Word spread around the school that Twilight and her friends were clumsy. And Canterlot High, students were judged based on three things: what they wear, if they are clumsy or not, and how smart they are. Everybody thought that Twilight was clumsy, so Sunset Shimmer just needed to make her seem dumb and ugly.

There was a big test in Geography class coming up, and it was a few days before the dance, so it seemed like a good time to ruin Twilight's reputation. Sunset went to the school library and went to the computer. She typed up one hard test with topics that they didn't know about, and one easy test. She made many copies of the easy test and printed all of them out.

Then she went to the Geography classroom and replaced the real tests with the fake tests while Miss Cheerilee was out getting coffee. When Miss Cheerilee came back, she put her coffee on the teacher's desk and rushed to the bathroom. Sunset quickly put an old, dusty, coffee flavored candy in the cup and left.

On the day of the test, Miss Cheerilee was out sick, and there was a substitute. "Hello, my name is Mirror Shards. Today you will be taking a test. Can the girl with red and yellow hair please pass the test out?"
"Yes, of course!" Sunset eagerly replied. She gave the hard test to Twilight, and passed the rest to everybody else.

When they got the test back, Twilight took one look at hers and shoved it into her backpack. Sunset grabbed it and left when class was over. It had Twilight's name on it in Twilight's handwriting. Sunset made copies of it, and at night she taped them to walls around the school. Now Sunset only had to do one thing to ruin Twilight's reputation forever.
