The Adventure
Rainbow Dash was busy...,She was planning on the perfect prank to get her friends back due to their prank on her.
"Aha!"she exclaimed. "I've got it, if they want to play opposite then I'll play opposite,heh heh heh, they won't even see it comin'."
All of sudden, she saw an odd blackish blue portal open up in her home.
"What the hay ?"Rainbow said.
Next thing she knew, she was suddenly sucked inside the portal.
"Whoa!"she said before disappearing into the portal.
*some time later at the Castle of Friendship in Twilight Sparkle's room.*
"Spike!"Twilight yells down to her number one assistant.
"Coming!"Spike says as he runs over to Twilight's room.
He eventually makes it in and says"What's up ?"
"So I was thinking about yesterday and I wanted to apologize to Rainbow for pranking her,do you think that's a good idea ?"Twilight said.
"I think so, but why did you prank Rainbow Dash anyway?"Spike asked her.
"She had pranked Fluttershy a few days ago,so she came up with a prank where we all acted like our opposites."Twilight said.
"Okay then,you go and apologize to Rainbow and I'll just be here cleaning or something."Spike said.
"Alright,I'll be back soon okay?"Twilight says before teleporting out of the room.
As Twilight left,Spike hears a loud noise outside.
"That sounded like if it came from balcony,I'd better go and check." he says before heading to the balcony.
What he sees next shocks him,it was Rainbow Dash but something was off about her,first of all her cutie mark was different,it's now a rainbow colored butterfly instead of her normal lightning bolt, the other difference was that her mane was more well kept, she even had a pair of reading glasses on.
"Ow...,this what I get for reading while flying.""Rainbow Dash" said.
"Rainbow Dash, are you alright ?"Spike asked
Oh....,oh goodness no ,M-my name's Prism Shine."Prism Shine said.
"Prism Shine ?"Spike says in confusion.
"Are you pranking me or something?"he then says.
"What! Me prank somepony? N-never!"Prism Shine said.
"I'm getting Twilight, you can stay here,maybe she'll know why your acting so weird."Spike says before running out of the room.
"Oh dear....,that dragon really thinks I'm somepony else,oh what do I do?"Prism Shine said to herself.
* meanwhile at Fluttershy's home ...*
"Okay Fluttershy,now think where did you last see Rainbow Dash?"Twilight asked Fluttershy after she had told Twilight that Rainbow was missing.
"i-i'm not sure,i thought that i had saw her flying towereds your castle but then i noticed that it wasn't her normal flying style, she usually flies really fast, but this time she was flying in a much slower pace."Fluttershy said.
"That's odd,Rainbow Dash never usually goes slow when she flies,unless...."Twilight said.
"Unless...what?"Fluttershy asked.
"Sorry Fluttershy, I'll be back soon!"Twilight says suddenly before teleporting away.
"What was that about?"Fluttershy muttered to herself.
Twilight reappears in her castle and starts looking for spike, what she finds instead is Rainbow Dash (of all ponies!)reading a book on animals,it was a rather shocking thing for her to see.
"Rainbow Dash ?....,is that you?"Twilight said.
"N-no,my name is Prism Shine." Prism Shine said.
"Prism Shine!?"Twilight says,shocked to see her here."How are you here!?"
"I don't know, I think Glitter Brightstar messed up her "universe swap spell" again."Prism Shine said.
"Oh no, that's terrible,are you going to be okay in this universe?"Twilight said.
"i'm not sure but i guess i'll be okay..."Prism Shine said quietly.
"What happened to Rainbow Dash?" Twilight said.
"I don't know,maybe she's in my world?"Prism Shine said.
"This is bad,I hope she's okay..."Twilight says,completely worried about her friend.
(Different View Universe)
*Prism Shine's home*
"Ugh,where am I?"Rainbow said.
She then notices that she is in a cottage that is located just outside the Everfree Forest,one she hopes is familiar,unfortunately even though she looked around, the cottage's interior design is different from what she's used to seeing in that place.
"Huh...,I could of sworn I was at Fluttershy's,guess not...,oh well I'll go take a look around"Rainbow says before leaving the cottage.
Rainbow Dash eventually makes it to Ponyville and sees that something was amiss..., The Castle of Friendship was gone!
In it's place was the Golden Oaks Library.
"No way...,heh,let's see who inside."Rainbow said as she immediately flies over to the library.
She then knocks on the door.
"The library isn't open yet Glitter, please wait like everypony else." an unamused monotonous voice said.
"Who the hay is..."Rainbow said but was cut off by the door opening to reveal...
"Wha,Pinkie!"Rainbow said in total shock.
This "Pinkie" was way different from her much more hyper counterpart, She seemed dull in comparison due to her flat dark pink mane and tail,her body also seems to be a slightly darker pink than normal as well, She had a pair of reading glasses on and she looked rather unamused by the almost deadpan look on her face, the one thing that stood out most was her cutie mark,though hard to see Rainbow noticed it was not the three balloons that Pinkie normally has but instead it was just a single book that appeared to be open,it wasn't long until "Pinkie" spoke.
"Ah, I wasn't expecting this,you must be new,come in, Oh and my name is Dianne Pie by the way." Dianne says as she leads Rainbow inside.
Rainbow followed but was really confused,until she remembered what had happened yesterday.
"Hey uh just askin' but is this a prank or something?"Rainbow said.
"No,it is not, I am nothing like that Glitter Brightstar and I never will be."Dianne said in a near monotone.
"Oh uh sorry 'bout that, you see my friends all pulled this prank on me by pretending to be their opposite selves and I fell for it hook line and sinker..."Rainbow said.
Dianne chuckles then say"Sounds like something my counterpart would do,here I'm not sure if you read or not so have this comic book that my assistant dropped."
"Oh my gosh, is that a Daring Do book!"Rainbow said."I love reading those!"
"Oooo, can I see?"a somewhat familiar sounding voice said from out of nowhere startling both Rainbow and Dianne.
Rainbow turned around to see a rather odd sight...,A version of Twilight that acts like Pinkie Pie,she remembered when she had first saw this "Twilight" when she had appeared in front of her when she was resting on a cloud.
This version of "Twilight" had a somewhat curly mane and tail and had a grin on her face, she had Pinkie's cutie mark but instead of three Balloons(one blue, two yellow), it had one (colored blue)and it also had a purple star inside it.
"Not you again !"Rainbow said.
"You've met her ?"Dianne said.
"Yeah I did,she had appeared in front of me while I was restin' on a cloud."Rainbow said."I never got her name though."
"This is Glitter Brightstar, she owns the Sugarcube Corner and sometimes comes here to help me sort books."Dianne said.
"Huh...,cool so uh what's Fluttershy like again ?"Rainbow asked.
"Oooo! You mean Phoenix Firewing, she's the fastest, coolest and nicest pegasus in town,maybe even the world!"Glitter said.
"Fastest pegasus,please, I could race circles around her in no time!"Rainbow boasted.
"Oh,why not put your bits where your mouth is, Unless your not crazy enough to the race the Captain of the Wonderbolts." another familiar voice said, shocking Rainbow.
This was "Fluttershy",however she had a much more outgoing personality and she had a red streak that want down the middle of her mane, she also had a pair of goggles hanging around her neck and her cutie mark wasn't three pink butterflies but a single red Phoenix (with blue eyes) soaring upwards, her wings looked incredibly powerful and she seemed to be that one pony you wouldn't want mess with.
Rainbow was speechless,not only was this "Fluttershy" much braver,she was the Captain of the Wonderbolts!
Rainbow stood there for a good six minutes before eventually saying"C-captain?" and then passing out.
"Heh,thought so." "Fluttershy" said.
While Rainbow is out cold, let's see how Prism Shine is doing.

Prism Shine was lost, she didn't have a clue as to how she ended up in this universe but she was at least happy to have Twilight helping her get used to their world.
"This spa is really nice" Prism Shine said.
"But of course darling, I'm just happy to be with a pony who actually cares for her looks."Rarity said.
Prism Shine simply chuckles.
"So, I've been wondering...,what is your Rarity like?" Twilight asked Prism Shine.
" Oh you mean Quartz,she's nice but she could be a show off at times"Prism Shine said.
"Wowie,what am I like!"Pinkie Pie said.
"You? Well Dianne is a knowledgeable pony and is incredibly brave,though she's not known to show her emotions that much"Prism Shine said.
"Oh goodness! I'm so sorry I'm late everypony,Angel wanted me to get him a salad again..."Fluttershy says as she goes inside the spa.
"It's okay Fluttershy,we were just talking about our counterparts."Twilight said.
Prism Shine notices Fluttershy and says" O-oh "Phoenix" if I knew you were coming,I would've asked them to save a spot for you!"
"Phoenix?"Fluttershy said
"Wait did you just say "Phoenix"!? As in the legendary Wonderbolt Captain !?"Twilight said.
"Um yes, why? Do you know her ?" Prism said.
"Who's "Phoenix" ?"Fluttershy asked.
"Glad you asked, "Phoenix Firewing" A.K.A "Whisper Wing" was rumored to be the fastest pegasus ever,even faster than Rainbow Dash,she's broken every speed record in Cloudsdale and was the Wonderbolt captain for about six years before she had suddenly disappeared,nopony knows as to how she disappeared but to this day her records have never been challenged."Twilight said.
"Oh my...,so what does she look like ?"Fluttershy said.
"Like you but she had a red streak that goes down the middle of her mane and her tail was a little shorter, her cutie mark was a red Phoenix with blue eyes soaring upwards."Twilight said.
"Oh..."Fluttershy said.
"Is something wrong darling ?" Rarity said.
"N-no, i don't want to be a bother..."Fluttershy said quietly.
"It's okay,I know how you must feel, I myself have been mistaken for Rainbow Dash"Prism Shine said.
All of a sudden a purple light appeared in the room, after a few seconds it had dissipated revealing Glitter Brightstar with an unconscious cyan pegasus on her back.
"Hi,Hi!"she said " Here,you can have this back,come on Prism Shine it's time to go!"
"W-wait! Can't I say goodbye first !?"Prism Shine said.
"Ok,go for it!"Glitter said.
"Hold on is Rainbow Dash okay?"Twilight said.
"Yep, she fainted when she saw "Phoenix" Firewing, but who could blame her,i don't think anypony would like to race "Phoenix" !"Glitter said.
"Oh Rainbow..."Fluttershy muttered to herself.
"Prism Shine,it was nice to meet you and I hope that everything goes well for you back home."Twilight said.
"Of course and I thank you for helping me get used to yours,who knew just how wonderful this world is, maybe one day I could come back and visit."Prism Shine said,she then muttered under her breath" that is if that egghead lets me..."
Next thing thing they knew Glitter's horn had suddenly took on an eerie dark aura,her eyes turned red and purple wisps had appeared, to Twilight that ment that Glitter was using dark magic, though for what reason she couldn't figure out, but from the nonchalant look on Glitter's face it seems that Glitter has much more control over it than she did.
Glitter eventually says" I heard that Prism Shine...,Dianne is no egghead, now let's go!"before teleporting herself and Prism back to their world.
"What just happened ?"Twilight said.
"I....don't....know...,I....actually...don't know..."Pinkie said in pure awe.
Pinkie then said "She's possibly stronger than you Twilight."
"But how, I'm an Alicorn !"Twilight said.
"I really don't know Twilight,she's even more random than me !"Pinkie Pie said.
As the conversation goes on, Rainbow Dash had eventually woke up and had asked as to what was going on, she was told everything by Rarity and she then says" Oh great, I never even got to do my revenge prank!"
"Revenge prank ?"Rarity asked.
"Yeah I was planning on one this morning until I ended up in a different world ! It was so weird, Pinkie was smart, Twilight was silly and Fluttershy was the Captain of the Wonderbolts !"Rainbow said.
"Rainbow Dash can I tell you something..."Fluttershy said.
"Yeah sure,what is it."Rainbow said.
Fluttershy then goes up to her and whispers in her ear.
"What! You met my counterpart !?"Rainbow said.
"Yes, she was really nice."Fluttershy said.
"...You know what forget the prank,I'm just happy to be back home with my friends."Rainbow said.
"That is very sweet of you Rainbow Dash, I do hope you learned a valuable lesson in this adventure you had." a calm voice had said.
"Princess Celestia !?"Twilight said.
"No, but you are close, I am Luna from the other universe and I was the one who had sent her to my world."Luna said.
"What? It was you who sent me?"Rainbow said.
"Yes it was, holding a grudge is never a good thing,so I sent you to my world so you could vent out any frustrations you've had."Luna said.
"Oh right thanks then"Rainbow said.
"Now then I must go."Luna said.
"Wait, what's Celestia like?" Twilight said.
All of a sudden a loud window shattering voice said"SISTER, CAN YOU PLEASE JUST RETURN ALREADY! WE ARE GROWING BORED OVER HERE!
Luna chuckles then says "Like that..."
Luna then says "Well then I must go before my sister throws a fit,farewell." before teleporting away.
"That world is strange...."Twilight muttered to herself.
