As the sun's light passed through the window of the Library the group of six fillies began to stir one by one they each woke up and greeted the next to them having Scoottaloo being the last. She was confused and surprised by the fact that the filly that greeted her was Diamond Tiara but then remembering yesterday she smiled and said good morning. The sound of six giggling little girls could be heard from the bedroom to the rest of the Library.
"Well, it looks like the girls are up," Twilight said as she came into the room from the kitchen.
Yeah it does and I think it would be a good idea not to stand at the foot of the stairs right now," I said to her as the sound of a stampede of little hooves were heard coming down the stairs.
Unfortunately Twilight didn't move soon enough and the six fillies ran past her making her spin in a circle. Standing there looking dizzy Twilight only laughed.
"Did you get the number of that chariot?" She asked trying to shake off what just happened.
"No, I think it was the Number Six Filly Express bond for breakfast nonstop on track one," I said laughing a little bit.
" Haha very funny mister we better get in there before all the food gets eaten by those six," Twilight said looking at me for the bad joke I said.
I got up from the couch and followed her to the kitchen only to be greeted by a pancake to the face.
There was a collective gasp from the table as everyone else looked to see what I would do. I reached up with my hoof and lifted the food off my face looking around at all of them before rolling it up and stuffing it in my mouth.
"Mmmm face food one of my favorites," I said after swallowing.
"Sorry, sir, I was trying to levitate it to my plate and I kind of lost control," Sweetie said looking sad and embarrassed.
"It's okay Sweetie no harm done, just please don't try it with the coffee," I said as I walked over to take a seat next to Spike.
After that, we all just sat down and had breakfast. I opted to just have a cup of coffee seeing as I had a pancake already. Sitting there I listened to what the girls wanted to do today. Scootaloo wanted to try Ziplining for a Cutiemark while Sweetie suggested scuba diving those two ideas made me cringe but when Cheyanne said they should try Manticore training. I had to speak up about that.
"Cheyanne sweetie daddy loves you but you are not I repeat not going to try taming anything with the word Manticore, Timberwolves, Hydra, or Cockatrice in the title," I said looking sternly at her.
"Okay, daddy, I won't," She said lowering her head.
Seeing how upset she was, I pulled her close to me giving her a hug before whispering in her ear. She began smiling at what I said setting her down she walked over to the others and whispered to them making Silver Spoon squee. All of them hurried with their meals and left saying goodbye to Spike and a very confused looking Twilight.
After they were gone Twilight turned to me still looking confused. "What did you say to her and why were they all excited?" She asked as she took our plated and cups to the sink.
"Oh I just told her to go to Ponyville lake and find a pink seashell and throw it into the water to summon the Seaponies," I told her matter of factly.
"But Seaponies are just a myth there is no basis of proof that they even exist," She said looking at me.
Staring back her with a deadpan expression I shook my head. "You mean like creatures from another world coming here and being turned into ponies," I said making her blush. "But still, I've learned that most myth and legends are base on true events or creatures and sometimes strange things just happen," I said remembering my few months working with the SCP Foundation.
Our conversation was cut short by the sound of Spike belching. He walked over to us carrying a scroll and handed it over to Twilight who took it in her magic. Opening it she began to read it before stopping and passing it over to me.
"It's for you, it's from Princess Celestia," She said getting up from the table and headed to the other room.
Placing the scroll on the table I began reading it.
Dear Sir Grimm
I hope this letter finds you well and I do hope that you and Cheyanne are enjoying your time in Ponyville.
Unfortunately, the news of your arrival has reached the nobility sooner than expected.
It would seem that a resident of Ponyville a Ms. Soiled Rich had sent word to her family here in Canterlot notifying them of you and your daughter.
Therefore your presences is requested in Canterlot immediately a chariot will arrive to bring you and your daughter here.
Apon arrival the two of you shall be escorted to the throne room where you will be introduced and questioned by the Nobles after words a decision shall be made on whether or not to allow you citizenship.
If accepted as citizens the both of you will be recognized as part of the Royal Family.
Again I do apologize for this trouble.

Slamming my hoof on the table I cursed under my breath. " That self centered plot kissing horse," I said through clenched teeth.
Calming myself down I got up from the table and made my way into the library. There I found the pony I mean dragon I needed.
"Spike, can you help me I would like to send a letter to the princess please?" I asked him as I walked over.
"Sure thing, let me get a quill and paper," He said going over to the desk. " Okay ready,"
I had to choose my words carefully so closing my eyes I began to speak. "Dear Princess Thank you for your concern and yes Cheyanne and I are enjoying our time in Ponyville. As to the importance of the letter, I believe it was a mistake on my part seeing as I had asked the pony mentioned if her daughter could join Cheyanne and her friends for a sleepover. I failed to take into account what she might do and I apologize for that. As for the request, I must decline the offer on behalf of my daughter she will remain in Ponyville under the watchful eyes of the two guards you had sent to protect her. I will be making the trip to Canterlot alone. Again I apologize for my lapse in judgment and hope this does not change your view of me. Sincerely Grimm,"
"View of me sincerely Grimm got it,' Spike said before he rolled up the letter and blew his green flame onto it.
"Princess Celestia wants you in Canterlot why?" Twilight asked walking over after hear what was written.
I went back into the kitchen and returned with the letter hoofing over to her. After she read it she also was upset about what Spoiled Rich did.
"Why that (Nag Spike said under his breath) ooooh how could she do this?" Twilight said stopping her hoof. "Well you're not going alone Spike I need you to go to Ponyville Lake and tell Cheyanne and the girls whats happening," Twilight said turning to look at the baby dragon.
Spike saluted before he headed to the door. Before he left I called to him.
"Spike if it looks like all of this is going to take a long time I'll have Twilight send you a letter to let you know and I want you to tell Cheyanne that she can stay with Sweetie Belle and Rarity tonight okay?" I said to him.
"No problem I let her know see you two when you get back," He said closing the door behind him.
I looked over at Twilight to see she was still a little upset. I walked over and rubbed her cheek to get her attention.
"Hey don't worry whats the worst they can do say I'm not royalty I never like the idea anyway," I said trying to lighten the mood.
"That's not it if they think you're a threat they can have you locked away forever," She said with tears in her eyes.
"Don't worry your pretty little mane I have a feeling that Celestia and Luna won't let that happen," I said leaning down and kissing her cheek.
Twilight blushed at that and smiled. "You did it again you know?" She said looking up at me.
"I told you I like doing it and maybe I want to do it again," I said leaning down to kiss her again but this time on the lips only to be blocked by her hoof.
"I'm sorry Grimm but I think it's best if we think about what you're going to do when we get to Canterlot," She said as she turned and walked away.
Your right and I'm sorry it's just I'm a little worried about how Cheyanne will feel if things go bad," I said as we heard the sound of the chariot landing outside the Library.
Mean While at Ponyville Lake.
Six fillies are still scouring the shore looking for the elusive pink seashell. A few minutes later Spike showed up to the delight of three fillies Cheyanne being one of them.
"Hey girls found what you've been looking for yet," He asked walking up to them.
"Nah not yet," Scootaloo said shaking her head.
"Yeah all we found was that stuff over there," Diamond Tierra said pointing to her left.
When Spike turned to look he nearly passed out from shock at what they had found in just the hour they have been looking.
"Whoa that's, uh well, umm yeah, maybe I can help," Spike said shaking his head still wondering how they pull off finding all of that. "Oh yeah I needed to tell you something Cheyanne it seems that your dad was called to Canterlot for some important business and he said if it takes a long time that you should stay with Sweetie Belle and Rarity tonight,"
"Okay thank you, Spike I will," She said as she returned to looking for the shell.
"Aren't you sad that your dad left you here and didn't take you with him?" Sweetie asked stepping closer to her.
"No not really back home daddy had to go away sometimes for days but I always had a foalsitter to take care of me and all the secret guards around to watch over me like the two guards over there," Cheyanne told them only to turn and yell, 'Hi, mister guards!" in the direction of two stallions one painting and the other reading a book.
This caught the two stallions off guard and they made their way over to the fillies and young Drake.
"Excuse me young lady but how did you know we were guards?" One of them asked as they got closer.
They all gave them a deadpan look before Spike spoke up. "Dude your wearing suits at the beach,"
Laughing at that the two looked at each other before turning to the group. "Your right about that and about us being guards you see we were ordered by the Princesses and your father to keep watch over you in his absence,'' One of the stallions said a dark blue one with light blue mane and tail.
"My name is Steele Hoof and this is my brother Iron Hoof," The other one said this one a light blue stallion with dark blue mane and tail.
"It's nice to meet ya both," Apple Bloom said as the other nodded the heads in agreement.
"And it's a pleasure to meet the founders of the Cutie Mark Crusaders," Iron said bowing a little to all the fillies.
"What do you mean founders except for my cousin Babs Seed and a few others in manehatten we're all there is?" Apple Bloom said looking confused.
"Hahaha actually there are more than you think in fact Baltimare, Trottingham, and Canterlot have members," Steele Hoof said.
"Wow I didn't know we inspired so many ponies," Scootaloo said flapping her wings.
"Yeah me neither," Sweetie Belle said.
"Me neither, neither," Apple Bloom said as well.
"Enough about that we'll fill you in on everything later but we'd like to know what all of you are doing here?" Iron asked knowing Steele was wondering the same thing.
"My daddy said we need to find a pink seashell so we could meet the Seaponies," Cheyanne said looking at the stallions.
"Seaponies what are those?" Iron asked.
"They're ponies that live under the water and swim like fish Sir," Diamond Tierra said smiling.
"Huh never heard of them before but as for the shell you mean one like this?" Iron asked showing them a pink seashell in his hoof.
"Ohohoh you found one now we can call the Seaponies," Both Sweetie and Silver Spoon said in unison only to laugh.
"So what do you need to do now?" Steele asked the fillies.
"Well we need to throw the shell out in deep water and that will call the Seaponies to come say hi," Cheyanne said remembering what she was told.
"Ok let's give it a shot," Iron said as he threw the shell out to the center of the lake.
Everyone waited to see what would happen and then bubbles began to show up on the surface of the lake more and more were showing up then a sound could be heard it was music and singing.
Then all of the sudden three figures appeared on the surface of the water. They had the head and manes of ponies but their bodies looked different.
Seeing them the girls all cried out in unison. "It's the Seaponies!" Before they rushed into the water to play with their new undersea friends.
The two stallions and young Drake on the other hoof just stood there with their mouths open in shock.
"Uh, Iron?' Steele asked.
"Yeah Steele," Iron replied.
"Are we going to tell anypony about this?" Steele asked pointing to what was happening in front of them.
Iron turned to look at his brother. "I think it would be a good Idea to just keep this to ourselves," He said only for Steele to nod.
Spike decided to just ignore all of it and see if there were any good gems in the pile of stuff they found.
And now back to Grimm and Twilight.
We were about to touch down at the castle when the chariot jerked sending Twilight into my hooves our lips almost touching. Pulling away Twilight took her seat once again blushing the whole time.
"Well if you really wanted a kiss you could have just asked," I said trying to lighten the mood.
All she did was look at me with a deadpan expression. "I don't think nows the time for jokes we have to get you ready," She said as the chariot landed with a thud.
We exited and I turned to the pegasi that pulled us and thanked them to which they nodded. Turning back around we were greeted by Celestia and Luna.
"We received your letter although we understand your reasoning we did wish to have both of you here," Celestia said before I cut her off.
"And Again I apologize for the but my daughter is only ten years old and new to this world I will not put unneeded stress on her if I can help it besides today she's spending time with her new friends and meeting the Seaponies," I said matter of factly.
Twilight just rolled her eyes at the mention of the Seaponies until Luna spoke up.
"Oh did she find a pink seashell?" Luna asked happily to which I nodded." Phooey now I envy her and the others for being stuck here and missing out on meeting our dear friends and cousin Queen Aqua of Seaquestria," She said as her mood saddened a little.
"Wait, what are you telling me that they're real, really real?" Twilight screamed for what she just heard. " So you're telling me that Nessy, Champy, and Ogopogo are real too?" She asked in a sarcastic tone.
"Oh, my Sir Grimm you did not tell us you knew the triplets?" Celestia said in a comical tone only to giggle after words.
Luna, Celestia, and I started to laugh when we heard a thud and looked to see Twilight laying on the ground looking defeated.
"I give up," She said before she shot up and lunged at me knocking me on my back where she stood looking at me with the same look as lesson zero. When we get done here you're going to tell me everything you know got it buster?"
Fearing for my life I just nodded quickly. Hey, I may be an all powerful alicorn but this Mare be Trippin'. She got off me so I could stand up and apologized for what she did.
We have spent enough time out here I believe we have some things to discuss in the throne room," Celestia said as she turned to head inside followed by Luna and Twilight leaving me alone for a minute.
"Well time to face the Equestria Inquisition," I said to myself before I started following them inside.
It didn't take me long to catch up to the others. But when I did I noticed that Twilight was talking to Celestia about something important because when she was done Celestia and Luna both turned to look at me with worried expressions. Shrugging it off, for now, I ready myself for what was about to happen. We continue our walk and I have to say this the show does not do this place justice. The floors and walls were made from large solid pieces of marble at least forty feet long and three feet thick for the floor and the walls were twenty feet high. For creatures with out opposable thumbs, they do really good work. And the view I was getting wasn't that bad either. It made me want to try astronomy seeing the sun the moon and the stars like that I was glad to be alive if you know what I mean.
I think that explained it all.
But let's get serious here, we finally made it to the doors of the throne room. The two unicorn guards used their magic to open the doors. Celestia and the others entered first I held back for a moment to calm down I looked inside to see the whole Right side of the room was filled with bleacher style seating and every spot was filled with a pony. Making my way inside I heard gasps coming from the large group. Feeling nervous I called up my training and composed myself showing no emotions as I made my way to what looked like a raised platform at the base of the stairs that lead to four thrones. I watched as Celestia, Luna, and Twilight ascended the stairs and took a seat in their designated throne leaving one empty. "That one must be for Cadance," I thought to myself as I stopped on the platform. There still was murmuring going on until a guard slammed his spear onto the floor quieting everyone.
Mares and Gentalcolts we are here to evaluate the acceptance of the alicorn stallion known as Grimm as a citizen of Equestria and a member of the Royal Family," Celestia said in the motherly tone of hers.
"As it was with the ascensions of both Princess Mi Amore Cadenza and Princess Twilight Sparkle you are allowed to ask questions to verify his authenticity of claiming his right as royalty," Luna said looking over the crowd with a bit of irritation. "Let us begin," She called out.
I noticed this and smiled knowing that she really didn't like how these nobles acted.
The first to speak up was Fancy Pants I know because he had his monocle and he sounded the same as the show.
"My question is simple I think we all would like to know what you did before coming to Equestria?" He asked to get a few murmurs from the others.
I looked to the sisters and Twilight before I answered. "Before we, my daughter and myself arrived here I was a former agent for my government where I would do covert operations in Espionage, Counter Intelligence, and Assassinations I became so efficient in the third I was giving the code name Death."
There were gasps from the group hearing about my past.
"Are you telling us that you took the lives of other ponies?' A mare screech out.
"Only upon orders of my superiors and a valid reason," I said turning to look at the mare. "I do not needlessly take a life those I had killed, posed a threat to the safety of every Stallion, Mare, and Foal of my former homeland,"
"You say former can you tell us why that is?" Fancy Pants asked.
"My former superiors became resentful due to the top secret information I had required over my time of work and decided that it was best to terminate mine and my daughter's lives so as of three days ago I do not consider that place my home," I said holding back my anger remembering what those monsters did to us.
"I have one question to ask you," A lone stallion asked me. Looking over to who it was I recognized it to be Blue Blood.
I nodded for him to continue.
"My question is these skills of yours would you use them here against a citizen of this land or any of our neighboring counties to gain power?" He asked with a calm collective look.
" I had given that part of my life up the day my daughter was born, but if she or any other innocent life is threatened I will not hesitate to use them even against a foreign or domestic threat," I said with all the conviction I had.
There was silents for a few moments before Celestia spoke up again. "If there are no more questions on that matter considering citizenship I suggest we continue with the acceptance and recognition to the Royal Family,"
"I have a question to ask," Blue Blood said looking a little tick off from my previous answer I gave him. " I like many others here are thinking what gives you the right to come here and presume to take the title of Prince when you are nothing more than a lowsome ignorant peasant?"
"First off I have not insulted you or anypony here so I would appreciate the same decorum that means etiquette," I said making a few of the nicer nobles laugh at Blue Blood. "The second is I have never called or addressed myself as a prince or any other title of nobility, in fact, I don't give a damn if you or any of you other so called nobles do. Because to be truly noble you must have or show fine personal qualities or high moral principles and ideals like being righteous, virtuous, good, honorable, upright, decent, worthy, and ethical heart and mind. But what I see before me only a few of you hold to them the others I see gluttony, sloth, wrath, envy, pride, greed, and lust. Yet I can not condemn you for that for we all have succumbed to one or more of these sins but you, you live by them every single day. I am glad I can stand here as say this out of all of you nobles fifteen of you on the day of you passing from this world shall find pleasure and true certainty with in the Elysian Plains but the rest of you, if you do not change your ways your souls will rot for all eternity in the bowels of Hell," I said as the room began to get very dark and cold those who that were true to their noble hearts did not show fear only sadness at what was before them. The others saw a vision of a Firey Abyss which held the vilest of creatures ready to snatch any who dared to move from their seat.

Seconds later everything was back to normal or as normal as it could be after something like that happening. I stood there looking around at all of the faces before me and at that moment I understood what I was and why I was here. I was not just death or life but the scale of judgment not only was it my job to maintain the balance between Life and Death but to choose the soul's destination paradise or damnation. But I could even change the fate of the soul by showing them their future the way I did with Diamond Tierra. With that realization, I turned to look at Celestia, Luna, and Twilight bowing low, I then turn around and left the throne room not caring what their decision was anymore. I had my daughter with me she was safe and happy that's all that matter. I continued walking before I realized I was lost. Looking around for some sort of marker to tell me where I was. I finally accepted defeat and sat down on my haunches and waited for somepony to come by. Luckily a maid was walking by and saw me.
"Um, excuse me sir but do you need help?" She asked in a trembling voice.
Before she knew it I pulled her into a hug. "Yes for the love of Faust thank you for showing up when you did," I said holding her up under her front legs. Now two things first where is the nearest bathroom and second, where can I get something to eat but please the bathroom first as my bladder is about to burst," I said shaking her little bit before putting her down.
After she steadied her self I gave her an apologetic smile before she escorted me to the nearest toilet I say toilet because that's what it was just a sink and toilet.
With my bladder empty, I exited the crap closet only to come chest to face with Twilight. Remember I am a head taller than Celestia so Twi's head hits me in the chest.
"Grimm I finally found you and I got wonderful news,' She said smiling at me.
"Let me guess the tumors not malignant they save the head and now all they need is a body?' I said looking very serious.
"What, no the nobles decided that you and your daughter are to become citizens of Equestria immediately and in two days Cheyanne is to be crowned Princess Cheyanne Autem Grimm," Twilight said to me.
"Good I always said she was my princess and now she's a real one," I said as I began walking down the hall, in the direction I started to smell food in.
"But, that's not the only news it seems that due to a long forgotten law since you're an alicorn stallion and the only one for that matter in two days you will be crowned King of Equestria," She said as she caught up to me.
"Wow, that's amazing who would have guessed it," I said not really listening to her.
"Are you even listening to me?" She asked.
"Not really no why do you ask?" I said speeding up as the smell of food got stronger.
"Because I just told you, you big dufus YOU'RE GOING TO BE CROWN KING OF EQUESTRIA!" She said using the RCV for the last part.
Hearing that made me lose my appetite as I slowly turned to look at the lavender alicorn mare who I once thought of as a friend and maybe even more. Say the most hurtful thing ever to be spoken. Not wanting her to see my expression I turn back around and started trotting away shaking my head the whole time and repeating the same word over and over nope nope nope nope. I continued down the hall until I came to a fork in the road so to speak unfortunately both ways were blocked by the other two princesses. Each sporting a smile of their own as they got closer and Twilight finally caught up to me I looked at each one of them before I uttered those famous words spoken by every guy that had to do something they never wanted to do.
