Why do you think? We have to start working on our project. Trust me, it takes a lot longer fleshing something out in than you might think. There will be lots of rewrites, so the faster we get started the better.
Will you be going on a honeymoon right after?

Definitely not. Max has a lot of work in the next few months. Looks like we’ll be going the wearing here then I’ll move to Ponyville, at least for the immediate future. We’re still discussing where to settle down.
I thought you and Simile were working on ideas for the last month. Did something go wrong?

Other than my aunt and mother popping up, as well as some additional complications? Well, you can say that. Simile really can't keep her liquor. We managed to do literally nothing as far as Blazen is concerned. :/

Seriously, Jade, you should come visit Light next time. It's unimaginably cool! I know you're soon to be married, but that doesn't mean you can have some fun, am I right? If worst comes to worst you can always let her tag along.

Thanks for the vote of confidence, guys :/ And no, nothing happened. I’m fine, my friends are as crazy as ever (poking me for good MC fics every now and again) and my *yay* life is peachy. There is something, though…
I read the whole Chosen of Poseidon…and boy are we behind. :/ I mean, our idea is good (even the other 4 said so) but theirs is great. To make it worse they just built up and up from something…banal I would say. There's absolutely nothing flashy in the entire Chosen, yet each next chapter drags you in more and more adding a bit her a bit there until the final reveal when you go “huh?! I need to reread this!”.
We came up with one of the greatest ideas I've read (and I'm a curator) but we lack pretty much everything else. Jade you're great at writing, expression emotion, making any story stand on its own, but you've never done anything big. Simile is great at adventure and descriptions, but the characters could use some work even now. As for me…well, I'm pretty much a mess at everything, but have broad knowledge.

No, she didn't! And you you hadn't been freaking out all the time you were here you'd have noticed that I don't care what she thinks!
I just want us to be better and comparing things objectively we aren't. It's all fun and good that we're stream of consciousness writers, but detailed planning goes a long way. And I really want to start working on this.

Well, I can start focusing on this after the exams. The wedding will be traditional, so it won't take more than a week. My parents have been doing ever since the Empire reemerged into Equestria. And unless she's looking for snugly Max is disastrously unromantic.

Well, it's never too late to change. AwesomePony still carries a flame for you and she also secretly writes poetry in her spare time. Completely terrible poetry, but full of emotion.

Can you please not mention that topic. Each time she sends me a PM I feel sad and guilty. I honestly hope she finds a significant other. I'm just not that one… And Max is the perfect one for me.
Going back to work schedules, I'll try to type something up. Are we still going with the old idea or are there some changes?

Agree, of course. So, do you think they ask Quarters to join? She’s quite good. And I'm not only talking about her published stuff. She send em a draft of something a while back, and even without the professional edits it was class A material. Almost as good as mine.

I doubt it. She's too young. Maybe in three four years if she hasn't moved on to other things. But yeah, it's a joy to have her on the site. I just hope she stays.

I do, and let's just say that she has reasons to want to be off the site. She shared them with me when we talked about her writing. I really can't go into any further detail, but please be nice to her. There are a lot of Nightlings with issues, and she's among those who could use a lot of hugs.
