Prince Blueblood was young and very talented noble, born from one of the descendants of Princess Celestia. By tradition Princess Celestia's bloodline had been considered in very high regard. However Equestrian Kingdoms had been the matriarchal society, so the chances of him ever getting a throne is zero, zip, zilch, nada. And he completely understood that.
This is why the current announcement for Princess Celestia's retirement was both intriguing for him and amusing at the same time.
"What is she planning to do? Does she completely expect me to embarrass myself?" he muttered to himself. "Guard!"
"What is it, Your Royal Highness?!" asked the Solar Guard, who had been stationed to him as both his bodyguard and companion.
"Speak your opinion!" he ordered, "what do you think about this?"
"We don't know anything Sir," Solar Guard replied the identity of the successor to the crown has completely kept a secret to everypony but The Princess herself."
"Figures!" Prince Blueblood muttered. "The nerve!"
"Is something wrong?"
"Of course it is!" Prince Blueblood shouted, then he relaxed a bit. "All of this is just to make fun of me! to lower my guard! Oh look everypony that buffoon is made a fool out of himself again! What does she thinks I am stupid?"
"No sir, no you are not."
"Is this sarcasm I hear?"
"No sir."
Prince Blueblood sighed and went behind the curtain of the window.
"Could you tell me your name, it's been almost 10 months since they assigned you to me, and I just prefer to be on the first name basis."
"It's Stonehoove, sir."

"I do understand that you do business here, seamstress right?" asked Twilight Sparkle, when she went to Rarity.
"Not a fan?"
"Not really. The only dress I ever owned is this old thing." Twilight showed Rarity her red dress with yellow buttons. One of the buttons were broken. "When I lived in the castle, everything I needed had been provided by the state, and well."
"I believe I understand, so is there any personal preferences, or would you rather buy from pre-made models." Rarity pointed on the mannequins.
"You can do custom work?"
"But of course dear, believe it or not, but everypony have different body proportions. Take Rainbow Dash, for example, her body is a bit rounded. Applejack, she is a bit on the thinner side. Me, I am, as you can see I, even more, thinner than she is. Pinkie Pie is right in the middle between Rainbow and Applejack, Fluttershy is a bit thin and tall hooved, you, my dear, do have thicker physical build."
"Wow Rarity, I've never thought you have been that observant."
"Nopony ever does," Rarity smiled. "Does this mean you are ready to order a new dress?"
"Yes, please."
"Wonderful, that would be ten bits for repair and fifty bits for a new one upon completion of customizations."
"I think I'll choose this one then", Twilight pointed on a sky blue dress with a silver lining. "Do you think it will look good on me?"
"let me see, uh yes it probably would,"
"Thank you very much Rarity."
"No problem dear, you might want to come back within the next week, unless you wish to pickup the dress much later, then it will be plus 1 bit for a week of storage."
"I'll keep that in mind, once again thank you very much Rarity."

"Hi Rarity, hi Applejack!", said Twilight entering the Boutique

"I sure am. You look good in the suit AJ, and that hat, it's marvelous," said Twilight in amazement.
"Thanks, although I can't imagine Rainbow wearing it, it's just not her thing."
"Really, what does she going to wear then?"
"A light purple dress with blue gem decorations, it's quite beautiful design, and it suits her quite well."
"Glad to hear, and you Rarity?"
"I am afraid that another suit for me, dear."
"Oh, but I am sure you would look wonderful in it. What about Pinkie what she has.
"She is a bit of odd one. She completely refused to wear a dress and instead went for a white t-shirt, pink miniskirt, and a blue jacket with boots," said Rarity.
"That sounds like Pinkie Pie we know. What about Fluttershy?"
"Crimson red dress with spider web design, as well as well as eye color modification to the crimson red, replied Rarity.
"Eye color modification?"
"Yeah the dress designed this way, it has a magic stitched into It to match it with the eyes of the wearer."
"Well that nice, I guess," Twilight said while she was in her gala dress. "Oh wow, those silver pony shoes are the best."
"Glad you like it. You are wearing one of the classical models after all."
"Anyway I would have to go, I still need to do many things today," Twilight put her new dress into the poket dimension. Putting her old dress in the same place.

Twilight Sparkle went to the library she then trotted to her favorite cherry wood table. She then took one of the letters and started to read.

"Oh, you heard about that. I kind of liked the outfit and well I went with it. Before you start saying that it would be extremely awkward for me in that outfit, I should remind you that I don't really care what those ponies think about me."
