Chapter 19

That afternoon, while she's alone, while Starlight is off nursing Twinkle and her father is off at work, Sunset takes a breather and takes her journal, goes and sits outside, and writes a note to her friends in the human world. 'Dear Twilight, Rainbow, Applejack, Fluttershy, Rarity, and Pinkie Pie, guess what happened recently? I became a big sister and I'm so thrilled. Also, my father married Starlight a year ago, but that's no shocker since the two were childhood friends. How is everything going over there? I miss y'all. Sunset'

A few hours later while out at lunch at the Crystal Heart Cafe, Sunset gets a response. She opens the journal and reads it. "Dear Sunset," she reads, "we're glad that you're happy. Congratulations on the whole big sister thing. Rarity and Applejack especially say treat your little sister well because you never know when they'll grow up and be out of your life forever. Come back and visit sometime whenever you get the chance. Rainbow and the Crew". Sunset smiles as she looks at the note for one more brief moment before putting it back in her bag.

A few minutes later, Sunset is joined by Angel Hair. "Good to see you again," says Sunset, greeting her friend in a warm embrace.

"Honey, we had lunch together a few days ago," replies Angel Hair. Sunset lets go and Angel takes her seat. The two then order two coffees and talk for several hours.

"So, I heard that you're a big sister now, what's your baby sister's name?" asks Angel Hair.

"Yeah, I'm a big sister now and I absolutely love it. My baby sister's name is Twinkle," replies Sunset with a smile. She pulls out a picture of her holding little Twinkle and shows it to Angel Hair.

"Well, she's adorable," replies Angel Hair.

"Yeah, I'm so lucky," replies Sunset.

"That you are." The two then take a sip of coffee before continuing their conversation. The two continue to talk for hours on end before finally parting ways. Sunset returns to her home and her step mother and Angel Hair goes to pick up her child from daycare. Everything is perfect for Sunset, her life can only go up hill from here, and she'd honestly have it no other way.
