Day Two

"If you were being robbed what is that first thing that you would do?" Scootaloo asked. "I'll just fly. Hello..." Aurora said sarcastically. "Alright, Blaze what would you do?"

"I don't know I guess I'll just fly away too or pushed them away with my magic." Blaze shrugged, who was now rocking his new changeling form. "Wanna hear something weird?" Blaze said. "Yeah, what is it?" Asked Aurora. "I can speak in my native language." He said. "Wait, you're first language is not Equestrian?" Sweetie Belle asked. "Since my grandparents are full Fillypino they always speak to me in their native language." He said. "I got used to speaking in Fillypino. To be honest I didn't know how to speak Equestrian until I was 5." He shrugged.

"So you still like speaking in Fillypino?" Apple Bloom asked. "Only to some of my relatives, You want to hear me speak Fillypino?" Blaze said. "Sure!" Said the four. "Alright, here it goes." Blaze coughed. "Kamusta kayo? Ano po ang pangalan niyo?" Blaze said. "What the hay does that mean?" Apple Bloom asked, petting Cottontail. "It means, 'How are you doing? What's your name?' Get it?"

"How do you say it?" Scootaloo said. "Just try not pronunciations soft, like make them stiff." Blaze explained. "Kah-mous-tah." Sweetie Belle said trying to pronunce the Fillypino of 'How are you.' Blaze laughed. "You know what nevermind." And Sweetie Belle blushed. "What do you usually call your grandparents?" Ari asked. "Lolo for my grandfather and Lola for my gra--"

"Grandmother!" Scootaloo said cutting him off. "Right?" Blaze glared at Scootaloo for cutting him off. "Anyways, aren't you going to visit your grandparents?" Aurora smirked trying to pronounce the words.

"You sure you want to visit your grandparents?" Scootaloo asked. "I'm only here for my grandmother. My grandfather not so much." Aurora looked concerned. "You really don't like your grandfather?" Blaze glared at her. "You think these are signs that I love my grandfather?" Blaze smiled nervously changing to his pony form for a moment and showed his right front leg. "What. What I'm I looking at?" Aurora and the Cutie Mark Crusaders looked at it closely and suddenly gasped. "Blaze, why in Equestria would you self-harm?" Apple Bloom said looking at the barely noticeable scars.

"I never told you that did I?" Blaze said sheepishly nervously scratching his nape. "You can barely see it." Blaze said changing to his changeling form. "How come it doesn't show when you're a changeling?" Scootaloo asked. "I don't know. I think it's separate bodies or something." He concluded. "Do your parents know?" Sweetie Belle asked. "They don't. Only you guys know, even Pinkie Pie and Rainbow Dash doesn't know about this."

"You need to tell them," Ari said.

"I'd rather not tell my parents. I trust you guys than I trust them." He said. "Oh, alright," Scootaloo said. "So you gonna visit your grandparents?" Apple Bloom said quickly dismissing the subject. "Oh, right!" Blaze said and he quickly ran away from Ari's house. "Aren't you gonna bring Cottontail?" Scootaloo yelled. "No, you take care of him!" Blaze hollered running away.

Blaze finally reached his grandparent's house, he decided to visit them in his pony form and knocked on the door. "In a minute!" Yelled an unfamiliar voice. "Mom! There's a guy outside the door!" The door opened but it wasn't her grandmother.

It was his step-mother, Clean Freak.

"Hi Aunt CF," Blaze said, saying the nickname of her step-mom, Blaze calls her aunt to make himself comfortable. "Hi, Blaze! Your grandmother's cooking, your grandfather is out-of-town right now." Clean explained. "Thank Celestia, I wasn't looking forward to meeting him." He said rolling his eyes and Clean Freak giggled.

Blaze walked into the room and saw a pale yellow unicorn watching television, he looked like he was 11 years old. "Umm, who's the kid?" Blaze asked. Clean Freak scratched her head uncomfortably. "Blaze, meet your umm..." She paused for a moment and sighed. "Half-brother, Summer Sunshine." And Blaze gasped and so did Summer. "Half-brother?!" Said the two simultaneously. "He's like 11!" Blaze said in shock.

"He's been living with us in Manehattan since he was born. He wanted to visit Canterlot. We didn't expect you here honestly." She said sheepishly. Summer came closer to Blaze and hugged him. "Woah, calm down kid." Blaze said patting his head. Blaze looked around the room. "You cleaned the house didn't you?" He smirked. "What do you expect? I don't want this house to get dirty!" She jokingly exclaimed. "Where's dad?" He asked. "Oh, he had an impromtu meeting in Manehattan. So I don't think he's gonna be here for a week." She said. Summer let go of Blaze and stood beside him.

Blaze's grandmother walked out of the kitchen. "Hello Blaze! It's a surprise to see you!" Blaze came closer to hug her. "Lola! It's been a long time!" She smiled comfortingly. "Oh, I see you've meet your brother." She smiled. "Yeah, isn't it great? A new brother!" He exclaimed flying from excitement.  "Blaze, I told you no flying in the house!" His grandmother scolded him, he blushed landing on the floor with soft clatter of his hooves.

"Wanna see something cool?" Blaze said. "Sure!" Summer exclaimed. Blaze suddenly transformed into a changeling. Summer gasped in excitement.

"Wow! You're a changeling!" He said bursting with excitement.

"New look?" Clean Freak asked. "Yeah, I just reformed yesterday." He grinned. "Can you do an impression of me!" Summer said. "Alright!" Blaze transformed into his half-brother. "Ha ha ha! This is awesome!" Said the changeling Summer. "Wow, you sound weird." He said and the real Summer laughed. Blaze returned to his changeling form and giggled. "You should go outdoors with your changeling form more often." Clean Freak suggested. "I know! I started doing it yesterday!" Blaze exclaimed. "That's awesome!"

"Can I see my room?" Blaze asked Clean Freak looked nervous. "Well we have another surprise, Summer will live here now." Blazes eyes widened. "What?" Blaze didn't sound angry but he was more excited. "That's great! I can visit here more often! If my grandfather is away." He said fluttering a few inches from the ground. "That sound like an awesome idea!" Summer said.

"Hey, how about you hang out with your brother for the day?" She suggested. "I would but I have a lot of friends." He shrugged. "Oh, that's fine your best friends are mostly girls anyways." Blaze blushed at the statement.  "Yeah, alright." He said.

****

"Where are we going?" Summer asked. "We're going to my friend's house, well our friend when you meet them." Blaze said.

Blaze arrived at Ari's house and knocked on the door. "Blaze? Is that you?" Said a familiar voice and the door opened. "Hey, Ari! I'm back from my grandparents! And I got a surprise." He said. "I'm guess it's the pony behind you?" She said sarcastically, raising one eyebrow. "Aurora Moonlight meet Summer Sunshine, Summer Sunshine meet Aurora Moonlight." Summer was the first one to raise his hoof for a shake. "Hi! I'm Blaze's half-brother!"

Aurora suddenly gasped. "HALF-BRO---" Blaze suddenly put his hoof on her mouth to shush her. "Are the crusaders inside?" He asked Ari nodded.

"Be quiet, keep it a surprise."

"Alright, okay, got it," Aurora whispered.

The three entered Ari's house and saw the crusaders playing cards. "Hey, Blaze!" Apple Bloom looked at the yellow pony beside him. "Who's the filly?" Blaze sighed then grinned. "Guys, meet Summer Sunshine. My half-brother." The crusaders gasped from excitement and shock.

"HALF-BROTHER!" They all yelled. "I KNOW RIGHT HE HAS A HALF-BROTHER!" Ari screamed. "Hi, my name is Summer!" He said excitedly. "It's nice to meet you guys!" He said shaking their hooves individually. "Are you a changeling too?" Sweetie Belle asked. "Nope, same dads different mothers." Summer said giggling. Cottontail jumped to Blaze and climbed on his back. "You really missed me." He said nuzzling the bunny. "Is that your bunny, he's so cute!" He said petting Cottontail. "How old are you?" Ari asked. "I'm 11. Ponies think I'm younger though."

"Really? I though you were 9?" Sweetie joked. "Alright, great!" He said sarcastically. "You wanna get coffee or chocolate?" Blaze asked. "Sure!" Said the five.

****

"Ten bits!" Said a different barista, unlike the mare from yesterday the stallion was more enthusiastic. "Here you go!" Blaze gave the bits to the barista.

Blaze sat with Ari, Summer and the crusaders. "Blaze, you never returned my earphones." Sweetie Belle asked. "Oh yeah I think it's in my jack--" Blaze realized that he left his jacket at Ari's house. "I left my jacket in your house." Blaze said referring to the bat pony. "We'll just get it later." She said.

"This is one of my many flaws as a pony. Extreme forgetfulness." He joked raising his hooves to overemphasize the statement, accidentally hitting one of his hooves on the corner of the table. "Oww!" Blaze exclaimed. He looked at his hoof and saw that it was moderately bleeding.

"Do any of you have any bandages?" He asked. "Why would we carry bandages anyways? Don't you know some spell to heal your wound?" Apple Bloom asked. "I'm sorry it's not my fault that I haven't learned any magic lessons since I was ten." Blaze said sarcastically. "Ari, do you have any?" Blaze looked at Ari and she looked...

Strange.

"Aurora?" Blaze asked. Aurora looked distracted at Blaze's wound and blinked momentarily revealing crimson eyes, her drooling mouth opened slightly, revealing sharp fangs. She suddenly shook her head. Blaze and Cottontail noticed the red eyes Blaze's eyes widened and Cottontail's ears drooped in fear. "I need to go to the bathroom." She said running away covering her face. "Alright, I'll just heal it." Blaze used his magic to seal the wound, but it was sloppy. As Aurora was out off Blaze's sight he suddenly whispered in shock. "Did you guys see that?"

"Why what is it?" Summer asked.

"Her eyes went red, she has fangs!" Blaze whispered.

"WHAT?!" Said the four in shock.

"Fangs? Are ya sure?" Apple Bloom asked. "Yes, I'm sure! Her eyes were red she was drooling at my wound!" Blaze exclaimed. "Let's just keep it a secret. If something happens, let's just umm." He thought for a moment. "Summer, Sweetie Belle do you guys have a magic spell for like umm, like send letters by teleportation or something?" He asked.

"Sure, I mean we never stopped using our magic anyways." Sweetie joked. "Sweetie Belle I swear to Celestia I wil-- Hi, Ari!" Aurora sat down next to Blaze. "Hey, sorry I had to go." She lied. "Hey, it's almost dusk wanna sleepover on your house?" Scootaloo said referring to Ari. "Wouldn't the castle guards be suspicious of you guys?" Ari said obviously uncomfortable.

"Nah, we'll send them a letter. They know you anyways." Sweetie Belle said.

"A-alright." She said scratching her head.

****

"Guys, you want to tell scary stories?" Summer suggested. "It's not even midnight." Blaze said. "Oh come one. What's wrong with a little story? You scared, bro?" He smirked. "I'm not afraid." He scoffed playfully.

"Alright, let's start with the headless horse!" He said.

"We already heard that one." Blaze looked at his hoof. "My hoof is still bleeding I'm gonna change the bandage." Blaze stood up. "Ari, where's the bathroom?" Blaze asked and she looked distracted. "Uh," Aurora shook her head. "Second door on your right." She said. "Thanks." And he went away. "Guys, I think I left something in my bedroom, I'll be right back," Aurora said.

"This is bad," Sweetie said.

"I don't think she'll do something, where are her parents anyways?" Apple Bloom asked. "Her parents doesn't come home at seven in the morning." Sweetie Belle explained.

****

"When will this wound heal?" Blaze said inspecting his wound on his hoof while looking at the mirror. "Blaze?" Said a familiar voice he turned around knocking a few objects on the sink. "A-ari? W-what do you want?" He asked nervously. Aurora closed the door quietly. "You know I wanted to keep this a secret." She said walking closer to the pegasus.

"What, I don't know wh--" Aurora put her hoof on Blaze's shoulder.

He looked at the bat pony and saw that she had the same red eyes and sharp fangs he saw in the cafe. "You know being a vampire is fun." She smiled licking her lips. Blaze was too shock to yell for help.

"Aurora, s-stop this is isn't... What are you doing." Blaze tripped. He fell down with Aurora on top of him. "This shouldn't hurt don't worry." She whispered directly on Blaze's ear. "I want to try you, you might become one of us but it'll be fun." She cooed.

"I-I-I, Ari stop it." Blaze had tears running down him, shaking, Aurora sunk her fangs in Blaze's neck. "Ari, I said sto-- ahh." He moaned uncomfortably. Blaze couldn't comprehend the pain he was feeling as Aurora sank her fangs deeper into his neck. Aurora removed her fangs from Blaze's still bleeding neck. "Your blood is sweet." She whispered. Blaze groaned, unable to register the pain. "Aurora, stop." He muttered. He tried pushing her away but was unable too. He passed out from shock and blood loss.

Aurora wiped the blood off her mouth and smiled. Her pupils shrunk for a moment, realizing what she's done, she blinked several times before her pupils turned to its original color, her fangs disappeared, and she gasped. "Blaze?" Aurora whimpered, she tried to wake up the pale pegasus. "Blaze, w-wake up." She said in a state of panic. "Wake up! Blaze, you can't do this to me!"

Summer and the crusaders walked in. "Aurora, what are you doi--" The four gasped as they saw Aurora sobbing on Blaze's unconscious body. "BLAZE!" They yelled in shock. "What did you do?" Sweetie said in shock. "I-I don't know what came over me! I didn't mean to!" She sobbed loudly.

"Are you a vampire?! And you never told us?" Scootaloo said angrily. Summer ran to a medicine cabinet and quickly grabbed bandages to wrap Blaze's bite wounds.

****

"Ugh, my neck hurts," Blaze woke up, in his pony form, lying on Aurora's bed and saw her next to him. "What are you gonna do? You gonna chew on my neck again?" Blaze said angrily. "Blaze, I can't do that anymore." She said calmly.

"Why I'm I gonna turn into some vampire of something?" Blaze said sarcastically. "Blaze, you already are one." She said in a soothing manner which frightened Blaze. "What? No, I'm not." He said in disbelief. "Check your mouth, sweetie." She insisted.

"I don--" He felt his sharp fangs inside his mouth. "I can't believe this." He sighed loudly. "Aurora why?" He asked. "I'm sorry. I not my fault you... taste... good." She said licking her lips again. "No! I need to stop doing that." She said.

"Great how to I explain Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash, and my parents?" He asked. "Do I turn them into vamponies too?" He said sarcastically. "No, silly just tell them what happened. I think that's fine." She said.

"Ugh, I'm hungry do you have any food?" Blaze said. "You need blood." She grinned. "What? I need blood?" He asked. Aurora grinned. "Oh, no... I'm not feeding off of you." She grinned, even more, placing her neck near Blaze. "I know you want to." She said. Blaze could feel his mouth water at the thought of Ari's blood.

"Ari, stop. I don't need blood." He said wiping the saliva off his mouth. "You need it, you'll die if you don't have any." She insisted. "Don't be shy come on, it'll be great!" Blaze gave in and placed his fangs on Aurora's neck puncturing it. Blaze was surprised at the taste of the blood as he drank it. "Wow, you're a natural at this." She smiled.

Suddenly the door opened. "Hey, guys I brought you some foo-- WHAT ARE YOU DOING?" Scootaloo said in shock. Blaze pulled back from Aurora's neck in surprise. "Scoots, no it's not what you think." He said still licking the blood off his mouth. "Not what you think?! You are sucking blood off of our friend!" She yelled.

"Scootaloo let me explain. He needed blood. He can't suck blood from you, right?" She said. "Alright, I don't want to be one of you guys. I don't want to burn in the sun." She said. "Yeah about that, how do you stay in the sun without burning?" Blaze interrupted.

"Just wear your jacket for a few weeks because you're body needs to get used to it, then try not wearing if for a day, if you don't burn. You're fine to go outside. You'll get used to it." She said. "Or use your changeling form, it doesn't hurt, right? Changeling's bodies are y'know stronger?" She asked.

"I guess it wouldn't hurt. I mean the wound will not show anyways." He turned into a changeling and checked the wound on his neck. "What? The wound is still on my neck?"

"I don't know.. I guess you have to deal with it." Aurora shrugged. "Great, this is awesome. Any tips for being a vampire?"  He asked. "You'll get hungry a lot, if you see somepony you hate suck their blood." She joked. "Wouldn't they turn into vampires too?" He asked.

"They won't trust. E." She grinned. "And look what happened to me." He said sarcasically. "Hey, how about your wound?" He said. "Don't worry we heal really fast. Except for when we get bit and we turn into one. Those will never heal." She said.

"So you have holes in your neck your whole life?"

'Yeah, that's pretty much it."

Blaze sighed. "Where are the others?" They fell asleep an hour ago. Summer is still up waiting for you." Blaze looked at a clock around Ari's room to check the time. "It's three in the morning?" He asked surprised. "How long was I out?" He asked.

"About five hours," Aurora said sheepishly causing Blaze to blush.

"Where's Summer and Cottontail?" He asked. "Summer's outside waiting for you. Cottontail is asleep." Blaze nodded. "Alright, I'm gonna talk to him." And he walked out of the room.

"Does he know that there's still blood in your bathroom?" Scootaloo asked.

"I'll clean it up." Aurora grinned.

"You're gross," Scootaloo smirked. "Won't hurt until you try it." She said.

****

"Summer? Where are you?" Blaze called out. He was still weak from the blood loss and he stumbled trying to find his half-brother. "Blaze?" Said Summer who popped out from the living room couch with a blanket on him. "I thought you were gone."

He hugged the changeling and started tearing up. "I missed you." He said. "Aww, you're gonna make my cry, kid." Blaze said wiping a few tears from his eyes. "Are you really a vampony?" He questioned with fear in his voice." Blaze showed his fangs to the unicorn. "I guess I am." He shrugged.

"You're not going to bite me are you?" He asked. Blaze smirked at the unicorn. "Of course not. I'm not hungry right now am I?" He joked causing Summer to laugh.

"Come on let's go to sleep. I'm tired." He grinned.

"Alright."
