo.
" Come on, Fluttershy. Why does she want to meet up all of a sudden ? " Thinking back on what Flutterhy said to him.
" So you're saying you don't regret it ? "
" Why would I regret anything ? " A strong wind suddenly popped out of nowhere and blow away his umbrella and the rain started to blow away leaving only the sun out making Discord sweat like crazy as the temperature for higher. " She.... " Discord ran to the gazebo and as he opened the door and once he was inside he yelled. " Hey, Fluttershy ! You called me out here, what are you trying to- " Soon Discord found Feather bangs inside the gazebo as well, but Feather bangs was also surprised to see Discord out here.
On one of the hills of the woods Fluttershy was singing her song with Fancy pants besides her with a pair of binoculars, watching Discord and Feather bangs in the gazebo.

" You're fine now. Fluttershy, can you stand ? " Discord decided to lifted Fluttershy up and cared her back to the castle. Fluttershy nuzzled her head in Discord's chest making Discord blush, but said in a hoarsely voice.

" What ? I can't hear you. " Discord listened carefully as Fluttershy repeated herself.
" Did you....tell him ? how you feel ? " Discord was surprised that Fluttershy cared so much that she willingly sacrificed her singing voice for a fight between two cousins and she would do it all over again if she had too, Discord thought. " You're still.....able to reach him.....If it hurts you to lose him....now.....be honest. " Fluttershy slowly fell a sleep in Discord's arms.
" Feather bangs. I'll only say this once. i'm reinstating you as prime minister. Stay here, and work with me again. " With pleading eyes Discord looked at him. " Stay here, please. " Feather bangs was taken back and couldn't find the words too answer him so instead of words he bowed down before Discord and said.
" Your wish is my command.My King. I will build, once more, the world you desire. With you. " Discord and Feather bangs made up and cared Fluttershy to her room, but Fluttershy heard everything they said, she was happy that they finally made up and could rest knowing they wouldn't fight anymore.
At one of the tower of the castle with the view of the hill where Fluttershy sang her song the three elders were watching the whole scene form up there. " Look ! Fluttershy did it, didn't she ? " Kibitz said.
" Who would have ever doubted it ? " Randolph said.
" I do not wish to acknowledge it. My inexperience at my old age. " Star Swirl said. but the other two laughed at him for doubting Fluttershy.
After the whole thing Fluttershy found herself in her room after waking up, but there was something holding her back from sitting right up. " So heavy......" Fluttershy looked at her left and saw Discord sleeping on the edge of the bed holding her hoof with his paw. Fluttershy rolled over to her side and stroke his mane with her hoof.
" Let him sleep. " Feather bangs said surprising Fluttershy. " He's been with you all this time. ' Feather bangs got close to the bed. " How are you feeling ? "
" I feel fine now. " Flutetrshy said as she stopped stroking Discord's mane.
" Prince Feather bangs ! " Fancy pants was being heard in the hallway looking for Feather bangs.
" Oops. " Feather bangs said. Fluttershy couldn't help but chuckle.
" You're as popular as ever. "
" He was spending all his time with you and neglecting his work, so i've been dragged into it instead. " Feather bangs said.
" That's our capable prime minister. " Fluttershy said.
" No, I'm an awful prime minister. when it comes to Discord, all I've done is misread and make mistakes. " Feather bangs looked at the sleeping Discord and smiled.
" But I think because of that, he came back to himself a little bit. It wasn't a mistake. "

" Where did that come from ? " Fluttershy said a bit bashful.
" But All that aside, you really are wonderful, Fluttershy ! " Feather bangs took flutter shy by the hoof and tried to flirt with her. " Hey, do you have any interest in older stallions ? Hey, I think I could fall for you alone ! " Feather bangs was suddenly kicked aside by Discord.
' Hey ! " He yelled. " You really want to die don't you ? " Fluttershy looked at the lifeless body of Feather bangs and was quite shocked that Discord wasn't asleep. " If you love girls so much, look at your face in a mirror ! You sissyboy ! " Feather bangs laughed devilish and grabbed him by Discord's horns but Discord grabbed on Feather bangs head with his claw.
" Now that i'm reinstated as prime minister, you're going to start watching that goat like mouth of yours ! " Feather bags said shaking the horns of Discord.
" What, you want to fight me ? " Discord said tightening his grip on Feather bangs head. Neither of the heard the tiny voice coming from Fluttershy's mouth.
" C-Calm- "
" Whose fault do you think it is that i'm still single ? ! How bad does it burn you that your mare doesn't look like her ? ! " Feather bangs said.
" Y-You two...All over again....." Fluttershy wss getting annoyed by the two fighting.
" Don't say such disgusting things " Discord said.
" You'd better pay back my hard work ! " Fluttershy yelled to the fighting idiots.
In the Kingdom of Sunlight Queen Amore was looking through a magic mirror showing Fluttershy having funny with the two Idiots while reading a letter. Even if you fight, may you try to overcome it, believing in what lies ahead. May dawn come to the long long night, and lead to shining days. She putted the letter down and looked at the bright smile on Discord's face.
" I will not give up, Fluttershy. " She narrowed her eyes at The Rain king.
