Chapter 10A: The Beginning of the End
That was it. That was all my memory. Nothing more than a movie with missing parts. “Princess Luna, who were those cloaked ponies? Maybe they had something to do with Abby.” The princesses looked down at their own hooves. A long silence took place. Before I could speak again, Luna took a step toward me.
“Emma, those ponies are a part of a dangerous group called ‘The Dark Era.’ They are ponies who followed Nightmare Moon’s ways, and formed a group not long after I was banished.”
I didn’t understand. “Why did they have me? Why was I there?” The princess of the night looked upon my bewildered expression.
“They wanted your magic. They take powerful figures in our ponykind and drain them of their magic.” I stepped away from them, with worry.
“Uhm, well… wait. Why did they take me?”
The princesses seemed as if they did not want to tell me something. Eventually, Luna spoke again.
“Well, we believe you may be a descendant of Star Swirl the Bearded’s brother, Raven the Vengeful.” I could’ve sworn I heard that name from somewhere. Ah, I think he was in one of my books… Oh no. He wasn’t a good pony.
