As the final battle pressed on between the Equestrians and the Unicornians, the LR soldiers and the Crystal Empire Guard continued to advance further into the city of Canterlot. After Twilight's group took down Sir Morning Blade and the rest of his Royal Knight platoon, Shinning Armor ordered some of his guards, who weren't engaging the other Unicornian soldiers, to apprehend Morning Blade, Professor Felhand, and Vermillion and help escort the wounded straight to the combat medics, who were stationed at the main gate. As for Lord Bronze and Admiral Thunderball, after they helped rescued the noble families from Professor Felhand, they were all immediately arrested by Shinning Armor for their past crimes, without showing any signs of retaliation, to await their trial once the final battle is over. After Professor Felhand was apprehended, he was forced to deactivate all of his robotic creations so that they will no longer pose anymore threats to the rest of Twilight's Army. Upon seeing most of Felhand's creations shut down in an instant, most of the Unicornians have surrendered immediately and most of the Unicornian stragglers that were resisting were killed on sight; Felhand's creations were all secured for scrap. At the Canterlot Palace, however, Amadeus' war with the heroes of Equestria isn't over yet. 

Meanwhile, the Mane 6 came face-to-face with the corrupted head of the Blueblood Family, Amadeus Blueblood, who is still inside the Blue Cross Knight. They may have destroyed the Laser Cannon that was mounted on Amadeus' "Cross Knight," but the fight between the Mane 6 and Amadeus is still far from over. Without hesitation or remorse, Twilight issued the following order to her surviving friends on the battlefield.

"Get him, girls!!! He never understood a thing about me anyway." Twilight shouted in a royal Canterlot voice.

In a blink of an eye, Applejack and Rainbow Dash charged at the Mega Knight raising their weapons at it. Before the orange earth pony and the light-blue pegasus came any closer, the Mega Knight fired several rounds of mortars from its mortar cannon. Upon seeing the mortar shells heading their way, Applejack ran to the side and Rainbow Dash flew up into the sky in order to avoid the mortar bombardment. As both mares evaded the mortar blasts, they're followed by a trail of explosions coming from behind them both. During the time that Applejack was running away from the mortars, she jumped up, leaped from a nearby wall, and launched herself in mid-air while readying both of her talons before striking at the Mega Cross Knight. However, the moment Applejack tried to pierce the Mech's hull with one of her talons, the implanted shield generator activated, unleashing a huge, green barrier shield. As soon as one of her talons hit the barrier shield, Applejack was sent flying 10 feet away from the Cross Knight before hitting the ground. As for Rainbow Dash, she zoomed in straight at the left side of the Cross Knight and did a couple of fast jabs at it with her spear but with little or no effort. In less than a second, the Cross Knight drew out a wrist-mounted blade from its left gaunlet and swung at the light-blue pegasus with it, only for her to dodge it while in mid-air, just inches away from her rainbow mane. After dodging the wrist-mounted blade, Rainbow Dash did an aerial backflip and hurled several javelins, that she received from Flash Sentry, at the Mega Cross Knight.

As the Cross Knight raised its shield up back to ward of the javelins heading straight for it, Fluttershy charged at its legs and chomped at the right leg, tearing out most of its cables. The next thing the female yellow pegasus did was smashed at the right quadruple feet with a huge anvil, repeatedly. In the cockpit, Amadeus spotted that the right quadruple foot is receiving heavy damage. After realizing that Fluttershy's actions could immobilize the Cross Knight's movement, Amadeus activated its rocket thrusters, steering the mech to fly up in mid-air. However, Fluttershy was not done yet. Before Amadeus could see what was going on in front of him, Fluttershy unfurled her wings, flew right in front of the face of the Cross Knight. In a fit of a rage, the yellow female Pegasus started smashing at the teutonic head with her metal-brass hooves in aggressive, endless repetition. Amadeus started freaking out upon seeing Fluttershy deliver some brutal damage at his mech through the main camera from his cockpit, continuously. 

"JESUS CHRIST!!! Even the Element of Kindness is relentless!!" Amadeus shrieked as he frantically activated the implant shield generator.

However, despite Amadeus' efforts, he started to notice that the shield generator isn't working. At one of his side cameras, Amadeus spotted Twilight Sparkle, clutching onto the back of the robot and ripped out the shield generator's cables, with her teeth. Upon seeing this, Amadeus' eyes widen with horror and forcibly spin the Cross Knight in a extreme rotation, making Twilight and Fluttershy lose their concentration and send them flying out of the Cross Knight's space. After disengaging from the Cross Knight, Twilight and Fluttershy started flapping their wings in order to retain their balances while in mid-air. Not a moment too soon, Twilight and Fluttershy started flying straight at Amadeus' Mega Cross Knight, readying their Orichalcum Halberd and metal brass hooves, while posing themselves to strike at the robot again. However, the Cross Knight had enough time to draw out both of its wrist-mounted blades and blocked both Twilight's and Fluttershy's attacks before either of them got any closer. Amadeus activated the rocket thrusters to make the Cross Knight fly backwards away from the alicorn and the pegasus. During the Cross Knight's flight, it started shooting out its mounted missile launcher and chain gun at the two flying ponies. Fluttershy flew below the Cross Knight in order to evade the missiles, while Twilight used her magic to raise a shield barrier in order to protect herself from chain gun fire. However, the Cross Knight's missile launcher suddenly exploded. Down below where the Cross Knight is, Pinkie started shooting an anti-air missile launcher at Amadeus' Mech, in which one of its missiles blew up the Cross Knight's missile launcher.

"THIS IS FOR MARBLE PIE, YOU BIG, DUMB WUSS!!!" Pinkie hissed as she glared at Amadeus' Cross Knight with fire in her angry eyes.

Without hesitation, Pinkie fired several more anti-air missiles at the Cross Knight. Upon seeing the missiles heading straight for him, Amadeus steered his mech away to his left and fired at the missiles with its Chain gun, destroying most of them while in mid-air. The next thing Pinkie Pie saw was the Cross Knight leaning forward straight in her direction and fired a mortar at the pink pony. However, Pinkie Pie broke the 4th wall as she grabbed a huge Pink Kite shield from her right and raised it up high into the sky. Upon impact, the mortar bounced off the kite shield and exploded 20ft above the pink female earth pony. As Rarity stepped in, right next to Pinkie Pie, she hurled another chained-axle at the Cross knight, wrapped its chain around the left huge leg, and pulled the mech down with all of her might. Unfortunately, Amadeus attempted to steer the Cross knight away from the fashionista, in hopes of resisting the strength of Rarity's chain-like weapon, while Rarity, Applejack, and Pinkie Pie where all holding onto the chain, in a vicious tug-of-war.

"URRRGH!!! L-LET GO OF MY LEG-G-G-GO!!!" Amadeus grunted loudly as he struggled to stay up in the sky with his Mech, while under pressurized vibration.

As soon as Amadeus steered his Mech towards the three ponies that were still using their chain to pull him down, he aimed the chain-gun at them, much to the horror of Applejack, Rarity, and Pinkie Pie. The next thing they see was the Cross Knight spraying at the two earth ponies and the unicorn with Chain-gun fire, only for Rarity to charge up her horn and summoned a purple shield barrier in order to shrug off the bullets that are bearing down on them. However, in just less than two minutes, Twilight hurled her halberd at the Cross Knight's chain-gun and, upon impact, blew up the weapon, making the cockpit shake a bit, with Amadeus losing his concentration.

"DAMN, YOU HARLOT!!!" Amadeus' roared. "You'll pay for that."

As the Mega Cross Knight drew out its two wrist-mounted blades, it shoot out its rocket thrusters and flew straight at Twilight Sparkle. During that time, Twilight drew out her Orichalcum Greatsword, raised it in front of her eye level, and charged straight at the Cross Knight while in mid-air. As soon as they both closed into each other, Twilight makes her first attack as she slammed her greatsword at the Cross Knights face only for it to perform a cross block with its blades. On Twilight's left, Fluttershy appeared and smashed her right metal-brass hoof straight into the Cross Knight's face, breaking through glass compartment in Amadeus' cockpit. After the Cross Knight disengaged with Twilight's Greatsword, Amadeus activated the rockets to execute reverse thrusters, attempting to back away from Fluttershy. As soon as Twilight sheathed her greatsword, the purple alicorn princess charged up her horn all the way to maximum firepower and shot out a very powerful beam of magic straight at Amadeus' Mega Cross Knight. Upon seeing this, Amadeus jerked the Cross Knight to veer to the right, hopefully evading Twilight's powerful magic. However, Twilight's magic was actually close enough to cause significant damage to the Cross Knight's side hull. 

"UGH!!! The Mega Cross Knight is finished." Amadeus cursed to himself.

Before Amadeus can activated his ejector seat, he sees Twilight use her magic to bring forth the rest of her friends and bearers of Harmony while still in mid-air. As soon as the Mane 6 assembled, they summoned forth the ultimate rainbow power of friendship and aimed its magical rainbow beam at Amadeus. Just when the Rainbow beam struck at Amadeus, he started screaming as his Cross Knight blew up into smithereens. Every single pony in Canterlot didn't miss this awe-struck rainbow explosion coming from the sky. When the Mane 6 landed on the ground, unharmed, they see the wrecked remains of the Mega Cross Knight crashing straight into the city pavement. As soon as Twilight and her friends approached the wreckage, they see that the Cross Knight's cockpit was empty and that the ejector seat wasn't used. Amadeus isn't beaten yet. Amadeus appeared right behind the Mane 6, after using a teleportation spell.

"Give it up, Amadeus Blueblood." Twilight said in a royal Canterlot voice as she and her friends turned around to face Amadeus again. "It's over now I tell you. IT'S OVER!!!"

"NOTHING IS OVER, YOUNG LADY!!!" Amadeus shouted. "You think you and your friends would win against me in my own game, will you? Well for your information, Twilight Sparkle, this is just the beginning."

Before Twilight Sparkle or any of her friends could do any more damage towards Amadeus, the evil unicorn summoned 
a barrage of huge torpedoes, enchanted with dark magic. In a blink of an eye, Amadeus launched the torpedos at the Mane 6. Upon impact, the torpedoes caused multiple explosions that sent all of the Mane 5 flying away, knocking all of them out cold. As for Twilight, she used her magic shield to protect herself from the constant explosions. However, every time the torpedos struck at Twilight's shield, its starts to slowly crack itself. As soon as the shield went down, Twilight immediately teleported herself away from the barrage of torpedoes and flew up into the sky. 

"Now that your friends are finally out of the way, your days are numbered!!! And this time, not even Princess Celestia is going to save you now!!!" Amadeus shouted as he disengaged his torpedo spell. "It's time for you to face me and the true power of the Bluebloods!!! MUWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!"

As soon as Amadeus lit his horn up, he levitated himself off the ground and launched himself at the purple alicorn at full speed, drawing out his Black Greatsword. Amadeus' sword was forged with orichalcum ore and refurbished with dragon-like features on the sword's grip. Just like his spells, Amadeus' great sword is enchanted with dark magic, glowing in a light-green aura. Way before Amadeus' time, the Black Greatsword is an ancient heirloom that has been passed down by the most powerful lords in the Blueblood Noble Family. When Amadeus became the Lord and the newest Head of the Blueblood household, he inherited the Black Greatsword for more than 20 years. Upon seeing Amadeus coming straight at her, Twilight immediately drew out her Orichalcum Greatsword, summoned all of her alicorn magic, and used it to charge up her greatsword in an instant. After she charged her great sword to the fullest, Twilight Sparkle performed a high-powered nose dive, with her blade poised on her right, zooming straight at Lord Amadeus. As both the alicorn and the elderly unicorn clashed into each other, with their blades collided, a huge black and red X started circling around the two blades, with electrical discharges lashing out all over the place, not touching either of the two ponies. As Twilight and Amadeus disengaged from their first clash of blades and backed away from each other, Amadeus aimed his Great sword at Twilight and fired a dark-green beam of light at her. However, Twilight used her magic to raise her sword in a vertical stance, blocking and redirecting the beam away from her, hitting the ground 10 feet away from Amadeus. The next thing Amadeus saw was that Twilight disengaged from her flight, landed on all four hooves, and charged straight at him in a furious gallop. As soon as Twilight closed in onto Amadeus, she made a horizontal slash at Amadeus' chest with her blade only for him to parry against it with his own blade. Twilight's next attack was a vertical chop with her great sword. Then again, Amadeus parried against it with his blade. After making several more parries between the two noble ponies, Amadeus retaliated by unleashing a huge, horizontal wave of dark magic with his great sword at Twilight but not before she unleashed a huge vertical wave of alicorn magic with her greatsword. Upon contact, both waves of magic emitted another explosion between Twilight and Amadeus, causing a massive ray of light in the middle of their battle. In less than a minute, Amadeus charged straight at Twilight, raising his great sword above his head, and prepared to chop up Twilight in a vertical slash. Wasting no time, Twilight raised her great sword above her head in a horizontal stance, blocking Amadeus' blade from reaching her skin. Upon contact with Amadeus' great sword, Twilight redirected it with her great sword and lodged it straight into the ground. In an instant, Twilight used her magic to fire a laser beam at the Black Great sword, shattering it into 5 small pieces before hitting the ground. Just when Twilight aimed her great sword at Amadeus and thrusted the blade straight into his chest, Lord Amadeus responded by side-stepping away from Twilight's sword, unleashed a dark magical tendril from his horn, wrapped it around Twilight's great sword, and, with just one powerful coil, it broke apart Twilight's great sword like it were a small rock that was smash by a metal hammer.

Just when Amadeus lifted his hooves up in order to pounce on Twilight, she teleported herself away from it and reappeared 35 feet away from where the elderly unicorn was standing. In their second fighting round, Twilight Sparkle drew out her fire and ice blades, while Amadeus drew out his dual phase swords. Just like his greatsword, Amadeus' dual phase swords are enchanted with dark magic. Both of those blades have a light-purple color with a glowing light-green hue. As the alicorn and unicorn clashed their blades into each other and parried against one another, random sparks of magic started spewing out of their blades, some of them hitting the ground as small spots of ice, fire, and green blasts sprayed all over the area. Amadeus made a horizontal sweep with both of his blades coming from Twilight's right. Before either blade was able to hit Twilight in the legs, she flew up above Amadeus head, dodging his swords, and struck from above, attempting to take him down with both of her swords right on top of him. Upon seeing Twilight close in, Amadeus used his magic to raise both of his phase swords and blocked both Twilight's blades with them. After Amadeus shoved both of Twilight's swords away from him, Twilight landed on all four hooves and did a horizontal spinning attack with both of her swords attached to each other. Just when Twilight closed into Amadeus' position, the male unicorn jumped over Twilight and aimed his horn at the top of her head, attempting to fire a dark magic beam at her, while in mid-air. By the time he fired his magic, however, Twilight blocked Amadeus' magic with both of her swords and made a jab straight up above her position, only for Amadeus to do a forward flip in mid-air, before landing right behind the purple alicorn. The moment Amadeus landed on all fours, he screeched to a skidding halt and lunged at Twilight Sparkle with all of his might. In just seconds, Amadeus swung both of his phase swords and unleashed several waves of dark magic at Twilight. The next thing Twilight did was perform a crossover both of her fire and ice blades, raised them both up high above her head, and summoned several pillars of huge ice crystals and large spouts of fire surrounding her, blocking every dark magic wave that headed straight for her. After every dark magic wave that Amadeus has unleashed is neutralized, Twilight charged forward at the unicorn lord and unleashed several waves of fire and ice magic with her elemental blades. As soon as the fire and ice magic waves closed onto Amadeus, he summoned a light-green magic shield to ward them off, leaving behind various explosions outside of his magic shield. The next thing Amadeus saw from Twilight was that she performed repetitive jabs at his chest, only for him to block every jab with his phase swords. Amadeus raised his left phase sword up high, charged it up with his dark magic, and hit Twilight's fire blade with all of his might. The moment Amadeus' blade makes contact with Twilight's fire blade, a small explosion occurred between them only for the fire blade to break into 4 pieces. Twilight jumped away from Amadeus, charged up her ice blade, and did a horizontal slash at one of Amadeus' phase swords, cutting it in two pieces, making it useless. 

After backing away from each other, Twilight and Amadeus both raised their remaining swords up high above their heads before continuing their fight. They both attacked each other with their blades intact aggressively, making contact with their weapons at every side and at every angle. Just before they knew what was happening, Amadeus' phase sword and Twilight's ice blade came into contact with each other, inches away from both of their necks, as they both struggled on who's got the upper hoof in this fight. Before Twilight was able to make her counterattack, Amadeus struck first. He punched Twilight directly in the face with his right hoof, making her lose her guard against his phase sword, and stabbed his blade at Twilight's lower abdomen, piercing her royal alicorn breastplate. After receiving such a stab wound, Twilight screamed in pain as she collapsed on her front hooves. However, as soon as Amadeus pulled his sword out of Twilight's abdomen and attempted to do a vertical slash on her head, she swung her ice blade at Amadeus's phase sword in a horizontal swipe so hard, that it erupted into a small white explosion of broken shards, destroying both the phase sword and the ice sword at the same time. 

As both of the shattered blades fell on the ground, Amadeus lifts both of his hooves up off the ground and attempted to slam them both into Twilight's skull. However, Twilight raises her shield, which blocks both of Amadeus' hooves just inches away from her face, and casted a blinding implosion spell that send the evil unicorn flying and crashing into a nearby building. As soon as Twilight got up on her hooves again, she was met by a slowly bleeding wound coming from her abdomen. The next thing the purple alicorn saw was that her entire body getting battered by a series of lighting strikes zooming right past her all of a sudden. It turns out that Amadeus used another dark magic spell that makes him move at very fast speed, allowing him to initiate very fast hit-and-run attacks at Twilight Sparkle, delivering serious dents and cracks all over her royal alicorn armor, as well as knocking her helmet off her head and receiving more bruises to the face. Just when she was about to lose her stamina, her blood, and her consciousness, Majesty Blueblood intervened shoving her father away from a badly wounded Twilight Sparkle. In a rage, Majesty casted a crystalized prison spell to restrain Amadeus in a flash.

"FATHER, ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!!" Majesty roared. "I'm getting tired of being a pony that I didn't want to be. If Twilight really was a hero, like what it says in her journal, then I can't let you do this to us anymore because what we're doing right now is-"

"SILENCE!!!" Amadeus shouted at the top of his lungs as he breaks free from the crystalized prison. "No daughter of mine, is going to defy me and get away with it. Now get out of my way. This is between me and Twilight Sparkle."

"No, father." Majesty protested as she charged up her horn, getting ready to protect Twilight from her sick, twisted father. "After realizing how Twilight was able to inherit the throne of Canterlot as Celestia's newest heiress, I know now that if I were to be like her, I might as well have to take responsibility for everything I do and treat every pony fairly."

"Then, you might as well say your prayers too." Amadeus taunted as he lunged at his own daughter with extreme prejudice. 

The moment she sees her father charging at her, Majesty summoned a shield barrier to halt Amadeus' advances. Upon impact, Majesty flew up into the sky and unleashed multiple magic beams at Amadeus. Out of retaliation, Amadeus fired back at his alicorn daughter with everything he's got. During the fight between daughter and father, Twilight slowly got back up on her hooves and injected herself with a drug that makes her ignore all pain in her body and suppresses all bleeding wounds for a limited amount of time. In less than 10 seconds, Twilight was finally able to see what was going on immediately and makes her way towards Amadeus as she unfurled her wings once more. Upon seeing Twilight approach him at his left, Amadeus drew out his first sidearm, a flintlock pistol, and aimed it at Twilight's face. As Twilight's eyes widen with horror, the shot rang out. However, Twilight didn't feel any bullets piercing anywhere in her exposed body. Instead, the bullet hit Majesty in her right hoof, making her collapsed on the ground, while grunting in pain. It turns out that Majesty jumped in the way and shielded herself in front of Twilight, saving the purple alicorn from getting shot at by Amadeus.

"We could always find a replacement for Majesty Blueblood. I made her after all." Amadeus sighed as he is about to aim his firearm at Twilight Sparkle again.

Ultimately, before Amadeus could shoot at the purple alicorn again, Twilight flew straight at him in a heartbeat and punched at Amadeus in the windpipe and swiped the pistol away from him. After taking the full brunt of Twilight's hoof, Amadeus stopped in the middle of his hit-and-run attacks and clutched on his neck with both of his hooves, with his eyes widen with horror, followed by a huge "O" coming from his mouth. The next thing Amadeus saw was Twilight turn towards her right and kicked both of her hind legs at his chest, sending him plummeting straight into the ground. As soon as Amadeus landed on the ground, he slowly struggled to get up and took a breather after getting hit in the windpipe. 

"You should've killed me when you had the chance, girl!!" Amadeus taunted as he sneered at the purple alicorn. "Why do you live for friendship and harmony, even if its just expendable and easily wasted?"

"Because, those two virtues is what helped Princess Celestia guided me towards my future and the welfare of others!!" Twilight grunted as she circled around the elder unicorn. 

"Then, are you willing to die for them again, Twilight Sparkle?" Amadeus hissed as he prepares himself to engage the purple alicorn princess again, as he lit up his horn. "I already told you that one must sacrifice the other to achieve one's destiny, there's no other alternative." 

"I'll do anything to make them all proud of me!!!" Twilight Sparkle responded in a royal Canterlot voice as she lit up her horn. "You can't actually win over Equestria like I could because you don't have any real friends; no pony likes you."

"Well, if you really think you can save Equestria from me, then you might as well face your own inner demons and your own past first, starting with me for instance." Amadeus growled as he started glaring at the alicorn princess with a small smirk on his face. "BECAUSE THERE IS NO ESCAPE FROM THE SHADOWS OF EQUESTRIA YOUNG LADY, FOR THEY WILL HAUNT YOU FOR ALL ETERNITY OVER YOUR DEAD BODY!!!!"

"THEN, LETS END THIS ONCE AND FOR ALL!!!!" Twilight roared at Amadeus in a royal Canterlot voice as she aimed her magic at him. "Come on, Amadeus. Let's finish this the way we started, TOGETHER!!!!"

The next thing Amadeus did was that he shoots out his powerful dark magic at Princess Twilight. At the same time, Twilight Sparkle shoots out her powerful alicorn magic at him. When Twilight's magic collided with Amadeus' magic, both ponies started struggling to push their magic back at their opponents. After a few minutes, Twilight eventually used her last ounce of her strength to push all of her magic back at Amadeus. As soon as the collided magic got closer to him, an big explosion erupted in front of his face, sending him flying backwards again before plummeting to the ground, face first. As Twilight approached Amadeus from behind with an intent to kill, the evil unicorn slowly got back up again. This time, Amadeus pulled out a second flintlock pistol from underneath his black armor and aimed it at Twilight's face with his magic. Not wanting to let Amadeus pull off another sneak attack, Twilight teleported herself at Amadeus' right and delivered him a very strong kick to the face that sent him flying 15 feet away from where he was at, resulting in a loud KA-POW, followed by a crack in his cheekbone. Upon impact, Amadeus' teeth broke apart and blood came spilling out of his mouth, while losing his concentration with his firearm and shot aimlessly away from the purple alicorn princess. As soon as Amadeus hit the floor again, he slowly struggled to get back up again only to be met by a small blade piercing his heart. It turns out that Twilight threw an orichalcum dagger at Amadeus, finishing him off for good. The next thing she saw from her nemesis is that Amadeus fell on the ground dead, but not before uttering his final breath.

"C-Curse you, T-Twilight S-Sparkle!!!" Amadeus Blueblood said in a slurred speech as he coughed out blood before passing away to meet his son and wife.	

"Goodbye, Amadeus Blueblood and good riddance!!!" Twilight Sparkle huffed breathlessly in a intense tone of voice. "Finally, its over." 

Before Twilight can move on, she felt that the drug she took is wearing off. The next Twilight felt was that her wound in her lower abdomen started bleeding again and that she can still feel various bruises all over her smooth, young body, in which cracked several of her bones. The next thing that happened is that Twilight slowly closed her eyes and collapsed on the ground, unconscious. Majesty lifted Twilight up and carried the purple alicorn on her back with her magic. As soon as all of Twilight's friends woke up, they spot Majesty Blueblood carrying the unconscious purple alicorn straight to one of medical tents stationed at the Canterlot gates. The moment Majesty left Twilight on one of the stretchers, the Crystal Guard immediately detained her to await her trial.
